RC Car System with LCD and Speed Control using Arduino (아두이노(Arduino)를 이용한 속도제어 및 LCD RC카 시스템)

  • 최근 사물인터넷(IoT)의 기반이 되는 아두이노 기술을 접목하여 다양한 스위치와 센서로 입력 값을 받아들여 LED, 모터와 같은 외부출력장치를 제어함으로써 상호 작용을 만들어 낼 수 있는 시스템개발이 유행이다. 본 논문에서는 아두이노를 이용하고 여러 가지 센서들을 활용하여 RC카 제작 및 거리제어 센서를 통한 DC모터 정지와 RFID를 통하여 LCD광고를 할 수 있는 자동차 시스템을 개발하였다. 개발한 시스템은 모터제어를 통하여 RC카의 전진과, 후진, 좌, 우 등 서브모터와, DC모터를 제어 하게 하였으며, 모터제어를 한 RC카에 블루투스 모듈을 장착하여 블루투스를 통하여 스마트폰으로 조종이 가능하도록 하였다. 안드로이드 어플을 사용하는 과정 중에 멈춤 오류로 인하여 S값을 한번만주는 형식의 안드로이드 어플을 이클립스로 제작하여 수정하였으며 전방에 거리감지센서를 장착하여 자동차의 20~150cm앞에 물체가 있을시 모터를 정지하게 하여 속도를 제어 하도록 하였다. 또한 RFID리더기를 사용하여 태그키가 RFID리더기에 태그 될시 LCD화면에 광고를 노출할 수 있게 하였다.

  • We can acquire the criteria of configuration tolerance on the Kick Motor system, KSLV-I upper stage propulsion system from the analysis results of the initial controllability on the KSLV-I upper stage. Also we can assign configuration tolerances on each subsystem from the configuration tolerance on the Kick Motor system. This article deals with the Kick Motor system configuration tolerance criteria and the results of configuration management on the both ground test models and flight test ones.

  • In this paper, research was conducted to prevent various safety accidents that may occur from infant vehicles carrying children and to use infant vehicles easier. In order to prevent the infant vehicle from driving without protection, a brake function is mounted on the infant vehicle wheels using a pressure sensor and a sub motor, and a pressure sensor and an LCD are used to determine whether a seat belt is fastened to prevent the infant from falling from the infant vehicle. In addition, it is designed to turn on the warning light when exceeding a certain temperature and humidity using LCD and LED so that infants can be in a pleasant environment when using a baby vehicle.

  • KSLV-I (Korea Space Launch Vehicle-I) upper stage KM (Kick Motor) is a solid propulsion system which consists of igniter, SAD (Safety Arming Device), composite case, and submerged nozzle capable of TVC (Thrust Vector Control) actuation. Each subsystem of KM fulfilled development requirements for achieving a flight mission successfully. We confirmed the successful development of KM from the $3^{rd}$ flight test results of NARO on January 30, 2013. This article deals with the requirements of KM and the results on configuration management, mass variation, thrust axis alignment, and major test results and so on.

  • Press brake is used as bending and forming sheet metal in vehicle and many kind of industry. This paper deals with development of NC press brake based on high precision positioning device and software, which can be operated on personal computer. In this system, positioning device is used for controlling bending angle and operated by the developed software, which is database from material property, width and thickness of material. This study will make distribution in development of computer aided press brake.

  • 반도체의 고집적화와 LCD의 대형화로 인해 웨이퍼 및 LCD 검사용 스테이지의 성능 향상이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 고속의 검사속도, 서브마이크론의 검사 정밀도, 그리고 대행정 구동을 위한 이중 서보 시스템을 제안하였다. 이중 서보 시스템은 선형모터로 구동되고 공기베어링으로 가이드 되는 조동 구동부와 보이스 코일 모터(VCM)로 구동되고 공기베어링으로 가이드 되는 미세 구동부로 구성된다. 검사 효율을 향상시키기 위한 고속 세틀링을 위한 제어기로서 시간 최적 제어 기법과 시간 지연 제어기를 결합한 모드 변경 제어기를 제안하고 이중 서보 시스템에 구현하여 성능을 평가하였다.

  • The control moment gyroscope(CMG) which is well known as an effective high-torque-generating device is applicable to space vehicles, airplanes, ships, automobiles, robotics, etc. for attitude stabilization and maneuver. This paper deals with the overall details of 100Nm-class CMG development for various industrial applications, and provides the activities and results associated with the CMG system-level requirement analysis, the motor subsystem design/manufacturing/integration, the construction of ground support equipment, and the performance test and evaluation. The performance test reveals that the CMG generates the torque output more than 120Nm in as-designed operation of spin motor and gimbal motor.

  • In this study, we developed a PC - based motorcycle simulator based on the development technology of the virtual patrol motorcycle training system. In order to get the impression that the motorcycle simulator is operating in a realistic way, it is important to have a reliable signal transmission and operation feeling between the driver and the simulator. In order to achieve this, we developed a system that can apply the sub-systems of the actual vehicle to the motorcycle simulator in order to generate the same operation feeling as the actual vehicle. Based on these results, We have developed a method for generating a feedback queue. Vehicle dynamics simulates real-time vehicle motion by receiving input from a steering wheel, accelerating / decelerating pedal, etc. operated by a driver on a vehicle simulator and transmitting the result to a visual and acoustic system, It is the central element of the simulator to generate. I want to summarize the main requirements of simulation dynamics.

  • A design principles of discontinuous control are studied and then are applied to position control of D. C. sevo drive fed by a four-quadrant chopper. Variable structure control with sliding mode gives fast dynamic response with no overshoot. And the resulting system bas good robust properties independent of the wide variations of electrical, mechanical parameters and external disturbances without any system identification. But the high frequency chatter component of control input in the sliding mode is undesirarable. A continuous control law that is a approximation to discontinuous control law is used for design.
