2002년 10월 유럽통계협회는 품질지수개발을 위해 협회소속국가들이 연합하여 특별연구팀을 발족시켰다. 이 팀의 주목적은 유럽통계협회에서 생산되는 자료의 품질을 측정하기 위해 대표성이 있으며, 계산하기 쉽고, 이해하기 쉬운 지수를 개발하는 것이었다. 유럽 통계협회는 연구팀에서 개발한 지수를 이용하여 내부품질보고서를 작성하도록 결정하였다. 개발된 풀질지수들은 유럽 통계협회 소속 국가에 의해 생산된 통계에 적용하기 적합해야하며 유럽전체를 위해 Eurostat 이 보유하고 있는 통계에도 적합해야한다. 그러므로 지수들은 각 국이 합의한 용어, 공식, 변수, 도메인, 분석의 정도를 고려하여 개발되도록 하였다. 이러한 지수는 정기적으로 생산되도록 규정하고 있으며 이 규정이 지켜지기 위해서는 동일한 변수, 공식 통이 적용되어야함은 물론이고 시계열의 유지를 위해 관련된 메타데이터가 제공되어야한다. 서로 다른 조사결과로부터 관련된 통계량의 측정과 개념들간의 차이를 확인하기 위해서 메타데이터는 반드시 필요하며 품질보고서가 있는 경우 많은 도움이 릴 것이다. 본 연구에서는 동계생산자의 관점에서 본 각각의 품질 요소에 따라서 생산된 다양한 통계의 풀질을 평가하기 위해서 개발된 일련의 표준화된 품질지수를 제시할 것이다. 각 지수들의 정의와 가장 대표적인 지수산출을 제안하고 지수산출을 위해 필요한 메타데이터를 선명한 것이다.

The purpose of this research is to develop a standardization model for available stock management process among the entire Enterprise Resource Planning System modules of Automobile Parts Manufacturing Industry. The standardization model system is constructed through the phased method based on the development methodology of information establishment suggested by the Small and Medium Business Administration and Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for Small & Medium Enterprises. The standardization model is to develop the process modules of ordering management, storing management, delivering management, and stock management for available stock management process. The study will help the manufacturing business and related IT business which want to construct available stock management process under the ERP system to establish the system more effectively by applying the standardization model and also will provide them with construction availability and reliability. By application of this study results, the businesses will not only prevent the excessive possession of raw materials and products and reserve adequate and steady stock but also will check real-time stock, observe customer due date, decrease over-production and reduce stock cost.

With the advent of smart age, the concern on smart work has gradually increased in solving our social problems including low birth, aging, low productivity and green growth with low carbon as well as encouraging the balance between work and life. In addition, the competitiveness among companies and countries to preoccupy the advanced smart work technologies which lead the economic growth in the future have increased more than ever before. So have global standard competitiveness done under the situation of using international standardization as practical strategy for dominating market. It is essential to make standardization strategy and do systematic implementation for core technology which leads global market in order to fit such an environment and introduce smart work as soon as possible. Therefore, this paper suggests standardization items which lead global standard and implementation direction on standardization through analysing the current situation introducing smart work and technology/standardization trend.

This paper provides core standardization items and method for the building information modeling (BIM) based maintenance and management (M&M) of civil infrastructure. Value chain of the M&M and characteristics of BIM technology has been analyzed and compared. As a result, it has been revealed that the initial activity recording damage information is very similar to the BIM-based information operation. The core standardization items for generation and operation of BIM data were identified according to the M&M value chain, The identified items were categorized into common standard item and specialized items for M&M of civil infrastructure, and proper government funded organizations for each standardization items were introduced on the basis of the roles in the laws.

본 고에서는 국내 대학에서 생산되고 있는 학위논문의 원문 구축에 대한 중복투자를 방지하고 학위논문의 생산, 관리, 유통을 전자적으로 관리하기 위한 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 Verginia Tech에서 주도하는 NDLTD(Networked Digital Library of Thesis and Dissertations) 사례를 참고하여 전자적 논문제출을 위한 ETD의 표준화를 제안하였으며, 학위논문에 디지털 콘텐츠 서비스 식별체계인 DOI를 부여하고 DOI와 메타데이터를 통합관리하기 위한 방안을 기술하였다.

