본 연구에서는 집단도착과 Threshold가 있는 2단계 서비스 중 첫 서비스에 Gate가 있는 모형에 대해 분석한다. 즉 도착 간격이 지수분포를 따르고 집단도착이 일어나는 모델에서 도착한 고객의 수가 정해진 threshold를 넘으면 서비스를 시작한다. 시스템의 서버는 하나이며 이 서버로부터 첫 단계에서 배치서비스를 받고, 두 번째 단계에서 개별서비스를 받는다. 첫 번째 단계 서비스 중일 때 도착한 고객은 진행중인 서비스에 합류해 같이 서비스를 받는 것이 아니라 다음 batch 서비스를 기다린 후 배치 서비스를 받아야 한다. 첫 단계 서비스 시작 시 고객수, 두 번째 단계서비스 종료 시 고객 수를 확률변수로 정의하고 이를 풀어 고객수 분포에 대한 PGF 및 평균 고객수와 대기시간분포에 대한 LST 및 평균 대기시간 등을 유도한다.

본 논문에서는 시맨틱 웹 기반의 학술 정보 분석 서비스 프레임워크인 OntoFrame에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 2005년부터 개발되기 시작한 OntoFrame은 매년 새로운 서비스와 기술로 확장되고 있으며 OntoFrame2008에서는 다중 키워드 기반의 검색 서비스 및 다중 개체 중심적 통합 검색기능을 제공한다. 본 서비스는 키워드의 개체를 판단한 후에 인력, 주제, 인력+주제에 해당하는 서비스 API를 호출하여 추론 서비스 페이지를 구성한다. 이때 시스템에서 자동으로 판단되는 개체의 모호함을 제거하기 위해서 사용자의 의도라고 판단되는 최적의 개체 조합 페이지뿐만 아니라 해당 키워드에서 나타날 수 있는 모든 개체 조합의 후보 페이지들을 제공해주어 시스템의 일방적인 추천 서비스의 단점을 없앴다. 그리고 서비스의 결과로 제공되는 페이지에서 링크를 통한 추가조건 검색도 제공해 주어 사용자의 검색 의도를 정확하게 파악하여 편리한 정보 획득을 도와주는 시스템으로 개발하고 있다. OntoFrame2008은 여러 가지 풍부한 분석 서비스를 제공하여 연구자들이 학술 정보 검색 과정에 많은 도움이 되는 추론 서비스를 제공하고 있다.

에어비앤비, 우버택시 등과 같이 공유경제 패러다임을 반영한 새로운 차원의 서비스 비즈니스의 확산은 IT기술을 기반으로 하는 스마트 네트워크 보급에 다른 제품의 서비스화가 일반화되었기 때문이다. 공유경제라는 새로운 패러다임 하에서 제품 공유와 관련된 서비스 시스템의 디자인 응용을 연구하는 것은 갈수록 중요해지고 있으며, 공유경제를 기반으로 하는 서비스 디자인이 스마트 네트워크와 융합을 통해 자원 활용을 높이고 낭비를 줄이며, 사용자의 다양한 생활 체험과 가치 있는 수요를 보장해줄 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 기존의 서비스 디자인에 관한 문헌 정리와 디자인 실무를 통해 고찰한 서비스 디자인 개념을 바탕으로, 부산을 방문하는 외국인 고객을 대상으로, 예측하기 힘든 특수한 날씨환경에서 우산 사용에 대한 사용자의 니즈와 수요를 조사하고 분석하여, 보다 개선되고 창의적인 "공유우산 서비스 디자인 모형"을 구축하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 서비스 디자인 방법과 원칙에 따라 우산을 공유하는 서비스 시스템의 목표고객, 접점을 분석한 후, 외국인 관광객을 위한 서비스 시스템의 서비스 청사진을 만들고 우산공유 시스템 구축과 실무적용을 위한 서비스 전략을 제시할 계획이다.

Academic research of the social service delivery system is very limited. This paper checked on the status of research on current social service delivery system in order to explore new research and policy directions. Analysis study consisted of 79 pieces and the framework was divided into dimensional analysis, content analysis and analytical standards. Research on the papers of social service delivery systems showed from the initial stage of the policy discussion to the phase of the individual services. Summarizing the study is as follows. First, This studies confirmed that at this time the quality studies on social service delivery system is needed. Second, this indicates that right now, the government budget of social services and the data relating to social service agencies will be opened to the public for the expansion of social services studies. Third, to expand social services delivery systems research, it showed that social services demand forecasting research such as budget allocation, population characteristics, equality of public service and local information is needed. Finally, since the quality of service is reduced by the oversupply, the discussion of the entry regulations of social service providers is required.

In the middle of motorization, the traffic problems become serious social problems in Korea. The walking environment is not only a topic which restores the community spirit of a city or society but also a lever which renovates the future space of the city environment-friendly. Thus, the Purpose of this study is to suggest the new criteria of walkway level of service adopting the concepts of safety. convenience, comfort, environment, security, and continuity in addition to present pedestrian flow rate, and to provide basic data for walkway plan in Korea. In order to analyze the adequacy of the present walkway level of service criteria, the walkways of which service levels were A, C, E according to USHCM were selected as study walkways, and an interview surrey was conducted to compare the three service levels with those that pedestrians evaluate actually. Also, another interview survey was conducted to analyze the service conditions and satisfaction level at the walkways of high service levels(A and B). For the establishment of more reasonable walkway level of service criteria. the survey of pedestrian\`s consciousness for walkway service was conducted. Based on the survey results, the new criteria for the evaluation of walkway service were selected and the six levels of service for each criterion was analyzed: so the comprehensive criteria of walkway level of service were suggested.

