본 연구는 수도권 농촌지역인 여주 지역의 토지이용 변화, 생활공간 변화, 생활실태의 변화 등을 살펴 급격하게 변화하고 있는 생활공간의 사례를 살펴 지역성을 규명코자 농촌성격이 강한 지목(예; 전, 답, 임야)과 도시적 성격이 강한 지목(대지, 공장용지, 도로용지 등)의 필지변화와 면적변화를 중심으로 토지이용의 변화를 살폈고, 지형도를 통해 과거의 마을에 비해 변해버린 생활ㆍ공간을 추적하였다. 설문지 조사를 통해 주민생활의 실태를 살폈다. (중략)

On the demand and real state of the regional information had been studied and surveyed especially in the area of Kwang Ju and Chonnam Province. Revealed the information minds and skills of Kwangju area lower compared with any other regions. The research finally proposed the methods to pull up the information minds and skills through the education and the supplies of the communication equipments.

We need to recognize the overall changes in Korean society with understanding the situation of the characteristic and actual living condition of the elderly, so to prepare efficient and active policies at the moment from aging society to aged society. Based on the 2008 national survey data of the actual living condition of the elderly and welfare need, the living condition of the elderly for household and individual information is identified and the effects on the life satisfaction of these variables are statistically analyzed. Therefore, this paper might help to establish the aged social policies with realistic validity and suitability and extend the academical understanding of Korean society.

본 논문에서는 우리가 사는 동네의 안전현황에 대하여 국민안전처가 제공하는 생활안전 지도서비스를 통해 혹시 모를 사고와 범죄 예방은 물론, 신속한 대응을 해야 하나, 각종 서비스는 부처별로 재난안전정보를 개별 분산적 관리한 탓에 국민에게 생활주변의 다양한 안전정보를 제공하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 현재 생활안전지도 서비스에 대한 실태를 살펴보고 비교분석하여 개선방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 노인 단독세대와 자녀동거세대 노인들의 가족 및 거주형태, 경제적 상황, 건강 및 의료, 여가활동 등의 생활실태를 파악함으로써 단독세대 노인과 자녀동거세대 노인들의 복지 증진을 위한 서비스 향상과 노인복지정책의 방향 정립에 필요한 시사점을 제공하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구와 설문조사를 병행하였다. 문헌연구로는 고령화 사회와 노인문제, 노인의 동거형태, 노인의 생활실태에 대해 이론적 고찰을 하였으며, 설문조사는 서울시에 거주하는 노인 단독세대 75명과 자녀동거세대의 노인 75명으로, 총 150명을 대상으로 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 13.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다.

The problems of unemployment have been recognized as male problems even though the female unemployment problems are as significant as those of men since IMF. The women who have experienced insecure employment and lower wage than men in the labor market are having more serious economic difficulties after being unemployed. Especially economic problems of the unemployed female headed families are anticipated to be tremendous because the female heads do not have spouses who can act as a buffer seeking or beginning to work to reduce economic hardship. The purpose of this paper is to compare living conditions and utilization of the unemployment programs between male and female heads of the family who are unemployed and discouraged workers. It will examine the functionalism, human capital theory, and feminist perspectives on the cause of female unemployment in order to help understanding of their living situations after being unemployed. Then, it will compare the socio-demographic characteristics, their economic activities before being unemployed, their living conditions and changes in family life after being unemployed, their efforts to overcome unemployment and utilization of various government unemployment programs. It used the national data of National Unemployment Survey of Korean Institute of Health and Social Affairs conducted in 1998 and analyzed 283 female and 1,528 male family heads who are unemployed and discouraged workers. It reveals that the female family heads experienced lower economic status in the labor market before being unemployed, are having more serious economic hardship because of it, utilize more of the government programs such as public work and public assistance than the male family heads but less of the public loans for the unemployed. It recommends expansion of public work and public assistance, more vigorous advertisement of various unemployment programs, and active training of job creation technique for female family heads.

농촌생활의 질의 풍요로움을 연구하기 위한 일환으로 농가 생활경영을 시점으로 한 농업겨영과 농가주부의 관계, 가사운영과 가계관리를 중심으로 살펴 본 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 농업경영과 주부와의 관련에 대해 우선 열거할 수 있는것은 생산 노동력의 분담상황에서의 주부노동의 실태이다. 전체평균에서 78.1%의 주부가 남편과 함께 기간노동에 종사하고 있었으며, 농업생활에서 주부의 역할리 매우 큼을 단적으로 지적해 주는 것이었다. 그리고 종사하는 종작업과 경영 참여의 내용은 다양하다. 그 결과 시간적으로 본 주부 담당의 가사작업은 농번기와 농한기의 시기에 영향을 크게 받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 가계관리상의 문제점으로 자녀의 교육비나 교제비의 부담이 거론되었고, 수입의 불규칙, 빚과 부채의 부담이 큰 문제로 지적되었다. 셋째, 가정생활의 만족도, 지역생활의 만족도는 모두 만족과 불만의 중간을 보였다. 가정생활에서의 만족도에서 평균점 보다 낮은 항목은 가족 동반의 식사, 부부대화, 내구소비재의 순이었고, 지역생활환경에 관하여는 보건소, 병원에 관하여는 불만족스러운 대답을 보였다. 넷째, 농작업의 효율화 대책은 기계화, 조직화, 공동화, 작업의 계획화이었으며, 가사노동에 있어서는 "주부의 농작업 감량대책"과 함께 "가족의 협력에 의한 가사분담","가족이 신변의 것을 스스로 한다","가사작업의 계획화"등이 요구되어진다.
