User Data Collection and Personalization Services in Mobile Shopping Environment (모바일 쇼핑 환경에서 사용자 데이터 수집 및 개인화 서비스 방법)

  • The spread of smartphones is increasing the proportion of mobile shopping in the online shopping market. Most mobile shopping services are delivered through applications. However, personalization services are very important for user data collection and analysis. Therefore, in this paper, we implemented the product barcode recognition function and machine learning-based product image recognition function using smartphones camera to collect user data in mobile shopping environment. The implemented function and push notification services enabled the collection and analysis of user data and personalization services for online shopping platform applications.

  • Recently, a variety of contents services over the internet are becoming popular, among which MCN(Multi Channel Network) platform services have become popular with the generalization of smart phones. The MCN platform is based on streaming, and various factors are added to improve the service. Among them, augmented reality sticker service using face recognition is widely used. In this paper, we implemented the MCN platform that masks the augmented reality sticker on the face through facial emotion recognition in order to further increase the interest factor. We analyzed seven facial emotions using deep learning technology for facial emotion recognition, and applied the emotional sticker to the face based on it. To implement the proposed MCN platform, emotional stickers were applied to the clients and various servers that can stream the servers were designed.

  • The self-regulated learning was making an alternative idea to improve a learning effect of student who takes part in a study course. This research aimed the self- regulated learning of E-learning system. Also. in this system, the students were able to select the learning object according to the learning method for improving learning effect that students take part in study spontaneously. And the learning logic was implemented for development efficiency and operation by web service. Finally, the test result of study group who had the similar studying level displayed that the proposal method was better learning effect than exist one.

  • 사용자에게 맞춘 개인화된 제품과 서비스를 제공하는 기술의 발전으로 개인화의 수요는 점점 늘어날 것으로 전망하고 있다. 또한 개인 맞춤형으로 전문 스포츠 선수화, 족부 장애우를 위한 정형 제화 등 전문적인 기능 중심의 개인화나 패션을 위한 스타일 중심의 개인화 등 개인 맞춤 제작 신발을 제작할 때 기존의 아날로그적인 방식으로 발 변인을 측정했을 때 각 변인에 대해 기준점이 명확하지 않아서 재현성이 떨어진다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 자를 이용해 간단히 측정 가능한 기본적인 발 변인 이용하여 다른 변인들을 학습하고 딥러닝을 이용해 추정하는 방법에 대해 서술한다. 이를 위해 20개의 발 변인을 휙득 하였고 그 중 6개의 기본적인 발 변인을 이용해 14개 변인을적합 방지를 위해 Dorpout을 적용해 학습하고 학습한 데이터를 이용해 학습하지 않은 데이터를 테스트해 각 변인별 결과를 보여준다.

  • A lot of E-Learning system is supplying the existent item difficulty based learning information to learner. And learner is doing learning contents according to the fixed learning course. It is difficult for learner to get efficient learning effect. Because learner has to belong to fixed item difficulty and learning course even thought learner has different degree that understand studying in learning course. This research proposed the learner adaptive E-learning system that is able to control the item difficulty and learning course to analyze the understanding degree of learner in learning course. In this result, learner is able to improve learning effect to get rid of fixed learning course using bi-directed learning such as off-line learning.

  • When a designer creates a new web-based learning-teaching system, there are so many considerations to help learners' learning effect through effective interaction. First of all, web-based simulation is recommended to provide learners with effective and attractive learning environments in web. Efficient study design should be considered because well designed simulation-based contents provide continuous interest for learner. Until now many e-Learning systems provide web-based simulation using various technique. However, those contents require to be reorganized considering the level of accomplishment, learning styles. In this paper, I proposed a system that the learners can share simulation objects among other e-Learning systems using XML web service. By experimental result, the proposed system shows that is more efficient than the conventional system in the self-leading study activity and interactivity.

  • 본 논문에서는 IoT 환경의 무선 센서 네트워크 시스템 상의 효율적인 패킷 전달을 위해 큐러닝(Q-learning)에 기반한 다중 대기열 동적 스케쥴링 기법을 제안한다. 이 정책은 다중 대기열(Multiple queue)의 각 큐가 요구하는 딜레이 조건에 맞춰 최대한 패킷 처리를 미룸으로써 효율적으로 CPU자원을 분배한다. 또한 각 노드들의 상태를 큐러닝(Q-learning)을 통해 지속적으로 상태를 파악하여 기아상태(Starvation)를 방지한다. 제안하는 기법은 무선 센서 네트워크 상의 가변적이고 예측 불가능한 환경에 대한 사전지식이 없이도 요구하는 서비스의 질(Quality of service)를 만족할 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서는 모의실험을 통해 기존의 학습 기반 패킷 스케쥴링 알고리즘과 비교하여 제안하는 스케쥴링 기법이 복잡한 요구조건에 따라 유연하고 공정한 서비스를 제공함에 있어 우수함을 증명하였다.

  • 최근 스마트기기가 널리 보급되고 소셜네트워크 서비스가 확산되면서, 스마트 기기 및 소셜미디어를 활용함으로서 학습에서 상호작용을 극대화한 교육환경으로 스마트러닝이 크게 부각되고 있다. 그리고 스마트러닝 콘텐츠 및 환경의 확산으로 PC 위주에서 스마트폰 등으로 이러닝 콘텐츠의 사용환경이 확장됨에 따라 콘텐츠 저작의 경제성과 효율성 등을 고려하게 되었으며, 하나의 콘텐츠를 다양한 환경에서 활용 가능하도록 하고 있다. 그러나 기존 PC기반의 콘텐츠를 스마트기기에 적용함에 있어 여러 가지 문제가 발생하는데 이 문제들을 해결하는 방안으로 먼저 콘텐츠에 대한 표준화가 중요한 요소로 작용한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전자책 표준화를 활용한 효율적인 스마트러닝 기법을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The e-Learning contents producing industry has been situated at the difficult status because of excessive competition and small-scale business company in unprofitable contents development market. One of the most important issues is low cost for e-Learning contents development. This paper is focus on analysis of e-Learning contents development cost and suggest the rational alternatives for policy making. In order to make successful study, this paper tell about various contents development cost, comparison analysis among them, and e-Learning contents development cost model. As a result of the study, this paper suggest the rational alternatives of of policy making for e-Learning contents development cost.

  • Despite steady economic growth of e-learning industry, manpower is lacking in e-learning industry. In this study, We developed a new e-learning business model including open market portal system to solve this problem. The existing e-learning business models required complicated procedure for creating contents. Therefore it took long time and great expense. But in this study we developed the business model with open market portal system, it can support to make easily for e-learning contents. We analysed usefulness our program and other popular programs with thirty lecturers. As a result of survey, usefulness of our system is presented. The study suggests differently the student-centered business model and the lecturer-centered business model than existing e-learning business model had the manufacturing company-centered business model and the services-centered business model. We anticipate the new business model invigorate the e-learning industry.
