This study introduces a study on the adjustment methods of the Life Safety Index. The Life Safety Index is a service provided by the Life Safety Prevention Service System. It comprehensively evaluates individuals' levels of safety in their daily lives, continually monitors their safety status, and presents a comprehensive index to prevent safety accidents in advance. Previous studies have developed the Life Safety Index using evaluation criteria (items) for assessing life safety prevention services, incorporating both the AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) and Likert Scale techniques. In this study, we build upon this existing Life Safety Index and explore methods for applying adjustment factors based on individuals' characteristics to enhance its accuracy and customization. We develop adjustment factors using existing national statistics to provide personalized services tailored to individual profiles. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for providing customized services by applying adjustment factors to the Life Safety Index, contributing to the development and application of life safety index adjustment methodologies.

This study aims to identify and understand nurses' experience on patient safety accidents in general hospital. The qualitative research method was used to analyze the daily life of seven nurses who had experienced nursing safety accidents directly or indirectly in general hospitals. The nurses' experiences were divided into 7 categories and 24 subordinate properties and 7 categories were "unexpected experience", "missing caused by negligence", "facing the anxiety", "difficult of loneliness", "resignation from the hospital", "entering into conflict" and "being practiced a nurse". The results of this study will contribute to the establishment of policies for safety accidents in hospitals and also it will help to make a practical improvement plan to prevent the patient safety accident at the clinical site.

본 연구는 여성 안전에 대한 다양한 정책이 시행되었지만, 공공장소에서의 여성의 안전을 위협하는 사건과 사고는 지속해서 발생하고 있다. 최근 여성 대상 범죄, 특히 성폭력 범죄가 매우 높아지면서 공공장소에서의 여성 안전에 대한 문제가 대두되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서는 여성 안전사고 발생 원인을 분석하여 그 원인을 해결할 수 있는 전략과 방안들을 개발하는 연구가 필요하며, 이를 통해 여성들이 공공장소에서 안전하게 생활할 수 있는 환경을 조성할 수 있다. 따라서 공공장소에서의 여성 안전 개선방안 연구는 매우 중요하다. 그러기 위해서는 첫째 범죄율을 분석, 공공장소에서 여성 범죄의 유형 및 발생 경로에 대해 분석하여 언제, 어디서, 어떤 유형의 범죄가 발생하는지 파악한다. 둘째 교육 및 정보 제공, 여성들에게 주변 위험 요소와 대처 방법, 보호시설 위치 등을 교육하고 정보를 제공하여 위험 상황으로부터 탈출하거나 대처할 수 있도록 한다. 셋째 시설 개선, 공공장소의 설계나 조명, 치안 등을 개선하여 여성들이 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 환경을 조성한다. 넷째 적극적인 관리, 공공장소에서 범죄가 발생하거나 이에 대한 우려가 있을 때, 적극적으로 주변 상황을 관찰하고 대처한다. 다섯 번째 커뮤니티 참여, 지역사회와 함께 여성 안전에 대한 캠페인을 전개하고, 지역주민들의 적극적인 참여와 지원을 유도하여 여성 안전의식을 확산시킨다. 이러한 방법들을 적극적으로 활용하여 여성들이 더욱 안전하고 편안한 환경에서 일상생활을 영위할 수 있는 사회적으로 안전한 여성 안전 문제에 대한 개선방안을 제시한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the keywords of the middle school textbooks based on the 2015 revision of the technology and home economics curriculum to understand the core concepts and contents composition of the 'housing' unit. Using TEXTOM and UCINET programs, the frequencies and centralities of the keywords were analyzed, and CONCOR analysis was performed. The results are as follows. First, the content system of the 'housing' unit is divided into 'life culture' and 'safety' in the 'family life and safety' area. Second, in the 'safety' section, the frequencies of occurrence of the words were high in the order of indoor, occurrence, use, noise, and safety accidents, in the order of frequency of occurrence. It was confirmed that words related to daily life, safety accidents, and prevention were closely connected to each other. In the 'life culture' section, the frequencies of occurrence were high in the order of space, housing, family, and residential space, and the correlations between these keywords were also high. Third, the most influential core keywords were, indoor and occurrence in the 'safety' section, and space, family, and housing, in the 'life culture' section. Fourth, the 'safety' section were divided into two subunits, 'safe living environment' and 'comfortable living environment', and the 'life culture' section were divided into four subunits, 'living space composition', 'space utilization', 'housing value and lifestyle', and 'housing culture'.

