인터넷 사용 인구가 증가하면서 이제 사이버공간은 우리 생활에서 중요한 인프라가 되었다. 최근 인터넷 침해사고의 추세는 주로 금전적인 이익을 얻기 위하여 발생하고 있으며, 그 수법이 갈수록 지능적이고 복합적인 기법들을 사용하여 대응과 분석이 점점 어려워지고 있다. 인터넷 침해사고는 이제 특정 개인, 기업의 문제가 아닌 사회적, 국가적 이슈가 되고 있다. 이처럼 인터넷 등 정보통신의 발달에 따른 생활의 편리함 등 순기능과 함께 해킹 등과 같은 역기능도 피할 수 없는 상황이다. 침해사고에 대한 대응은 특정 계급에 국한되는 것이 아니라 사이버공간을 이용하든 모든 사용자가 대비를 해야한다. 사이버 위협에 지속적으로 대비하고, 침해사고 예방 및 대응 수준과 사용자들의 보안 인식을 높혀 개인, 기업, 국가의 안전을 보장해야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 침해사고 사례를 바탕으로 분석해 개인 인터넷 이용자들에게 인터넷 침해사고 예방 및 대응요령을 제공한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between children's walking safety or risk of traffic accident and the physical environments around 20 public elementary schools in Changwon-si, Gyeongsangnam-do. Field surveys were conducted to assess the street-level objective and subjective walking environments. The GIS method was used for measuring the neighborhood-level land use patterns. Children's walking safety and risk of traffic accident data were collected from the 6,381 grade 5 to 6 students attending 18 elementary schools through the questionnaire survey. Correlation analysis showed that walking safety and risk of traffic accident of the elementary students were associated with the number of temporary or permanent obstacles on the sidewalk, traffic safety signs, driveway and street intersections, street lights, and percentage of detached housing area and road area on neighbourhood-level. This research will promote to help with constructing a safe routes to school and walking-friendly healthy community.

u-City는 첨단 정보통신 인프라와 유비퀴터스 정보 처리를 도시공간에 융합해서 도시민에게 편리하고, 건강하며, 안전하고, 쾌적한 생활을 누리도록 하는 목표로삶의 질을 향상시키는 신개념의 도시이다. 도시기반시설인 도로는 이러한 u-City를 구축하는데 있어 핵심 구성요소 이지만, 도로 공간에서 발생하는 인명사고는 u-City의 목표인 안전한 도시를 구축하는데 있어 걸림돌이 되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 안전한 도시 구축을 위하여 USN 기술을 활용하여 횡단보도 주변에서 보행자의 안전을 지원하는 시마트 연석에 대한 개념과 개발 내용을 소개하고자한다. 스마트 연석은 도로 연석과 동일한 크기로 설치되어 지상에 돌출되지 않으므로 주위 환경과 잘어울리며, 상부 모서리에 경광등이 점멸되어 운전자로 하여금 횡단보도 지역임을 쉽게 알 수 있도록 하고, 측면에서 바닥비춤조명을 비춤으로써 운전자의 시인성을 높여 안전사고를 미연에 방지하는 기능을 가지고 있다.

지난해 말 전자금융 서비스 가입자 수가 6500만 명을 넘어섰으며, 올해로 도입 10년째를 맞이하고 있는 인터넷 뱅킹 서비스는 유비쿼터스 시대와 맞물려 우리 생활 깊숙이 자리 잡았다. 은행을 방문하지 않아도 일상생활에서 쉽게 접할 수 있는 전자매체를 통해 금융거래를 할 수 있다는 편리함으로 전자금융서비스를 이용한 거래가 창구거래보다 높은 상황이며, 전자금융거래 이용도는 계속 증가할 전망이다. 그러나 이러한 편리함 이면에는, 전자금융의 보안 허점을 노린 해킹시도가 끊이지 않고 있으며, 2005년 5월 인터넷 뱅킹 사고를 시작으로, 2007년 1월 대형 은행 고객정보 대량 유출 피싱 사건, 2007년 2월 공인인증서 유출로 인한 은행 불법 인출 사건 등 금전적인 이득을 노린 금융보안 사고들이 발생하고 있다. 최근 정부에서는 이러한 보안위협으로부터 사용자의 금융정보를 보호하고, 안전한 전자금융서비스를 제공하고자 "전자금융거래 안전성강화 종합대책"을 발표하였고, 이의 일환으로 기존 보안카드보다 보안성이 높은 OTP 기기를 개인고객에게도 도입하도록 하는 방안을 추진하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 일반 전자금융 서비스 고객에게도 확대되어 사용될 것으로 기대되는 OTP 기기의 기술 현황 및 국내 금융권 OTP 도입사례를 살펴보도록 한다.

