2000년 미국에서 국가나노기술개발 전략을 발표한 이래로 현재 한국, 일본, 유럽연합, 독일, 중국, 대만 등 전 세계 60여개 국가들은 나노기술을 미래 국가 경쟁력을 결정하는 핵심요소로 인식하고, 나노국가기술개발 전략을 수립하고 경쟁하고 있다. 한국은 제 1기 나노기술종합발전계획(2001.7)과 제 2기 나노기술종합발전계획(2005.12)의 수립, 추진을 통하여 지난 10여 년 동안 나노기술연구개발, 첨단 연구시설 구축, 나노전문 인력양성, 나노기술산업화 등의 분야에서 괄목할 만한 많은 성과들을 이룩해 왔다. 특히 한국은 나노기술 경쟁구도에 있어 분기점으로 될 것으로 예상되는 2015년에 나노기술 3대 강국 진입을 목표로 설정하고, 정부의 적극적인 투자와 연구자들의 헌신적인 노력이 경주되고 있다. 최근 스마트폰 등, 이동통신기 대량보급과 함께 나노소재는 암 치료나 생체재료분야의 연구개발이 활성화되고 있다. 본고에서는 최근의 나노자성도금의 특성을 중심으로 기술하였다.

Nowadays, the demand for the wireless technology has gradually increased to support the services of high speed wired internet and also the interest of a mobile terminal convergence has increased. In the next generation, the mobile terminal could merge with the celluar phone, wireless LAN, portable internet, digital multimedia brodcasting, mobile game and sensor(smart-tag and biometrics) through the unified single user interface. Moreover, the system is supported to multi-mode at difference networks, which have variable functions and high performance for available service. Inthis paper, we investigate the minimum requirements and the core technologies of the next generation mobile terminals.

Recently many company has been cracked by crackers information security and everyday new computer virus come out. so e-trade partners should prevent the disasters. A few studies researched e-trade securities broadly but the new trend in information security division especially focused on electronic payment, EDI, Transportation, Contracts, Insurances and that of subjects have been researched through interdisciplinary evolution. Our research e-trade security on three part, First system attack, second is data attack and third is business attack. the attacks have theirs own solution, so e-trade company use this solution timely and powerfully. It is the most important thing to prepare the cracking with securities system. also manager should catch recent hacking technologies. The research results propose that e-trade firms should use information security policies and securities systems that including H/W and S/W. therefore manager's security mind is very important and also using electronic commerce securities device and should be considered exploiting solutions by each special usage according to e-trade company' environments.

This research has been accomplished to build up the growth strategies of Kangwon district's small & medium-sized construction firms. For this purpose, we made an investigation of the present situation and status for existing regional small & medium construction firms by analyzing data. Based on the results from this study, the following growth strategies are suggested to gain their competitive advantages. Firstly, most of all, the role of the top manager is the most important factor since most of the top manager for the small & medium-sized construction firms coincide with the owner the firms. Secondly, the specialization strategy is to establish. Above all they concentrate their business capacities on core business. Then, this growth strategy should be based on the selective escalation of functions in order to maintain an appropriate level of construction works. Thirdly, the specialized skills and skilled workers are ensured for competitive advantages. For human resource development, they should train workers to be multi-functioned on the assumption the they could stay at firm until they wish to retire. Finally, the government must also spare no effort to encourage the small & medium-sized construction firms to build up it's competitive power and cultivate it's spontaneous generation power though the reformation of system related whit the small and medium construction industry.
