정보시스템 운영은 연속성, 장애에 대한 민감성 등 정보시스템 구축과는 다른 특성을 많이 가지고 있어 감리방법에 있어서도 새로운 방법이 필요하다. 본 논문은 정량화된 운영점검표를 제시함으로써, 운영감리의 객관성과 신뢰성을 확보하고, 감리결과를 정량화하며, 타 운영사례나 과거 운영 상태와의 비교를 가능케 하여, 감리의 품질과 운영감리의 효용성 향상에 기여하고자 하였다. 시스템 운영 정보시스템 감리지침의 기본점검항목을 기준으로 13가지 기본점검항목을 도출하였고, 각 기본점검항목 별로 현재 운영상태가 어떤 수준인지를 평가할 수 있도록 하였으며, 전문가 인터뷰와 현장적용을 통하여 검증하였다.

본 논문에서는 낙후된 운전면허 학원 시스템 개선을 위한 운전면허 수험생 맞춤관리 어플리케이션을 제안한다. 제안하는 어플리케이션은 수강생 맞춤 가이드, 후기 서비스, 스케줄 조정, 채점표 제공 등의 다양하고 체계적인 서비스를 도입하여 기존의 시스템을 효과적으로 개선한다. 또한 기존에 개발되어 있는 운전면허 관련 어플리케이션과 달리 오프라인에서만 가능했던 부분까지 온라인 맞춤 관리로 포함하여 개발함으로서 사용자의 만족도를 향상시키도록 한다.

This study examined economic ripple effect of marine transport and port industry using Input-Output Tables. The results of the study are summarized as follows: first, in 2005 production inducement coefficients of harbour facilities was the highest(1.958), followed by coast and inland water transportation(1.857), load and unload(1.842), other transportation services(1.768), storage and warehouse(1.676), water transportation assistant services(1.422), and outport transportation (1.283). Second, value added inducement coefficient of water transportation assistant services was the highest(0.924), followed by load and unload, storage and warehouse(0.902), other transportation services(0.885), harbor facilities(0.832), coast and inland water transportation (0.752), and outport transportation(0.258). Third, import inducement coefficient of outport transportation was the highest(0.742), followed by coast and inland water transportation, harbor facilities, other transportation services, load and unload, storage and warehouse, and water transportation assistance services. Fourth, indexes of the sensitivity of dispersion of other transportation services and load and unload were 1.125 and 0.882 respectively while those of harbor facilities and outport transportation were 0.514. Indexes of power of dispersion of harbor facilities, coast and inland water transportation, load and unload, and other transportation services were the highest, respectively 1.006, 0.954, 0.946, and 0.908 while that of outport transportation was low, 0.659.

이 연구는 2013년 민간경비 시스템을 활용하고 있는 사업장을 대상으로 민간경비기업의 서비스품질평가 모형을 개발하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 수도권 소재 사업장을 모집단으로 선정한 다음 유의표집법을 활용하여 200명을 표집하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 민간경비 기업의 서비스품질의 신뢰도와 타당도는 높다.

해양정보의 디지털화, e-Navigation 개념의 해양서비스 개발, 차세대 전자해도 도입, 자율운항선박 기술 개발 등 해양 분야의 주요 이슈에 대응하여 핵심 항해안전지원 시설인 항로표지 역할 변화가 요구되고 있다. 특히 국제항로표협회(IALA)의 해양자원명(MRN) 지침과 항로표지 정보교환 표준(S-201) 개발을 통해 항로표지 정보의 디지털화와 정보 서비스화를 강조하고 있으며, e-Navigation 개념의 해양 서비스 개발을 논의 중이다. 본 연구에서는 현행 항로표지 정보시스템 현황을 분석하고, 국가 연구개발 사업으로 추진 중인 스마트 항로표지 및 정보협력 시스템의 구조를 분석하였다. 또한 항로표지 기본 및 수집정보를 이용한 항로표지 정보 서비스 종류를 식별하고 서비스 운영개념을 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 항로표지 정보 서비스 운영개념에 따라 항로표지 정보 서비스 센터 구축 및 국제 정보표준 개발 활동이 추진되어야 할 것으로 사료 된다.

Recent development and penetrating expansion in ICT(Information and Communication Technology) has brought considerable improvements in transportation services. However, there is a controversial debate whether transportation and communications behave as substitutes or as complements to one another. On this subject, recent studies considered those two industries as services, but transportation and communications are broadly put for intermediary goods into other industries. Hence, it is essential to examine this issue from understanding their relationships to each other with respect to manufacturing and services. In this study, input-output tables of benchmark years from 1980 to 2005 have been analysed to explore the relationships between transportation and communications using Spearman's correlation analysis. The results show that both industries had complementary roles over the period, but, to some extent, changed into substitution roles in some categories.

Using user satisfaction surveys and LibQUAL+ instruments, libraries are increasingly gathering qualitative data such as verbatim user comments as well as quantitative data. Such qualitative data can be utilized as clues in establishing library service strategies: to better understand user issues, to identify areas for service improvement, and to prioritize user needs. For this, it is necessary to analyze user comments data and to apply results to the delivery of service and the library policies. This study is an attempt to investigate ways in which user comments data can be made useful in libraries. It identifies different methods of analyzing user comments data from LibQUAL+ surveys and compares qualitative data analysis software programs and taxonomies. It also presents the results of applying these tools to a subset of actual user comments data gathered from a recent LibQUAL+ survey at a major university library in Korea.

본고에서는 광대역통합망(BcN)의 서비스 제어계층에 대해서 기술한다. 광대역통합망 구축을 위한 서비스 제어 계층은 음성 데이터 통합서비스와 유 무선 연동 및 통합서비스를 제공하는 초기 망 구성에서부터 통 방 융합서비스를 제공하는 목표 망 구성에 이르기까지 BcN의 다양한 유 무선 접속망 및 단말을 대상으로 통합 서비스를 제공하고 호 및 세션을 제어하는 기능을 수행한다. 이와 같은 서비스 제어계층을 실현하기 위하여 필요한 관련 표준화동향, 요구사항, 계층 구조, 구성 요소, 망 정합 등 관련 사항을 기술하였다.
