유기농산물은 질 좋은 농산물이며 그 생산농법이 환경친화적인 것으로 이해하고 있어 참여농가수도 증가일로에 있고 소비자들에 의한 유기농산물 구입 역시 점차 증가 추세에 있으나, 한국유기농업은 국제적 유기농업에 다르게 잘못 정의된 채 확산되고 있어, 그 핵심기술의 환경영향평가의 과학화에 대한 시대적 요청과 유기농업 기본규약 제정 필요성이 학계 일부에서 제기 되고 있는 등 한국유기농업은 최근 발전을 위한 진통을 겪고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 한국유기농업이 태동된 배경과 70년대 말로부터 80년대 초에 걸쳐 태생된 한국유기농업이 국민적 관심을 얻게된 배경과 정농회, 한국유기농업협회, 한국자연농업협회, 한 살림 등의 유기농업단체와 한국유기농업학회, 환경보전형농업생산소비단체협의회, 흙살림연구소 등의 발전과정 및 활동을 소개하고 있다. 또한 서울에서 개최된 IFOAM Asia대회, 한국자연농업협회의“자연농업연구소”, 한국유기농업협회의“건강과 자연농업”등에 관해서 뿐만 아니라 우리 정부의 21세기를 향한 농림환경정책중 유기농업부문에 대한 각종 장기지원책, 즉 중소농대책의 일환의 유기-자연농업 지원책, 유기농산물에 대한 품질인증제 및 팔당상수원보호구역내 유기농업지원 등이 소개되고 있다. 한편 한국유기농업기술의 핵심내용이었던 유기질비료 과다시용 문제가“유기농산물 채소의 고 질산염 함량”으로 촉발된 식품안정성 논쟁 후에 유기질비료의 추천시용량이 다다익선적 개념에서 80t/㏊으로 낮아졌다가 다시 50t/㏊으로 낮아졌으며 1996년 6월부터는 20t/㏊로 크게 낮추어 졌음을 보고하고 있다. 또한 일부 선도적 유기독농가의 경험적 기술이 토대가 되어 성립된 현 유기농업기술은 과학적 기술검증을 거쳐야 함과 퇴비사용 만으로 실시하는 현 유기농업 기술에 의해 야기되는 근권내 질산 미치 인산염 집적을 회피하기 위해서는 윤작, 녹비작물 및 두과작물의 재배로 토양비옥도 향상을 통한 유기농업 기술 개발이 필요하며 IFOAM 기본규약과 FAO/WHO Codex의 핵심 내용을 수용하는 한국유기농업 기본규약 제정이 제정이 절실히 요구됨을 강조하고 있다. 마지막으로 한국유기농업의 핵심기술에 대한 환경영향평가와 기본규약제정 필요성을 역설하고 한국유기농업의 과학화와 질 좋은 유기농산물 생산을 위해 노력하고 있는 소비자 문제를 연구하는 시민의 모임 등 몇몇 단체들의 최근 활동이 언급되고 유기농업에 대한 농과대학내 연구와 강의 등이 소개되었다.

The purpose of this study was to qualitatively examine the meaning of students' drawings in outdoor classes and modeling-based learning cycles. Ten students were observed in a gifted education center in Seoul. Under the theme of the Hantan River, three outdoor classes and three modeling activities were conducted. Data were collected to document all student activities during field trips and classroom modeling activities using simultaneous video and audio recording and observation notes made by the researcher and students. Hatisaru (2020) Ddrawing typess were classified by modifying the representations in a learning context in geological field trips. We used deductive content analysis to describe the drawing characteristics, including students writing. The results suggest that students have symbolic images that consist of geologic concepts, visual images that describe topographical features, and affective images that express students' emotion domains. The characteristics were classified into explanation, generality, elaboration, evidence, coherence, and state-of-mind. The characteristics and drawing types are consecutive in the modeling-based learning cycle and reflect the students' positive attitude and cognitive scientific domain. Drawing is a useful tool for reflecting students' thoughts and opinions in both outdoor class and classroom modeling activities. This study provides implications for emphasizing the importance of drawing activities.

The paper discusses the issue of reality related to interaction between users and electronic figures that mediate by online game system. MMORPG(Massively Multiple Online Role Playing Game) has been known as virtual world that physically and electronically interconnect users and mechanical elements over huge area. Already game items have became a kind of reality for some users long time ago. How these figures could have been regarded as realities? It suggests to take place the temporality of practice around game world. Tremendous practices of human and machines produce their relations and these relations are reinforced self-referentialy. They could constitute their time-space frame that be situated a figure as the something in it.

In the U.S.A. from the late 19th to the early 20th century, the big business system emerged surpassing the British Empire economy. Such growth resulted from the realization of the "American-productive mode' being derived from the continuous immigrants inflow, renovative development of transportation, national markets formation and R&D of the science·technology. During 10 years after 1895, American economy was prevalent with the combination trends by the vertical or horizontal integration and these both mixed systems. As such big business was recognized, the American domestic citizens expressed the strong doubt to the revolutionary change and its public benefits and inaugurated the anti-big business campaign with deep concern that the American traditional symbol 'land of the wealth and opportunity' would be threatened. Although the governmental organizations controlling big business were established and the control laws were enforced, the American society accepted the new economic order. This situation resulted from the American economic prosperity, material affluence and managerialism of the big business.

