In Mongolia, the regulation related to the private security industry, the Law on Contracted Private Security Services, was legislated relatively recently. The Law on Contracted Private Security Services was enacted into law in Mongolia 16 years ago, in 2000. This regulation has undergone two amendments since its inception. However, new revisions still need to be made to ensure that this regulation is in line with internationally accepted standards and practices. This paper compares the existing private security regulations of South Korea and Mongolia. The purpose of this comparative study was to identify the weaknesses of and problems in the Mongolian regulation and propose amendments to the Mongolian regulation. The comparative study of the two countries' regulations showed and underscored an imperative need to make further amendments to the Law on Contracted Private Security Services. Specifically, the weaknesses of and problems in the Mongolian regulation at issue include the following: the level of accuracy in defining certain legal terms and providing the proper names for various regulations; stipulations which set forth the procedure for registering a private security company; provisions regarding operating a private security company; the details of eligibility and accountability requirements concerning chief executives and security service officers; and the scope of work provisions. This study proposes constructive amendments to strengthen the Law on Contracted Private Security Services.

Due to the advance of broadband communication networks including the Internet, the release of diverse media, and the busy life cycle of modern people, it became difficult to watch TV programs strictly according to the program schedule. Instead, demand to download and watch the programs at any time on TV is increasing. In order to meet the demand, terrestrial DTV broadcasters developed a TV service which provides various on-demand contents by integrating terrestrial DTV network and the Internet without enforcing viewers to subscribe broadcasting services such as IPTV or CableTV, and standardized it as OHTV(Open Hybrid TV). In this paper, we explain the current status of OHTV standard and worldwide hybrid TV services and their technical standards. We also provide a strategy for the next version of OHTV standard in order to enhance the value of OHTV.

This study purpose to identifying the roles of Health Information Librarian which its role is increasing according to increase recent interest in wellness and health. In other words, this study will present the Education, careen duties and so on, which should be possed by Health Information Librarian, based on the analysis of Job Site. As as result, first, health information professional librarian's name appears very diverse, and consumer health information librarian will be appropriate name for public libraries and medical librarian will be appropriate for medical library and hospital library. Second, education experience required for health information librarian is master's degree of library and information science and bachelor's or more health related degree. Third, at least two years of health-related field experience, particularly health information service experience, is required. Forth, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills are required, expecially higher knowledge for health-related information resources is required. Fifth, the main duties what health information librarian need to perform, are library management services, training services, research services, access to and sharing of information resources, collection management, information management, information management technology, and advocacy.

Wide area augmentation system is a system that generates and transmits correction and Integrity information for use in wide area. Typical system is SBAS. In the United States, it operates under the name WAAS, EGNOS in Europe, MSAS in Japan, SDCM in Russia, GAGAN in India. it is developing Korean SBAS which named KASS by 2022 in Korea. SBAS is a standard System that is operated as civil aviation service base and set as international standards by ICAO. So the correction data can only is used for civil SPS receiver. In this paper, we discuss C1P1 DCB estimation which need to use SPS correction service for PPS receiver. Then we analyze C1P1 DCB correction effect under standalone Satellite Navigation and method to use PPS receiver under SPS DGPS. Finally we organize wide area augmentation system for PPS receiver and analysis performance.

Social medicine is recognized as one of medical specialties in many countries. However, social medicine has never been formally introduced to Korea, presumably because the term and its principles were not accepted for some years in the past in American medicine, which has strongly influenced Korean medicine. This paper describes the origins and evolution of social medicine and briefly discusses contemporary social medicine in Korea. Social medicine was initiated in France and Germany in 1848. Since then, it has expanded globally and developed in diverse ways. Included in core principles of social medicine is that social and economic conditions have important effects on health and disease, and that these relationships must be subjected to scientific investigation. The term 'social medicine' is rarely used in Korea, but many of its subject matters are incorporated into preventive medicine which, besides prevention, deals with population health that is inescapably social. However, the Korean preventive medicine directs little attention to the basic concepts and principles of social medicine, upon which systematic development of social medicine can be based. Thus, it is necessary to supplement the social medicine contents of preventive medicine through formalizing the linkages between the two fields. One way of doing so would be to change the title of 'preventive medicine' course in medical colleges to 'preventive and social medicine,' as in many other countries, and to adjust the course contents accordingly.