의학의 발달과 산업화로 인한 생활환경의 향상은 인류에게 질병으로 인한 고통이나 사망의 위험에서 벗어나게 해 주었다. 그러나 최근 우리사회에서 일어나고 있는 대형 안전사고로 인한 사망이나 부상피해는 갈수록 높아지고 있다. 이는 사회 전반에 퍼져있는 안전의식의 결여가 낳은 결과로, 사고를 사전에 예방하고, 사고로 인한 인명피해를 줄이기 위해서 모든 국민은 안전교육의 중요성을 인지하고, 교육의 활성화를 위해 노력해야 한다. 특히, 감수성이 예민하고 지식이나 가치관, 태도의 형성과정에 있는 어린이들에게 안전의식을 체계적으로 형성하고 관련지식을 갖도록 하는 것은 중요하다. 일선 학교 교사들도 안전교육의 필요성은 느끼지만, 교육적으로 활용할 수 있는 자료는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학생을 위한 안전교육 코스웨어를 연구하여 이를 아동들이 언제 어디서나 웹을 통하여 학습할 수 있는 장을 마련함으로써 아동들에게 안전에 대한 경각심과 안전의식을 심어주는데 목적이 있다.

제2만덕터널은 부산시민의 생활에 반드시 필수적인 장소로 하루 10만대의 차량이 이용하는 곳이지만 터널의 노후화와 안전시설의 미비로 사고발생시 인명피해는 물론 경제적 손실 발생 가능성이 큰 터널 시설물이다. 제2만덕터널은 2005년 7윌부터 2006년 9월까지 교통사고 56건, 고장사고 44건, 화재 2건, 기타 11건의 사고가 발생한 곳으로 관리사무소 전담요원 7명이 3교대로 근무하고 있으며 CCTV 15대만으로 사고를 대비하고 있다. 터널의 중요성을 고려할 때 노후화된 터널이지만 유비쿼터스 기술 및 구조물 계측기술을 적용한 안전관리 시스템이 필요하다. 제2만덕터널은 1985년에 준공되어 현재와 같은 보다 체계적인 터널 안전 관리 기술이 적용되리 많은 터널로 USN기반 구조물, 노면, 화재, 공기, 조명센서를 이용한 실시간 모니터링과 돌발적인 교통사고 발생 시에 신속한 복구 처리를 위하여 유관기관과 연계된 긴급 지원 시스템의 구축의 좋은 모델이 될 것이다. 부산광역시에는 총 17개 터널이 있으며 그 중 11곳이 90년 이전에 구축된 것으로 본사업으로 노후화 터널의 유비쿼터스 기반의 안전관리 시스템이 개발된다면 부산을 중심으로 전국에 산재한 노후화 터널의 안전 관리 개선에 미치는 파급효과가 클 것이며 유비쿼터스 기술의 대표적 적용 사례가 될 것이다.

교통은 오늘날의 문명사회를 저울질 할 수 있는 바로메타로서 인류생활의 향상과 발전에 크게 이바지해 온 것은 틀림없는 사실이다. 그러나 교통은 사람과 도로와 자동차의 조화 속에서 이루어지는 인간-기계계(man-machine system)인 것으로서 이들 요소들은 정삼각형을 구성하는 것으로서 어느 쪽에도 불합리나 결함이 자리잡게 되면 무섭고도 끔찍한 교통사고를 일으키고 만다. 이와 같은 사실은 최근의 교통사고 사망자수에 대한 변화를 찾아보더라도 그 엄청난 피해를 그냥 보아 넘길 수는 없는 것이다. 교통이란 본래 공간적인 이동을 그 기능으로 하고 있다. 사람들의 생활과, 이와 같은 생활을 둘러싸는 모든 활동은 확대, 확산된 공간속에서 실시되고 있는 것인데 여기에서 사회를 형성하게 된다. 따라서 교통이 발달한다는 것은 곧 사회적 교류를 드높이면서 그의 향상과 발전을 도모하게 될 것인데 이 때의 문제점을 기존통계를 중심으로 분석하면서 그의 교통안전교육에 대한 시행방안을 고찰하고자 한다.

The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate how three-dimensional gesture recognition technology, in children's traffic safety programs, can be an effective solution for instructing children in the safest ways to interact with traffic. In terms of traffic accidents, walking unaccompanied is the most dangerous traffic related activity for children. By using a three-dimensional serous game training program that implements gesture recognition, more accurate real life scenarios can be implemented in existing children's traffic training programs. The implementation of this technology will increase the possibility of changing the habits and attitudes of children, which in turn will lower the amount of walking related traffic accidents in children.

1970년대 고도 성장시기를 거치면서 단시간 내에 많은 양의 제품을 생산하는 것이 회사의 자랑거리일 때가 있었다. 작업환경이나 작업자의 안전에 대한 의식은 제품의 빠른 생산이라는 사명에 가려 대수롭지 않게 여겼고, 생산현장에서 재해가 발생할 경우 늦게라도 회사가 안전에 더 신경을 쓰는 것이 아니라 오히려 사고를 당한 당사자의 부주의를 탓하던 시절이었다. 그러나, 시대가 변하고 교육과 생활수준이 향상되면서 작업환경 개선 및 안전의 중요성을 인식하게 되었고, 그에 대한 규정도 선진국 수준으로 강화 되었다.