학교 교육과정에서 도서관 교육은 학습 내용과 학습 방법 측면에서 방법적 지식과 사고 능력으로서의 성격을 갖는다. 즉 새로운 지식의 생산에 필요한 범교과적 학습 능력으로서의 위상을 갖는다. 문제는 이러한 성격이 교과 교육 과정은 물론 학생 일상생활과의 부단한 연계를 통해서 구현된다는 점이다. 즉 학교도서관 교육의 성공을 위해서는 학교 공동체 내에 학교 도서관 중심의 교육 공동체 구성이 필요하다. 학교도서관 정보화와 순회 사서를 포함한 비정규직 자원 봉사자 확산, 다양한 형태의 업무 대행 서비스 그리고 담당교사의 도서관 운영 연수 확대 속에서 자료 조직과 운영의 일부분은 영역 보편성을 띤지 오래되었다. 따라서 학교도서관 중심의 교육 공동체 구성은 도서관 활용수업으로 대표되는 교과의 자원기반학습과의 연계성에 기반을 두고 발전하는 추세이다. 본고에서는 필자가 개발 책임자로 참여하여 2010년 교육과학기술부와 대구광역시교육청이 공동으로 일선 학교에 보급한 사서교사와 교과교사의 협동수업용 장학 자료집의 주요 내용과 활성화 방안을 살펴보고자 한다.

과학기술이 더 가까워질 미래사회로 갈수록 전력은 신규수요와 대체수요의 증가로 지금보다 많은 량의 공급을 요구할 것이다. 이 때문에 환경문제에 있어 전력산업의 영향이 커지고, 이로 인해 전력의 청정공급 체계 구축은 국제규범의 수립과 함께 국민복지나 환경보존의 차원에서 필연적이다. 따라서 LCA는 청정생산을 위한 분석능력을 갖추고, 이를 바탕으로 점차 완전한 민영화 상태에서 경쟁구도로 이어질 전력산업 참여자들의 기업가치 극대화에 기여할 필요성이 대두된다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 LCA의 역할 확산 경로를 거시적으로는 국제규범과 소비자 만족 그리고 미시적으로는 기업의 가치 극대화와 환경경영체제 수립이라는 측면에서 이루어져야 할 것으로 제시하였다.

The purpose of this paper is to examine the ethical implications in UCC participation. This paper aimed at examining the advent of UCC as a critical media tool in interactive two-way communication and the effect of ethical questions on the level of UCC participation. The findings show that uncertainty avoidance gives an positive and significant effect on privacy concern and regulatory preference, but it is not related to copyright invasion in Korea and U.S.A. It is shown that privacy concern does not influence on UCC retrieval in Korea whereas it is positively related to UCC retrieval in the United States. Also, privacy concern has not relationship with UCC production(modification, recreation, generation) in both nations. In the case of regulatory preference, it posits an significant and positive effect on UCC retrieval in Korea while it is not related to UCC retrieval in the United States. Also, regulatory preference does not affect on UCC production in Korea whereas it influences on UCC generation without impacting UCC modification and recreation in U.S.A. Finally, the results show that copyright invasion has stronger relationship with UCC recreation and generation than UCC modification, and it is positively related to UCC retrieval in both nations.

In 2001 a large amount of labor record have been donated from Jeontaeil Labor Archive-Institute to SungKongHoe University(SKHU). Institute of Labor History in SKHU was established in the wake of the installation of the labor archive. Development of oral archive raised the awareness of the various relationships between the use and production of labor record. Interviewees of oral testimony expressed dissatisfaction and the role of the researchers was not sufficiently exhibited. Examining the main cases of Korea union movement history, we can find contradictions between the use and production of labor record clearly. Interval of interpretation and memory was too big between the parties of 'democratic' union movement in the 1970s. While among the parties who took part in Guro Alliance Strike of 1985, there is a group that remains in the "winner" in history on the one hand, but "loser" on the other without any reasonable criterion. Active intervention of the record users(researchers) is very limited. Among citizens or workers how will be resolved such "struggle of memory" in due process can not be seen. This is one of the reasons why labor archive is not rooted in the region. In this paper, I present a methodological alternatives for the production and use of records through the construction of participatory labor archive. Further, the reconstituted contents of the "documenting locality" strategy by complementing the theoretical part of the method of participation. The study of local and locality requires a "scale" dimension that will make up the identity recognition space, a memory and identity, a social relationship rather than the dimension of the physical space. Alternative "documenting locality" strategy will be able to contribute to solve the problems that occur between the production and use of the recording in labor archive.

This research suggests the direction realizing design business which means that designers overcome traditional role of passive design development and pursue active and subjective design development and eventually accomplish high profit by various sources except design development fee. For this, designers should be able to suggest highly successful design alternatives not by performing subjective aesthetic process but objective and scientific design development process through market-oriented information seeking, scientific design development and effective design management etc. In addition, designers should cultivates design business mind maximizing profit by various sources such as royalty, management fee and commission fee through exercising ownership, or participating distribution process and for outsourcing tasks. Regarding companies' side, they need to overcome existing manufacturing-based business paradigm focusing on rather material development, R&D, facility establishment than design or marketing, and to build design-centered business management system which menas the prior investment in design including needs identification of consumers.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of the K Teachers' Community, which brought about changes in the perception of SSI education by teachers with experience in SSI, and to explore its relevance to the development of SSI professions. This is a case study that describes in depth the characteristics of the K teachers' community. The study conducted semi-structured as well as in-depth interviews with six teachers who have more experience in SSI education activities for over 20 years. The K teachers' community has three characteristics. First, the K teachers' community formed identity by discussing the nature of science and technology, which allowed teachers to share a common orientation toward the goals of science education. Second, the teachers who participated in the K teachers' community formed professionalism and confidence in SSI teaching in the course of producing, sharing, and spreading SSI through its various practices. Third, the K teachers' community is continuously growing by opening themselves to external communities and co-evolution through solidarity. The success of K Teachers' Community may inform other teachers how the community of teaching practices can develop and maintain, and in turn can help the members of the community develop their professional identity as teachers.
