쇼핑, 음악, 영화 등 오프라인에서 즐기던 많은 서비스가 이제는 온라인화 되어 일상화되었다. 그 중 뉴스의 경우도 미국의 리서치업체가 조사한 결과에 따르면, 인터넷 사용자의 21%가 온라인 뉴스를 오프라인보다 더 선호할 뿐만 아니라 온라인에 대한 선호도가 비약적으로 늘고 있다고 밝혔다. 종이 페이퍼로 뉴스를 제공할 때는 정보를 제공하는 공간이 제한적이기 때문에 사용자의 행위를 어느 정도 예상할 수 있다. 그러나 상대적으로 온라인 뉴스와 같은 컨텐츠 서비스는 하이퍼텍스트를 기본으로 하기 때문에 사용자의 패턴을 정확히 파악하기가 쉽지 않다. 컨텐츠 서비스 사용 행위를 분석하기 위해 아이트랙킹, 인뎁스인터뷰 등 여러 방법론을 적용할 수 있으며, 아이트랙킹 연구는 Poynter Institute 에서 2004년도에 진행한 사례가 있지만 여전히 컨텐츠 서비스에서의 핵심 이슈인 컨텐츠 영역에 대한 관심도, 영역별 연관성 파악 등에 대한 객관적 데이터가 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문은 컨텐츠 서비스 사용자의 유저 시나리오 도출을 위해 온라인 뉴스를 대상으로 한 분석 케이스를 소개한다. 본 사용자 행동 분석 리서치 수행을 위해 원격툴을 개발하였으며, 이 툴을 실제로 적용해봄으로써 컨텐츠 서비스 분석시 가능성과 고려사항들을 함께 살펴본다.

This study analyzed the trends of research on archival information services in Korea from 2001 to 2013. A total of 73 research articles were analyzed by quantitative and qualitative content analysis to summarize research output done so far and identify future research areas. Based on the analysis, it concludes that the research on archival information service requires increase of practice-based study, in-depth discussions of theoretical frameworks, and emergence of diverse perspectives of FOIA and relevant policies.

IoT 환경이 도래하면서 데이터 수집, 데이터 전송, 데이터 처리와 같이 IoT 서비스 제공을 위한 인프라에 대한 연구는 활발하게 진행되고 있지만 이러한 인프라에서 실제 IoT 서비스를 사용하는데 필요한 데이터 분석은 상대적으로 연구가 미흡하다. IoT 서비스를 효율적으로 제공하고, 효과적으로 사용하기 위해서는 데이터 분석에 대한 연구가 선행돼야 한다. 특히 IoT 서비스 중에서도 IoT 홈 서비스의 경우 데이터에 내재된 개인정보 문제 때문에 데이터의 수집이 어렵고, 분석에 필요한 형태를 갖추기도 어렵기 때문에 기계학습기법의 적용이 용이하지 않다. 본 논문에서는 이진형(Discret) IoT 홈 서비스의 데이터 분석을 위해 DAG기반 데이터 시각화 기법을 제안한다. 해당 기법을 통해 IoT 홈 서비스 디바이스들간 연관성, 각 디바이스의 사용 지속성 및 사용패턴과 같은 데이터 분석을 위한 메타데이터를 제공한다.

The level of service (LOS) evaluation method of the Highway Capacity Manual (HCM) is limited to intersections with pre-timed signal operation, while advanced real-time traffic control systems have been expending in the field. This paper proposes a preliminary framework for LOS analysis at isolated intersections controlled by COSMOS, the real-time traffic control systems robustly utilizing the degree of saturation as basic inputs. The proposed LOS evaluation framework was devised with a pilot model developed to estimate the average cycle length and green times of COSMOS. The validation test showed that the proposed framework was able to accurately project the LOS, which was separately evaluated based upon field data.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the present stage of children's services of public library in Korea. Data were collected from 171 public libraries and analysed according to five aspects of library services; physical aspect, collection, human resources, user services, and management and program. The results shows that budget, human resources for children's services should be increased and every local library authority should be on an active and effective way to services.

The purpose of this study is to examine factors that influence mobile video services' satisfaction. 362 users who use both DMB and mobile video services complete the questionnaires measuring 6 attribute level satisfactions and total satisfaction of mobile video services, TV contents broadcasting status in mobile video services. The data are analyzed by using frequency analysis, Chi-square test, t-test/F-test, multiple regression and moderated multiple regression. The results of the study are as follows: First, diverse contents, image quality, video streaming quality, user convenience, and data consumption volume affect total satisfaction of mobile video services. Second, TV contents broadcasting status in mobile video services doesn't show positive moderation effect on the relationship between attribute level satisfaction and total satisfaction. Based on the results, the implications and limitations of this study are discussed.

This study investigated whether search terms analysis of archival Web sites could be utilized effectively for archival information services. The focus was on designing a methodology which brings the search terms analysis and development of archival information services closer, especially for the contents services. The data were collected from the Presidential Archives because it can be characterized as a public archives as well as subject archives. It also tends to draw interests from a broad range of general public. The analysis was conducted with respect to three dimensions: (1) general search terms; (2) names of individual president; (3) subject categories of search terms. The results of search terms analysis have a number of practical implications for developing archival information services including contents services, decision on the menu of the Web sites, exhibition, and education.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the contributions and limitations of an independent internet newspaper dedicated to disability affairs. The materials analysed in this study were articles on personal assistance service conflicts between users and assistants by Ablenews. This study used inductive content analysis, responsibility frame analysis, and disability paradigm analysis. First, in general Ablenews appeared to report personal assistance service conflicts as they were. Second, the results showed that Ablenews tended to attribute the causes and solutions of the conflicts to the users and assistants. Third, nearly half of content units of Ablenews articles conveyed the perspective of rehabilitation paradigm though personal assisstanc services are closely related to independent living model. Based on the results this study suggested that Ablenews needs to improve specialty in reports on disability affairs using editorial staff, professional reporters, guests reporters with specialties.

This research has analyzed the influences of Service quality on Brand image, Brand attitude and Behavioral intentions. And it is also investigate how is brand image and attitude effects behaviors on customers to choose airline. This research have valuable data in order to establish the strategy how airlines can introduce themselves to customers. Based on the statistic results, We are able to find out the meaningful differences. Airline's Service Quality cause the positive influences on brand image, brand attitude and behavioral intentions. This research has several implications such as what kind of strategies airline needs focused on in order to improve passenger's satisfaction.

인터넷접속 시장에서 독점적 지위를 점유하여 왔던 014XY 인터넷접속 서비스 이용자가 ASDL로 전환하는 과정과 그 원인을 규명하고 향후 최저속도를 보장하는 다양한 상품의 ADSL이 출시될 경우 가입자가 선호하는 상품속도별 요금체계를 파악하기 위해 초고속 인터넷접속 서비스 선호도 및 가격감수성을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 일반모뎀(주로 56K 모뎀) 이용자들이 ADSL 서비스로 이동하는 이유는 속도가 느리기 때문이며 이동하지 않는 이유는 서비스 이용빈도 및 이용시간이 적기 때문인 것으로 분석되었다. ADSL 이용자들의 경우 접속속도에 대해서는 만족의 비중이 높았지만 요금의 경우 불만족의 비중이 높았다. 그리고 향후 속도를 보장하는 상품이 출시될 경우 시장점유율 상승과 수익성 측면에서 긍정적인 것으로 평가되었다.