This study aims to suggest the sustainable services for academic library in the New Normal Age, analyzing the online services during the COVID-19 pandemic. For this purpose, this study examined the operation condition of academic libraries' services during the COVID-19, analyzing the untact and online services of 63 libraries of universities which have more than 10,000 students. And this research classified the online services into three types, which are 'collection', 'facilities', 'programs' and examined the library homepage and development plans of academic libraries. This study also looked into the services of Korean public libraries and foreign libraries to suggest the sustainable services for academic library. As a result, this study suggests 'providing online materials for course reserves', 'expansion of research and study curation services to invigorate the use of library materials', 'introducing the smart library system and renovation of library facility and space services', 'planning of online programs through expansion of interaction with users'.

본 논문에서는 차세대 네비게이션 서비스의 개발을 위하여 사용자 요구사항 분석에 기반한 기술개발 요인을 분석하고 이를 추출해 보고자 한다. 사용자 요구분석을 위하여는 네비게이션 서비스의 6대 기능 요소를 기준으로 소항목을 도출하여 실제 네비게이션 서비스 사용자들을 통하여 기능요소의 중요성을 척도분석 하도록 한다. 이렇게 분석된 요소들의 중요성 척도를 바탕으로 우성 기능요소 인자들을 추출하고 우성 기능요소 인자들을 바탕으로 상관분석을 수행한다. 우리는 상관 분석을 통하여 기능요소들간의 연관성을 찾아낼 수 있으며 여기서 요소들간의 연관성을 바탕으로 한 주요한 기술개발 요인을 찾아낼 수 있다. 이렇게 찾아진 기술개발 요인은 다시 한번 요인분석의 통계량 검정과정을 거쳐 의미 있는 요인이 추출되고 있는가 다시 한번 확인하게 된다.

본 연구는 우선 각 정부부처의 서비스산업 선진화 동향 및 서비스관련 자격개발에 대한 동향조사 및 노력현황에 대해 분석한다. 이를 바탕으로 미래 녹색성장 및 산업/직업수요 요구에 따른 서비스관련 산업 및 직업에 대해 조명하고, 관련 산업과 직업에 따른 국가기술자격의 미래수요예측은 물론 미래 글로벌 환경 및 FTA환경 하에서 국가기술 자격의 경쟁력에 대해 제고하고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 일자리 창출 및 글로벌 환경 변화에 따른 국가적 차원의 서비스산업 육성발전 방향에 산업/직업변화에 대해 분석과 서비스 산업 관련 국가기술자격 종목의 선정 및 개발 타당성 검토를 통한 미래 노동수요에 대응이라는 두 가지 연구 방향을 설정하였다.

스마트TV, 스마트폰, 태블릿 컴퓨터 등 다양한 스마트 기기의 이용이 급격하게 확산됨에 따라 방송콘텐츠의 소비패턴 또한 변화하고 있다. 시청자는 더 이상 방송콘텐츠를 시청하기 위해 TV 앞에 앉아 기다리지 않으며, 관심 있는 콘텐츠를 추천받거나 선택하는 방법을 적극적으로 이용하고자 한다. 이러한 소비패턴의 변화는 새로운 방송서비스에 대한 요구사항의 형태로 나타나고 있다. 스마트 방송서비스는 이와 같이 변화된 시청자 소비패턴에 대응하기 위한 새로운 방식의 콘텐츠 전달 서비스로, 스마트 방송서비스 실현을 위해서는 다양한 기술의 개발 및 적용이 요구된다. 본고에서는 스마트 방송서비스를 제공하는 데 필요한 기술 중 방송콘텐츠 분석 기술에 대한 연구동향을 살펴보고, 더불어 한국전자통신연구원에서 개발하고 있는 방송콘텐츠 분석 기술에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

1965년에 출판된 고속도로용량교범(Highway Capacity Manual)은 고속도로, 도시 및 지방도로의 용량과 서비스수준을 판단하는데 기본서 역할을 해왔다. 도시내 신호등이 있는 교차로의 서비스수준은 빈하율(load factor) 개념을 이용하여 산정해 왔다. 그러나 푸른신호 주기동안 차량의 교차로이용도를 기준으로 하는 빈하율 개념은 서비스 수준의 측정치로서 한계가 있고 또 그동안 신호체계가 많이 개선되었고 운전자의 통행행태가 크게 변화하여 1970년대 중반부터 한계통행분석법(Critical Movement Analysis)과 차량의 교차로지체시간 측정법(Intersection Delay)등과 같은 새로운 기법이 소개되었다. 본 논문은 최근에 많이 이 용되고 있는 교차로지체시간측정법의 유용성을 검증하기 위해 15개 교차로의 차량통행량을 기준으로 하여 V/C비를 계산하는 한계통행분석법에 의한 측정치와 비교, 분석하였다. 그 결 과 교차로의 서비스수준을 측정하는데 양자의 방법에 의한 측정치가 크게 다르지 않음을 발 견하였다. 즉 도시내 신호등이 있는 교차로시설을 개선하기 위해 대략적인 교차로 서비스수 준을 측정할 경우 조사인원 및 비용이 많이 소요되는 한계통행분석법보다 조사가 간편하고 비용이 적게 드는 교차로지체시간측정법이 유용함을 밝혔다.
