This paper is to analyze how firms in a large firm-led industrial city have carried out the restructuring in the face of radical shifts, with focus on the strategy and the restructuring of firms in Ulsan, a typical industrial district in Korea that is specialized in heavy & chemical industry. It has been well known that the local economy has been led by a small number of large firms, including affiliates of chaebol, and its industrial structure has also been characterised as a clear dichotomy between large firms as a customer and small and medium-size firms as a supplier, which can be called not horizontal but vertical relations. It can identify some tendencies, however, that local companies have been rather dynamically changing in response to increasingly turbulent environment since the Asian crisis. Some are radical, but some incremental. These can be summarized in four distinctive but interlinked ways. First, more than half of local companies surveyed have attempted to change their production systems, mainly from the fordist mass production towards the flexible mass production, seeking both economies of scale and scope. Second, local firms have vigorously continued to reorganize the boundary of the production and the organization, by specializing products and focusing on the core competence in order to save costs and cope with radically changing customer demands in a flexible way. Third, there have been various strategies for the organizational innovation such as the introduction of team organization, the boundary blurring between the managerial and production workers and the intra-firm spin-offs, so as to improve managerial efficiency and competence in the use of internal labour market. Finally, they have tried to be more sensitive to the market and customers. These tendencies seem to be increasingly critical to sustain their competitiveness. To do so, they tend to focus increasingly not only on the competing via the product quality rather than through price, but also to seek to diversify the market and customer firms beyond national boundary.

기술적 변화도 가속화하고 있다. 그리하여 기업정보시스템은 새로운 당면 과제들을 지원해 줄 수 있는 체제로의 전환이 필요하고 있다. 개발, 생산 시간 단축도 여러모로 제품 라이프 사이클을 보다 더 짧게 가져가야 함은 물론 수익율 감소, 관리의 복잡화, 정보의 다량화, 분산화에 대처할 수 있어야 하며 정보의 통합 관리, 프로세서의 재설계 및 최단화, 유연성 있는 대응 체제로의 빠른 변신이 필요해졌다.

방산업체들이 향후의 고도무기체계 개발생산에 대처하고 기술수준을 높이기 위해서는 새로운 투자가 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 정부(국방부)가 우선 3,000억원정도의 방위산업 육성기금을 조성하여 방산업체들의 투자를 지원할수 있도록 해야 한다. 또한 현재와 같은 국방과학연구소 중심의 연구개발체제를 대폭 탈피하여 방산업체들이 책임을 지고 개발할수 있도록 체제를 개편해야 한다

모듀울설계는 건축의 공업화생산을 위한 수단으로서, 재래식 설계와는 달리 건축척도조정체계를 사용한 설계방법이다. 본 논문에서는 모듀울설계에 따른 건축계획의 기본적인 개념, 구조설계와의 관계 및 실제 모듀울설계를 구성하는 제요소와 도면에 대하여 설명한다. 건축공업화는 궁국적으로 양산체제를 확립시키기 위한 것이며, 양산체제를 통한 건축부품과 구조의 단순화, 표준화, 조립화에 의해 자재의 절감, 인건비의 절약, 공기의 단축, 품질관리를 도모할 수 있다.

무한경쟁의 세계질서에 대응하기 위하여 과학기술 발전의 기반을 이루고 있는 학회정보유통의 경쟁력을 확보하는 일이 중요해지고 있다. 특히 과학기술 관련학회는 방대한 자료를 축적 및 생산하고 있는 첨단 과학기술정보의 보고로서 이러한 정보를 신속하게 실수요자에게 유통시킬 수 있는 기반 마련이 요구되고 있다. 이에 과학기술통합정보시스템 구축 사업의 일환으로 구축된 학회정보유통체제는 정보의 생성단계부터 서비스 단계까지를 시스템화하였다. 즉, 심사논문의 제출단계부터 게재여부 결정단계까지의 모든 과정을 시스템화하여 발생하는 모든 정보를 관리하고 게재 결정된 논문들은 자동적으로 데이터베이스로 구축되어 일반사용자들에게 첨단정보론 신속하게 제공할 수 있는 체제를 구축하였다.

This paper historically examines how the management system of administrative records and court records generated in court were established, and what it's features are. Because the court exercises jurisdictional rights such as confirming the legal rights and responsibilities of Korean nationals, the court records have a unique characteristic compared to general administrative records. In particular, court records are not composed only of rulings generated in courts, but also of various records such as civil case records and criminal case records. In order to understand the legal records management system, we must first identify the method of preservation and management after these records, which have different provenance, pass the court procedures.

미국 브로일러 산업은 지난 수십년 동안 소규모 분산, 비능률적생산체계로 부터 대규모 집약 능률적 산업으로 변모 발전해 왔다. 그 결과로 이제는 전체생산의 99$\%$가 여러 형태의 계열적 계약방식에 의하여 그리고 84$\%$가 10개 주에서 집중 생산되고있다. 이러한 생산체제의 변화는 생산비, 가격, 가공, 유통, 수요변화에 따른 각종 위험으로 부터 브로일러 산업을 보호하여, 능률적이며 안정적인 발전을 가능케 해주고 있다. 본고는 2회에 걸쳐 미국브로일러 산업의 현황과 그 발전동기를 만들어 준 계열화 생산 내용을 소개한다.

우리나라는 과거 성공적인 경제성장의 업적에도 불구하고, 기술의 취약성으로 인한 많은 애로 사항을 겪고 있으며, 이러한 어려움을 탈피하기 위하여는 생산기술의 육성이 절실한 과제이다. 제조업의 경쟁력을 향상시키는 생산 기술을 개발하기 위하여는 지능생산시스템의 설계능력 양 성과 설계 및 생산의 공동개발체제 구축이라는 개념이 도입 정착되어야 하겠으며, 이러한 방안을 빠른 시일내에 전파시키기 위하여는 생산기술 개발에 대한 시스템적 접근방법이 강조되어야 하 겠다. 우리나라 산업체의 생산현장의 문제를 풀기 위하여 학교, 연구소, 제조업체에서 중지를 모아서 산학연의 연구를 활발히 전개한다면, 우리나라가 21세기에 선진국의 대열에 진입하는 것도 가능하리라 믿는다.