인프라(Infrastructure)는 도로, 다리, 철도, 에너지, 상하수도 등과 같이 일상생활과 경제활동에 필수적인 사회기반시설로 국민의 안전과 삶의 질, 경제성장에 큰 영향을 미친다. 국내 인프라 건설이 활발했던 1970년대 이후 30년 이상 경과함에 따라, 고령화된 인프라와 관련된 안전사고가 발생하는 등 대책 마련의 필요성이 커지고 있다. 여기서는 현대경제연구원 김동열 수석 연구위원의 '인프라 고령화의 실태와 개선과제' 보고서를 통해 인프라 고령화의 현황, 문제점, 향후 과제 등에 대해 살펴본다.

이제 통신은 컴퓨터의 자원을 효율적으로 운용해주는 수단이 아니라 사용자의 생활을 편리하게 도와주는 삶의 일부로서 자리잡게 되었으며 인터넷을 통하여 물건을 사고 팔며 타인과 대화를 하고, 필요한 정보를 얻으며 사업을 영위하는 이른바 사이버 시대이다. 컴퓨터와 통신의 통합의 산물로서 최근 널리 보급되기 시작한 것이 인터넷 팩스와 인터넷 폰이다. 이들은 널리 사용되고 있는 통신 수단인 팩스와 전화를 인터넷 상에서보다 저렴하게 서비스하고자 하는 것이다.

경제가 성장함에 따라 생활문화의 수준 또한 향상되었고 그로인해 삶의 가치가 건강에 대한 관심으로 변하면서 함께 아웃도어 스포츠도 대중화되고 있다. 평균 수명이 늘어남에 따라 아웃도어 스포츠를 즐기는 인구도 노인층뿐만 아니라 다양한 계층으로 확대됨에 따라 아웃도어를 즐기는 이용자가 증가하고 있고 안전사고 또한 증가하고 있다. 아웃도어 활동 중 발생하는 안전사고 사망자의 대다수가 심장마비사고이다. 본 논문에서는 아웃도어 웨어에 심박센서를 장착하여 스마트폰과 연동되게 하며 심박수를 체크해주어 급작스레 심박수에 큰 폭의 변화를 보이면 스마트폰에 경고음을 크게 울려 주위의 사람들에게 위험상황을 알려 도움을 받을 수 있도록 하며 긴급한 사고가 발생할 경우 GPS를 통해 위치를 알려주며 구조요청 메시지를 보내도록 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find out the connection between the safety awareness of elder who lives alone and the residential environment, and to find and derive improvement measures to enhance safety awareness through the frequency and type of accidents of the elderly living alone between them. This study surveyed a total of 67 senior citizens living alone in Sujeong-gu, Seongnam-si with the help of 22 life-care workers. A survey was completed using a safety awareness diagnostic tool. As a result of analyzing the accident experiences of the elderly living alone according to the residential environment, there were significant differences in the type of accident and the location of the accident. In addition, through a survey on the safety consciousness of the elderly living alone, we newly found out that there is a significant relationship between the time out and safety consciousness.

창원시와 마산시, 진해시가 합쳐져 지난 2010년 출범한 통합 창원시. 3개시가 통합되면서 인구 110만명에 달하는 거대 기초단체가 설립됐다. 이에 발맞춰 이곳에서는 각종 사회기반시설, 생활편의시설들이 속속 들어섰고 이 가운데에는 신(新) 주거문화의 중심을 이끄는 것도 포함돼 있다. 바로 태영건설이 야심차게 시공하고 있는 '마산메트로시티 2단지 아파트'가 그것이다. 특히 이곳은 경남에서는 최초의 초고층아파트(최고층 55층)라는 상징성까지 갖고 있다. 때문에 이곳을 시공하는 태영건설에서는 안전에 남다른 관심과 노력을 기울이고 있다. 조그마한 사고도 이런 명성에 오점을 남길 수 있기 때문이다. 무재해 준공을 목표로 하고 있는 이곳의 안전관리가 어떻게 전개되고 있는지 찾아가 봤다.

The offshore plant crews that were commissioned in the commercial startup phase boarded the offshore plant in two shifts until the end of the project. The crews who were hired by the owner side stayed in the original offshore plant during the project. However, most of the offshore plant commissioned members who were dispatched from the shipyard were accommodated in the offshore accommodation barge. For this reason, they were exposed to many accidents since there are a lot of people staying in a small space. This study suggested a method for improving survival rate at offshore accommodation barge in terms of life safety. It is assumed that the fire accident among unfortunate events which take place in the offshore accommodation barge mainly occurred. So, this study analyzed the safety evacuation for offshore plant employees using fire simulation model based on both domestic and international law criteria. In particular, When fire occurs in the offshore accommodation barge, the periodically well trained crews are followed safety evacuation procedure. whereas many employees who have different background such as various occupations, cultural differences, races and nationality can be commissioned with improper evacuation behaviors. As a result, the risk will be greater than normal situation due to these inappropriate behaviors. Therefore, This study analyzed the Required Safe Escape Time (RSET) and Available Safe Escape Time (ASET). Also it was suggested the improvement of structure design and additional arrangement of safety equipment to improve the survival rate of the residents in offshore accommodation barge.
