In this study the improved service innovation model to solve the problems that appear from a vantage point of the providing security services process through the application and appeal process of convergence security technologies proposed. The model was in view of service science to resolves the limitations that facilities management and unmanned security of physical security field through the application of meteorological information on convergence security technologies. The contribution of this research: improved risk management based on convergence security technologies through service innovation management, evaluated the quantitative value of risk management activity using service effects, and development of physical security service providing methodology using meteorological information.

The types and characteristics of the service business are various in the service process and product. So the communication and sharing for learning about experience and knowledge are very important. But up to the present, the academic and systemic research have not been activated in this field. Recently, the demand and supply in the service business are growing rapidly, the related researches by the scientific and systemic approach are required. In this study, the some research area discussed and suggested in the perspective of service innovation by the Ostrom's research(2010)'s category and suggestions mainly. In the service planning area, some research theme candidates, research trends, and examples are introduced in the categories of the fostering service infusion and growth, the improving well-being through transformative service, and the creating and maintaining a service culture. Also, in the service development area, various research theme candidates, trends, and suggestions are described in the categories of the stimulating service innovation, the enhancing service design, and the optimizing service networks and value chains.

Recently, the platforms for open science are being developed for helping researchers and scientists who are interested in convergence studies. This paper is focused on deriving a design method for an integrated architecture for knowledge infrastructure in science and technology and to set up the integration level of details and association between data and services in the integrated architecture. To facilitate the open science in research lifecycle, reconstructing individual services into modular and independent function blocks needs to be reusable and interoperable. The proposed design methodology is used for manipulating a service integration for the convergence service of S&T(Science and Technology) knowledge infrastructure. It can support to seamlessly access computing resources and the research results including artifacts digitally enabled scholars, researchers, and engineers participating in multidisciplinary collaborations.

Increasing the value of data, paradigm shifts in research methods, and specific manifestations of open science indicate that research is no longer text-centric, but data-driven. In this study, we analyzed the services for DCC, ICPSR, ANDS and DataONE to derive key elements and functional requirements for research data management and services that are still insufficient in domestic research. Key factors derived include DMP writing support, data description, data storage, data sharing and access, data citations, and data management training. In addition, by presenting functional requirements to the derived key elements, this study can be applied to construct and operate RDM service in the future.

본 논문에서는 환자들의 병력, 약물복용 내역 등 의료 데이터들을 저장하고 응급상황 발생시 이 정보들을 효율적으로 활용하는 구급활동 서비스를 설계한다. 설계된 구급용 의료정보 시스템은 구급데이터 클라우드, 전처리에 의한 사전 매핑 시스템, 구급대원들의 판단과 처치를 지원해주는 정보 제공 시스템 등으로 구성되어 있다. 매핑된 구급활동 리스트를 이용하여 구급대원들은 여러 검사와 조치를 병렬적으로 수행할 수 있어서 표준화된 구급활동의 효율을 높일 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 특정 서비스군의 소비자 니즈를 신속히 파악하기 위하여 일기와 같은 자연언어 텍스트를 활용한 분류 모델을 개발한다. 목적에 맞는 감정상태군을 정의하여 필수적인 감정들로 통합한 후 주어진 데이터셋에서 해당 감정 컬럼을 추출하여 텍스트 형식을 통일한다. 파이썬의 Keras 라이브러리를 사용하여 임베딩 레이어, LSTM 레이어, 밀집 레이어 등으로 학습 네트워크를 구성한 후 추출된 텍스트로 학습한 결과는 15회의 이포크 수행으로 98%의 정확도에 도달한다.

Optical Character Recognition is the technology that recognizes text in images and converts them into digital format. Deep learning-based OCR is being used in many industries with large quantities of recorded data due to its high recognition performance. To improve medical services, deep learning-based OCR was actively introduced by the medical industry. In this paper, we discussed trends in OCR engines and medical OCR and provided a roadmap for development of medical OCR. By using natural language processing on detected text data, current medical OCR has improved its recognition performance. However, there are limits to the recognition performance, especially for non-standard handwriting and modified text. To develop advanced medical OCR, databaseization of medical data, image pre-processing, and natural language processing are necessary.

Open Science is evolving not only to share research results, but also to open the research process. We are developing the EDISON platform for the spread of open science in computational science and engineering. The EDISON platform provides online simulation services developed by computational science and engineering researchers. It also provides an environment for sharing source code, data, and related research publications. An effective simulation software registration management system is required for successful service on the EDISON platform. In this paper, we proposes a simulation software management system to provide online simulation service through EDISON platform. The proposed system allows the developer to register the simulation software on the EDISON platform without administrator intervention and effectively build a web-based simulation environment.

Open science policies are spreading that disclose, share, and utilize research results produced through government public funds. As a policy to revitalize open science, interest in research support services that allow easy search, access, and reuse of results is increasing. To support services to provide researchers with various information, we propose a research resource knowledge graph model to meaningfully express the relationship between the scattered various outcome data. In this paper, it contributes to the improvement of the service of the national research data platform DataON by meaningfully connecting national R&D task information, researcher information, performance information, and research data information.

최근 IT서비스 산업은 복잡한 서비스 시스템 통합과 더불어, 제품과 서비스의 융/복합화를 위한 IT서비스 제조 (manufacturing)산업으로 활발히 확장되고 있다. 이는 제품의 서비스화 (product servicize)와 서비스의 제품화 (service productize) 현상의 가속화로 인해 제품과 서비스의 구분이 모호해 지고 있는 산업변화에 대응하려는 산업의 노력으로 판단된다. 고객 가치 향상을 위해 IT서비스 제조산업에서는 제품과 서비스의 모호한 경계를 극복하고, 서비스중심의 신규 IT서비스를 개발할 수 있는 무형의 프로세스 정립이 요구되었다. 본 연구에서는 서비스 사이언스 측면에서 제공되는 이론들 (NPD, NSD, UCD, Contingency theory)을 검토하여, IT서비스 제조산업의 특성이 반영된 마케팅 지원 process template를 개발하는 데에 목적이 있다. 제안된 template는 목표시장 및 기술환경의 분석과 동시에 IT서비스 제품 분석을 통해 IT서비스 사업 마케팅 기회를 전략적으로 탐색할 수 있는 도구가 될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
