The nationwide expansion of the agricultural early warning service for agrometeorological disaster would require assessment of geographical and agricultural environmental characteristics by individual region. The development of an efficient computing environment would facilitate such services for the area of study region to deal with various crops and varieties for many farms. In particular, the design of the computing environment would have a considerable impact on the service quality of agriculture meteorology when the scale of computing environments increases for extended service areas. The objectives of this study were to derive the issues on the current computing environment under which services are provided by each region and to seek the solutions to these problems. The self-evaluation through experimental operation for about a year indicated that integration of the early warning service system distributed over different regions would reduce redundant computing procedures and ensure efficient storage and comprehensive management of data. This suggested that the early warning service for agrometeorological disaster would become more stable even when the service areas are to be expanded to the national scale. This would contribute to higher quality services for individual farmers.

우편 서비스는 사람과 조직간을 이어주어 실물 배달과 의사 소통을 위한 중요 네트워크 중의 하나이다. 정보통신의 발달로 우편 서비스의 대표적인 형태인 서장이 전자메일로 대치되고 있으나, 전자상거래의 급속한 확장에 힘입어 소포 등과 같은 새로운 우편 서비스 영역의 중요성이 동반 확대되고 있는 실정이다. 2000년에 출범한 인터넷 기반의 우체국 서비스인 ePOST는 전통적인 우편서비스와 농수산물 중심의 쇼핑몰에서 전자고지납부 및 에스크로 서비스 등으로 확대되고 있다. 한편 우리나라의 휴대전화의 보급율은 2004년 현재 $75\%$에 이르고 있으며, 이제 ePOST도 휴대전화상에서 새로운 서비스를 제공하기 위한 준비가 필요하다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 대국민 서비스와 효과적인 비즈니스를 동시에 지원하기 위한 모바일 우편 서비스(mPOST) 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

온라인 음악서비스가 유료화를 단행한 지 1년이 지났다. 지난해 7월 8개 온라인 음악사이트가 유료화를 단행한데 이어 지난 7월에는 국내 최대 온라인 음악사이트‘벅스뮤직’까지 유료화를 선언, 온라인 음악서비스의 유료화는 급물살을 타고 있다. 최근에는 한국음원제작자협회와 벅스뮤직간의 힘겨루기가 일단락되면서 온라인 음악유통 확대에 대한 기대감도 조성됐다. 국내외 온라인 음악 시장의 현황을 살펴봤다.

Korean economy has experienced rapid expansion of the service sector at the expense of the manufacturing sector since 1988, which was caused by the wage increase and the appreciation of Won. The government worried about the deindustrialization and the erosion of the international competitiveness, and various measures were taken to enduce labor force into the manufacturing sector. However, this article argues that the expansion of the service sector is inevitable phenomenon in the process of economic development, and the balanced industrial policies are desirable. In addition, the Uruguay Round Service Negotiations require liberalization of the service market and internationalization of the service industries.

The purpose of this study was to identify a survey on total care services, to verify the perception, performance and importance of nursing practices between nursing students and nurses. The sample of the study were 93 nursing students and 38 nurses, A structured questionnaire used in this study composed of 235 items. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS WIN 20.0 to calculate frequencies, percentage, mean, standard deviation and t-test. The Major findings of this study were as follows: The amount and responsibility of nursing practices in total service showed that 'very much increase'was the most. There were statistically significant differences in performance of total care service by nutritional care and elimination care. There were statistically significant differences in importance of total care service by respiratory Care.

The aim of this study explores the task of bibliotherapy for expansion of library service. There are three subjects for a study. First, I consider the position of bibliotherapy in library community. Second, I examine the outcomes and the critical point of an experimental bibliotherapy program conducted in Korean Library since 2000's. Third, I find out the tasks of bibliotherapy for expansion of library service. It is four tasks that have the problem of bibliotherapy terminology, the librarian's understanding and acceptance about bibliotherapy, education and training for bibliotherapy in department of library science and plans for the expansion of bibliotherapy service.

To determine factors affecting social network service e-service quality, this research is to investigate factors of social network service e-service quality, and analyze how these factors influencing on social network service e-service satisfactions. As a results, three dimensions were identified namely, fulfillment, ease of use and playfulness. But two dimensions were rejected namely connectivity, security. It indicates that the qualitative aspect is becoming more important than quantitative in social network service management.

This study aims to suggest the sustainable services for academic library in the New Normal Age, analyzing the online services during the COVID-19 pandemic. For this purpose, this study examined the operation condition of academic libraries' services during the COVID-19, analyzing the untact and online services of 63 libraries of universities which have more than 10,000 students. And this research classified the online services into three types, which are 'collection', 'facilities', 'programs' and examined the library homepage and development plans of academic libraries. This study also looked into the services of Korean public libraries and foreign libraries to suggest the sustainable services for academic library. As a result, this study suggests 'providing online materials for course reserves', 'expansion of research and study curation services to invigorate the use of library materials', 'introducing the smart library system and renovation of library facility and space services', 'planning of online programs through expansion of interaction with users'.

국내에서 데이터통신 서비스가 개시된지 수년 사이에 데이터통신에 관한 이해의 폭과 그 수요의 확대가 괄목할만한 변화를 보이고 있다. 새로운 서비스와 발전된 형태의 기술에 대한 욕구도 크게 늘고 있는 형편이다. 데이터통신의 한 단계 도양을 위한 개선책을 서비스와 제도, 그리고 기술의 측면에서 찾아본다.
