We need to recognize the overall changes in Korean society with understanding the situation of the characteristic and actual living condition of the elderly, so to prepare efficient and active policies at the moment from aging society to aged society. Based on the 2008 national survey data of the actual living condition of the elderly and welfare need, the living condition of the elderly for household and individual information is identified and the effects on the life satisfaction of these variables are statistically analyzed. Therefore, this paper might help to establish the aged social policies with realistic validity and suitability and extend the academical understanding of Korean society.

The purpose of this study is to compare care unit cost among large institutions, small group homes and independent living homes for disabled people. For this purpose, our study adopted cost-analysis method widely being used in the field of accounting. By the analysis on per-person and per-year unit care cost comparison, care cost of large institutions is estimated 15,000 - 20,000 thousands won, small group homes 10,000 - 11,000 thousands won and independent living homes 4,025 thousands won. By this study, discourse of 'larger size means economic efficiency' which is widely supported by politicians and bureaucrats has no grounds in the practice of Korean residential care services. This study is suggesting two folds. Firstly, small and community based homes should be preferred in the future provision policy of residential care homes for disabled people. Secondly, government grants for small community based homes should be increased to the level of amount provided on large institutions.

This study aimed to understand the competency of workers attending to the residential facilities for disabled people. Under the same conditions of residential facilities, a difference of service level to person with disabilities and of facility's operation are due to a great difference between each worker's quality and capability. The Delphi method by 26 experts panel from high rated 13 facilities was employed. According to the study result, as common competency of workers, it comes to the conclusion that workers should be endowed with the ability to settle the matter, the will to improve, and the relationship in the inside and outside, and so on,. In addition, it makes clear that required competency varies with the position and the duty of workers. These results are significant in that the systematic scheme according to individual ability is necessary to improve worker's competency attending to the residential facilities for disabled people.

본 연구는 장애인생활시설에서의 정보화에 대한 고찰이다. 정규 시각장애인학교와 장애인생활시설의 시각장애인 교육환경의 비교하기 위하여 대전의 한 장애인생활시설을 선정하고. 장애인생활시설에 몸담고 있는 원생의 유형별, 연령별 인원현황, 연령별 교사현황, 컴퓨터 보유현황, 원생의 주간교육 일정, 시각장애인용 기자재 보유현황 등을 조사하였다. 그 결과 시각장애자에게 있어서 정보화의 기초가 되는 점자 숙지자가 많지 않아 점자교육의 확대가 필요하였고, 정규학교와 달리 컴퓨터교육에 필요한 기자재가 턱없이 부족하여 학습의 환경조성이 시급한 상황이었다. 또한, 교사 중 일부만이 사회복지나 특수교육을 전공하였고, 컴퓨터를 전공한 사람은 단 한 명도 없었다. 그 이유는 아직 장애인 생활시설의 교사채용기준은 법으로 규정되어 있지 않고 생활시설의 교사에 대한 처우가 일반학교의 교사에 대한 처우에 못 미치는 상황이어서 전공자의 임용지원이 많지 않기 때문이었다. 장애인 생활시설에서 정보화 촉진을 위해 정부의 지원을 바탕으로 한 기자재의 확충과 꾸준한 교육연수를 통한 전문지식인의 양성과 그에 걸 맞는 물리적, 사회적 대우를 통하여 원생들에게 질 높은 교육환경을 제공하는 것이 시급한 것으로 조사되었다.

본 연구는 경제관련 수준이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 이를 위해 한국노동패널조사(KLIPS)자료 중 4,294가구 10,553명을 대상으로 지역에 따른 경제관련 변인들의 차이를 분산분석을 통해 알아보았고, 단순한 경제수준 변인이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향과 경제수준을 지역에 따라 표준점수(Z-score)로 환산한 변인이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석을 통해 비교하였다. 연구 결과 단순한 경제수준보다는 표준점수로 환산된 상대적 경제수준이 더 큰 설명력을 갖는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 일정부분 생활만족도에 정적 영향을 줄 것으로 기대되었던 소득과 지출, 저축 둥 경제수준 관련 변인들이 일관되게 부적 영향을 갖는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 가구지출 기준 상위집단과 하위집단에서 동일하게 나타났다. 한 편 상위집단과 하위집단에서의 소득 관련 변인들의 영향력이 일부 상이하게 나타났는데, 상위집단에서는 전년도의 소득이 부적으로 더 근 영향력을 갖는 반면에 하위집단에서는 전월의 소득이 부적으로 더 큰 영향력을 갖는 것으로 나타나 하위집단의 소득 불안정이 생활만족도에 영향을 주고 있음을 시사하였다.

본 연구는 노인복지시설의 성과평가에 미치는 우선순위 결정요인을 파악한다. 이론적 고찰과 선행연구를 통하여 노인 복지시설에 미치는 결정요인을 설정하였다. Saaty의 계층분석과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process; AHP)를 활용하여 각각의 결정요인들에 대한 가중치와 우선순위를 분석하였다. 노인복지는 특정한 분야로 한정되어 있지 않기 때문에 양적인 방법만으로 설명하는 것은 한계가 있다. 따라서 질적 및 양적 방법을 활용할 수 있는 계층분석과정방법과 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 실증분석을 하였다. 노인복지시설의 분석결과를 요약하면 투입에 대한 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과 예산이 가장 높게 나왔으며, 산출에 대한 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과는 운영체계화와 노인복지성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 세부항목 간의 상대적 중요도를 분석한 결과는 결산서와 전문인력이 가장 높게 나타났다. 시설유형별 투입요인은 이용시설과 생활시설 모두 예산이 가장 높게 나타났으며, 산출요인은 이용시설은 운영체계화, 생활시설은 노인복지성이 가장 높게 나타났다. 노인복지시설에 미치는 결정요인에 따른 몇 가지 구체적인 정책적 시사점을 대안으로 제시하였다.

This study is to find social welfare practices that married women migrant can provide to them in order to relieve the stress of cultural differences and enjoy a good family life. Results,First, action plans to overcome intercultural differences are needed. To overcome effective cross-cultural differences, interventions and goals are set for culturally diverse clients that match their racial, cultural, ethnic, gender and sexual orientation.Second, it is necessary to cultivate professional education personnel. In order to train professionals, cultural diversity should be addressed in existing social welfare courses.Third, the related laws need to be rearranged. The Multicultural Family Support Act continues to emerge as a need for supplementation, including the understanding of Korean family culture and the lack of counseling for immigrant women.As a result, married women immigrants recognize that Korean life is different from their own in many aspects of their daily lives, so they endeavor to have a lot of patience and high level of effort in the adaptation process. Therefore, there is a need for a social welfare practice that can support this.

대한가족보건복지협회 경기도지회는 가족의 건강한 삶을 위한 보건의료사업, 청소년 성교육, 모자보건사업을 중점적으로 추진하기 위하여 1962년 설립되었으며, 경기도 내 39개 지역을 대상으로 하여 지회사업을 추진하고 있다. 경기도지회는 도민의 가족보건복지증진을 위해 다양한 사업을 끊임없이 개발하고 있으며 건전하고 행복한 생활을 위해서 노력하고 있다.
