Effects of Festival Sevicescape and Human Services to Emotional Response and Behavioral Intention (축제의 서비스스케프와 인적서비스가 감정반응과 행동의도에 미치는 영향 -강경발효젓갈축제 사례를 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this research is to find out how festival servicescape and human service impact the participant's emotional response and behavioral intention in terms of participants as consumers. The servicescape of festival indicated 4 common factors, named cleanliness, convenience, suitability and attravtiveness. As a result of analysis, it indicated that cleanliness and convenience from among the servicescape of festival variables are positively on positive emotion, negatively on negative emotion. And it was analyzed that all the variables of human service influence significantly on emotional response. Especially, it showed that expertise of human service variables influence on positive emotion the most, influence significantly on negative emotion. The result of relationship on behavioral intention indicated that the convenience factor of festival servicescape and expertise factor of human service influence significantly. Therefore, to operate successful festival, festival organizer should plan and manage the festival based on factors which comprises festival servicescape and human service.

  • 최근 우리나라 사회에서는 노약자 및 장애인에 대한 복지문제가 대두되고 있다. 관공서 및 여러 사회기관에서는 노약자 및 장애인들을 위한 편의시설의 설치가 법적으로 의무화 되고 있으며, 이에 따라 다양한 편의시설이 설치되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 편의시설의 설치만 이루어질 뿐 시설에 대한 정보부재로 인해 실제 활용도는 매우 낮은 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 노약자 및 장애인들의 이동성을 위해 웹 또는 모바일 어플리케이션을 통한 편의시설 정보제공 시스템을 구현한다. 본 시스템은 노약자 및 장애인들이 이용하는 편의시설에 대한 정보를 시각적으로 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 또한 시스템 내에서 사용되는 데이터들의 효율적인 관리와 시스템 종속성을 낮추기 위해 웹 서비스를 활용한다.

An User Authentication Mechanism in the OSGi Service Platform Environment (OSGi서비스 플랫폼 환경에서의 사용자 인증 메커니즘)

  • In the home gateway environment, several characteristics for the user authentication mechanism should be reflected separately from the existing distributed service environment. First, the platform of a home gateway is a component based system that its services are installed dynamically. Second, the convenience that user can use several services by authentication of once should be offered. Finally, the system resources of a home gateway are restricted. However, a user authentication mechanism that reflected these characteristics is not shown at the user admin service specification of the OSGi service platform.(OSGi is the representative standardization organization of hone gateway.) Also, there is no existing authentication protocol that satisfies these qualities at the same time. In this paper, we propose a new user authentication mechanism considering those characteristics for the home gateway environment. We also design and implement an independent authentication service bundle based on the OSGi service platform so that it can perform user authentication operations for each bundle service. We supplement and extend the Kerberos Protocol that can apply.

  • This paper introduces technical methods to improve the accessibility and usability of a WebRTC video conference (VC) application. Simplified login is essential, by applying such as single sign-on (SSO) to improve the accessibility of VC applications. High usability and manageability are also necessary to attract more users, enhance user experiences, and save service management cost. The proposed VC application leverages SAML-based federated identity management (FIM) to enable higher service accessibility. Users can access the application with their organizational ID and SSO authentication. The FIM eases user ID management and indirectly strengthens privacy information protection. Proposed web application has high usability and manageability because users and/or administrators can easily create, join, monitor, or tear down VC sessions through RESTful web service (REST API). We verify the feasibility of the VC application after illustrating the SAML-based identity federation and the designed REST API.

  • Smart phones mixed with mobile devices and computers are biggest change of information technology and user-installed applications of them provide various information and services which were only possible on PC and Internet in the past. They are expected to be used by thirty million people in 2012 and people with disabilities can get easily information and location of disabled facilities using them. In this paper, we design a mobile information service system for person with disabilities, which provides various information and location of disabled facilities. We build information of disabled facilities using acquisition information through existing web sites and provide location based service with user's location. We also implement and service the proposed system and we show efficiency of our system.

  • In order for consumers to purchase products and event products offered at each convenience store at a low price, visitors should visit the convenience store's homepage or visit the store directly. In this study, we developed an app program for each convenience store to find out which products are event products and which services are provided at certain convenience stores. Using this app, users can search real-time on various services including event information provided by various convenience stores.

  • 모바일 단말기의 보급과 무선 네트워크 기술의 발달로 단문 메시지 전달 서비스, 멀티미디어 메시지 전달 서비스는 이미 우리에게 친숙한 서비스다. 그러나 Mark Weiser가 강조했던 기술과 서비스에 의한 사용자의 편의보다는 오히려 불편과 방해가 점점 늘어나고 있다. 적절하지 않은 시간과 장소에서의 원하지 않는 메시지가 스팸 메시지만큼이나 사람을 불편하게 만들고 있기 때문이다. 제안하는 서비스는 기존 메시지 전달 서비스에 'Location' 요소를 추가한 메시지 전달 서비스로서, 사용자 편의 중심의 메시지 전달서비스를 가능하게 해준다. 수신자, 위치, 시간에 기반을 둔 메시지 송수신과 사용자 피드백에 의한 위치목록 구성 등을 특징으로 가지고 있다.

A Study on the Relationships between the Service Convenience of Restaurant Kiosk and Customer Value, Trust, and Satisfaction (외식업체 키오스크의 서비스 편의성과 고객 가치, 신뢰, 만족과의 관계 연구)

  • This study examined the relationships between the service convenience of restaurant kiosks and customer value, satisfaction, and trust. To this end, analyses were conducted with adults aged at least 18 years throughout the country who reported that they had used restaurant kiosks at least once over the last year. Information on restaurant kiosks was provided to minimize the possibility of errors in the survey. According to the results, first, the decision-making convenience and the convenience of restaurant kiosks were shown to have significant effects on the customer value. On the other hand, the place convenience and transaction convenience had no significant effect on customer value. Second, customer value was shown to have significant effects on trust and satisfaction. Third, trust was shown to have significant effects on satisfaction. If a restaurant considers kiosks in terms of customer service convenience, not labor cost reduction, they will maintain long-term relationships and enhance their differentiation by increasing satisfaction and trust. This study aims to present differentiated marketing strategies and practical implications of restaurants that have introduced kiosks.