디지털 콘텐츠가 나타나면서 시대별 유통 방법이 제안되고 발전돼왔다. 초창기 저용량의 디지털 콘텐츠에서 현재 대용량의 DVD급 화질의 콘텐츠가 유통되고 있다. 아날로그 콘텐츠와는 달리 디지털 콘텐츠가 불법복제 되면 콘텐츠의 저작권자는 더욱 큰 물질적인 손해를 입게 된다. 그래서 DRM(Digital Rights Management)기술이 디지털 콘텐츠에 적용되어 콘텐츠를 보호하게 되었다. 하지만 표준화되지 못한 DRM 기술은 여러개의 전용 클라이언트 프로그램이 필요하게 되었고, 콘텐츠의 유통흐름을 원활하게 못하고 있는 실정이다. 제안된 시스템은 디지털 콘텐츠와 플레이어의 일체화된 구조로서 디지털콘텐츠를 1차 패키징 하고, 플레이어의 Secure Storage에 2차 패키징 하여 콘텐츠와 플레이어가 하나의 파일로 배포되어진다. 2차 패키징 된 결과물은 PackPlayer라 명칭한다. 콘텐츠와 플레이어가 하나의 파일로 배포되어지면 사용자가 쉽게 콘텐츠를 볼 수 있으며, 원활한 콘텐츠의 유통과 다양한 상품서비스를 가능하게 해줄 수 있을 것이다.

(사)한국산업디자이너협회에서 주최하고 산업통상자원부가 후원하는 '2017 핀업 디자인 어워드' 시상식이 지난 1월12일(금) 서울시 송파구에 위치한 X-Space Hall에서 열렸다. 핀업 디자인어워드는 정부 공식 인정대회로서 1997년 한국산업디자인상에서 시작하여 2008년 핀업 디자인어워드로 명칭을 바꾸어 제품 및 서비스 공공디자인 등 종합적인 카테고리로 우수디자인을 선정하고 있으며 대한민국 디자인대상, 우수디자인(GD) 상품 선정과 함께 국내 3대 디자인상으로 자리매김하고 있다. 이날 시상식에서는 BEST OF BEST Secletion에서 애경산업의 'AGE20's BLACK EDITION'과 'SOONSAEM Dishwashing detergent', 광동제약(주)의 'Kwangdong Choi's' 등의 패키지 디자인이 수상을 했다. 다음에 '2017 핀업디자인어워드'에서 수상의 영광을 안은 패키지 디자인을 살펴보도록 한다.

삼성전자가 주최하는'삼성 4G포럼'이 지난 8월 27일과 28일 이틀 간 서울 신라호텔에서 개최됐다. 삼성 4G포럼은 2005년 모바일 와이맥스(와이브로) 기술을 세계 최초로 선보였고, 지난해에는 세계 유수의 경쟁업체들을 크게 앞서는 4G 기술을 선보임으로써 차세대 통신기술의 발전상을 꿰뚫어볼 수 있는 행사로 자리를 잡고 있다. 올해 행사에서는 삼성전자가 주도하는 모바일 와이맥스뿐만 아니라, 3GPP LTE(Long Term Evolution), 3GPP2 UMB(Ultra Mobile Broadband) 등 ITU가 4G의 유력 후보 기술로 꼽은 3대 통신기술이 한자리에서 소개되고 기술개발 및 표준화 동향을 공유하는 자리가 마련돼 더욱 눈길을 끌었다. 4세대 이동통신, 즉'4G'란 이동 중 100Mbps, 정지 상태에서는 1Gbps급 속도를 제공하는 무선 통신기술로, 지난 2005년 10월 ITU(국제전기통신연합)이'IMT-어드밴스트(advanced)'를 공식 명칭으로 결정한 바 있다. 하지만 현재의 3G와는 완전히 다른 새로운 세대의 통신 기술이라는 점을 강조하기 위해 여전히 4G라는 용어가 널리 쓰이고 있다.

Web Services가 차세대 e-Business를 주도할 것으로 많은 주목을 받으면서 XML(extensible Markup Language)을 기반으로 하여 폭넓게 성장해 가고 있다. 하지만 안전한 서비스의 측면에서 Web Services 는 폐쇄환경에서는 존재하지 않았던 새로운 보안 고려사항들을 부각시키고 있다. 이에 대한 해결을 위해 본 논문에서는 XML을 기반으로 하는 Web Services의 특성에 맞추어, 플랫폼 독립적이며 언어 중립적인 특징을 유지한 XML-Signcryption을 제안하는데, 이것은 논리적으로 한번에 전자 서명과 암호화를 함께 수행하도록 하여 기존의 서명 후 암호화에서 요구되는 계산 비용보다 더 적은 비용을 가지고 있는 Zheng의 Signcryption 기법을 XML 보안에 응용한 것이다. 본 논문에서 처음으로 XML 구문 형식을 따라 XML-Signcryption이란 명칭으로 설계하여 제안하는 XML-Signcryption은 암호화와 전자서명을 따로 구현한 W3C(World Wide Web Consortium)의 XML-Encryption이나 XML-Signature 스펙과 비교해, 전자서명과 암호화의 두 가지 보안 메커니즘을 위한 각각의 구현을 따로 할 필요 없이 한번에 할 수 있다는 면에서 개발자들에게 편리성을 제공할 뿐만 아니라 계산 비용 측면에서도 효율적인 장점을 제공한다.