소프트웨어를 개발하는데 기존의 개발된 시스템의 컴포넌트를 재사용하면 생산성 향상과 신뢰성 향상, 생산 원가를 절감할 수 있으며, 컴포넌트는 프로그램 설계시 소프트웨어에서 공통적으로 이용될 수 있는 부분들을 표준화하고 이들을 새로운 소프트웨어 개발 과정에서 재사용 항으로써 소프트웨어 개발 기관을 단축시킬 수 있다. 소프트웨어 개발 초기에서 견고한 시스템 아키텍쳐를 정립하는 컷이 프로젝트 성패에 중요한 요인으로 등장하고, 재작업을 줄이고, 재사용성, 확장성, 시스템 품질측면에서 많은 장점을 얻을 수 있다.

The purpose of this Study is to develope the Role of Statistics in Industrial mass production. The process of mass production will be divided into three steps, that is, Standardization, production and inspection. The Statistics is applied to Specificat-ions, Quality Control and Sampling inspection in these three steps. The applications have developed to Statistical methods based on probability theory. 전 세계적인 지구 온난화 현상으로 해수면 상승과 생태계 변화가 발생하여 기후변화에 대한 사회적관심이 증가하고 있다. 이와 더불어 기후변화와 지구환경시스템의 대기, 수권, 생물권, 지표면 동 각 권역간의 상호작용과 피드백을 고려한 연구가 증가하고 있는 실정이다. 기후와 환경을 통합적으로 분석하여 기후변화에 따른 지구환경시스템의 변화특성을 이해하고 이러한 피드백 과정을 파악하기 위해서는 분석 자료의 원활한 공유와 연계를 위한 통합 데이터베이스 구축이 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 먼저 다양한 기후/환경 연구 분야의 자료를 관리하기 위한 데이터의 의미, 명칭, 정의 등에 대한 원칙의 수립이 요구된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기후/환경 변화예측 연구 자료의 원활한 공유와 관리를 위한 데이터 표준화 연구를 수행하였다. 기후/환경 변화예측 연구 분야의 자료 현황을 조사 및 분석하였고 그에 따른 자료 관리 방안을 마련하였다. 그 결과 관리할 오브젝트를 기준으로 기후/환경 연구 분야의 데이터 표준화를 수행하였고 표준단어, 표준도메인, 표준용어를 정의하였다. 데이터 표준화 결과는 기후/환경 변화예측 자료를 관리하고 공유하는데 있어 데이터의 의미를 효율적으로 파악하고, 데이터베이스 설계과정에서 데이터의 품질과 생산성을 향상 시킬 수 있다. 향후 연구에서는 데이터베이스 개념적 엔티티의 속성설계 단계부터 데이터 표준을 적용한 통합 데이터베이스 구축이 필요하다.

인체측정 자료는 인간이 생활하는데 요구되는 모든 산업제품의 설계 및 생산에 기초자료가 되며 여러 산업분야에서 표준화 작업을 위한 정보로 활용된다. 특히 의류, 전자 각종 소비재 산업에서의 사용자의 신체 특성과 동작 특성에 맞는 제품 제작뿐만 아니라 오감을 충족시켜줄 수 있는 감성을 가미한 제품 설계의 중요성이 확대되고 있고, 의류, 신발, 애니메이션, 그래픽 산업 분야에서 3 차원 인체형상자료에 대한 요구가 급증하고 있다. 기존의 인체치수의 활용에 있어서는 대부분 길이, 둘레, 부피 등과 같은 수치적 데이터만을 활용하였으나 미래 소비자들의 욕구 충족을 위해서는 감성평가를 통한 제품 설계가 필수적으로 요구되며 이를 위한 감성의 측정 및 평가 기술의 표준화가 시급한 실정이다. 따라서, 인체치수 데이터 센터에서는 인체치수 측정 및 평가방법의 표준화를 통하여 세계 최고 수준의 한국인 인체표준정보 데이터베이스를 구축하며, 국내 산업 경쟁력 강화를 위하여 감성측정 기술확보를 통한 의류, 생활용품, 산업제품, 사회적 약자를 위한 복지기반 구축사업 지원 등 산업계 지원사업을 확대해 나갈 예정이다.
