This paper uses MPI (Malmquist Production Index) method to provide basic information and policy direction derived to improve the productivity. This can identify whether or not the railroad service have excellent services, if there are structural problem, in which sector is experiencing a degree of productivity, in which sector should be set targets to some degree. According to the result, the productivity of Korea railway lines is measured 1.1 both publicity and profitability aspects. Changes in production technology were the most important causes. Strategic planning should consider to increase the productivity such as modernization of facilities and equipment, cost savings, and increase in productivity of employee and rail cars.

In the bearing wall systems, a form work has a lot of room that saves cost because it takes a substantial proportion of construction cost. Therefore the systemic and efficient methods are required in the form work. This study focuses on methods that enhance the quality and the productivity of form work and presents the kicker form as an alternative plan to simplify the form work through being modular and automatical it. Work sampling method is used for productivity measurement. It is expected that it will reduce the work process and improve the Qualify and the podructivity of construction.

Recently there has been huge efforts to improve performance in construction process by applying emerging techniques such as the Lean principle and Just-in-time concept. However, little achievement as we expected has come out in reality due to the lack of strategy to set a definite goal of the execution and differences of personal viewpoints on construction productivity. Accordingly, it is the most important to promote the circumstances for the construction process improvement by quantifying the goals of respective unit activity groups. This research explores feasible solutions for the improvement of construction projects performance by combining the six-sigma principle for the generic administrative innovation based on the idea of construction process performance. For this purpose, mutual comparisons of various current approaches are performed in an attempt to establish the advantages in applying six-sigma idea and to provide its fundamental strategy. Furthermore, through a case study with the simulation of applying six-sigma to a unit activity group in construction process, this paper verifies that the overall performance improves as the degree of sigma level gets advanced.

1984년 폰노이만이 최초로 메로리에 저장된 프로그램을 이용하는 현대식 컴퓨터인 IBM SSEC를 발명한 이후, 거의 50여 년 동안 소프트웨어를 만드는 기술은 끊임없이 변화해 왔다. 최근 대두되고 있는 MDD/MDA 기술은 모델 및 코드 간의 자동변환을 통한 소프트웨어 개발생산성을 향상 시키기 위한 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 CBD 방법론으로 수행된 SI 프로젝트에서 MDD/MDA 기술 적용으로 인한 생산성 향상 효과를 기능점수 (Function Point) 관점에서 분석하여 제시한다. 또한 본 사례의 프로젝트에서 적용한 MDD/MDA적용 방법을 소개한다.

최근 글로벌 경쟁이 치열해 지면서 가격경쟁력이 뒷받침되지 않으면 신흥 시장에 대한 대응이 어려워져 가격경쟁력의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, 구조적인 비용 상승 추세로 기업의 원가 압력이 증대되고 있고, 이러한 변화된 경쟁 환경에서 생존하기 위해서는 전체적인 생산성 향상이 필수이다. 가격경쟁력 강화 및 원가압박을 해소하고 품질, 가격, 납기 전반에 모방할 수 없는 차별화된 경쟁력의 확보는 생산성 향상을 통해서 실현할 수 있고, 생산성 향상을 통한 경쟁력 있는 기업 육성은 우리 제조업을 발전시키는 토대(infra structure)이며, 기반 시설의 확충이다. 본 연구에서는 현재 외국의 혁신방법을 우리산업 현실에 대한 고려 없이 단순 도입으로 국내 실정에 맞지 않아 상당한 시행착오를 격고 있으며, 국내에 벤치마킹 할만한 제조혁신 방법론이 거의 없고, 벤치마킹하려고 해도 기업의 영업비밀이라 배우기도 쉽지 않은 상황에서 우리산업 현실에 맞는, 중소 중견기업의 맞춤형 생산성 혁신 지원도구로 중소기업의 자생적인 혁신을 위해 중소기업의 수준에 맞는 제조혁신 방법을 국내외 제조혁신 전문가로 컨소기엄을 구성하여 한국생산성본부에서 개발된 한국형제조혁신 방법론을 제조기업에 적용하여 성공적인 결과를 다른 기업에 적용 할 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 둔다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌연구를 통해 일본의 TPS(Toyota Production System), 미국의 Lean 시스템 및 6시그마 시스템에 대하여 살펴보았고, 한국형 제조혁신 모델인 KPS(korea production system)를 통신장비 제조회사인 M. 사에 적용하여 실증하였으며, 그 결과 우수한 성과를 보임을 확인할 수 있었다.

소비자가 원하는 고품질의 돼지고기를 생산하는 농가의 역할이 필요할 요즘, 특히 한 미, 한 EU FTA에 의한 연간 손해액이 1조원이 넘는다는 양돈자조금 연구용역 결과와 향상되지 않는 생산성(MSY) 등 어려운 양돈환경을 어떻게 극복할 것이냐가 관건이며, 그 방법은 다양할 것이다. 우선 생산성을 높이고 차후에 품질을 고급화하는 것도 방법일 것이고, 단기간에 생산성을 높이기 어려우면 살아남은 돼지만이라도 품질을 향상시켜 시장에 출하한다면 소비자의 관심도 높아지고 또한 소비도 안정적으로 이어질 것이다. 이에 10 11월호에 걸쳐 농가의 대응방안을 논하고자 한다.

기업이 경쟁력을 위해 예전부터 노력했던 기본적인 세가지는 제품 선도력(ProductLeadership), 뛰어난 생산성(Operational Excellence), 고객 친화력(Customer Intimacy) 였다. 하지만 그 동안의 경영 혁신 활동 및 솔루션들은 상대적으로 뛰어난 업무 생산성(Operational Excellnce)에 집중되어 왔다. 그리하여 지속적인 생산성 향상 노력의 효과가 과거에 비해 점차 작아지고 생산성 향상에 요구되는 노력이 과거보다 더 커지기 시작한 것이다. 이에 비해 고객의 친화력을 향상시키기 위한 기업의 투자는 상대적으로 적었다. 개념적인 논의나 비정기적인 단발 투자에 그치는 경우가 많았고 체계적인 투자는 없었다. 여기에 CRM시스템의 구축에 대한 투자가 필요한 것이다. 현재 선진기업들은 "고객과의 관계를 통합적으로 관리"하는 CRM 시스템을 구축하는데 주력하여 물건 및 서비스를 판매하거나 고객의 요구를 수용하는 차원을 넘어서 개별 고객의 문제를 실시간 내지 사전적으로 해결하는 단계로 발전해 나가고 있는 실정이며 인터넷의 도입으로 고객과의 커뮤니케이션, 문제해결 빈도 및 속도가 획기적으로 개선되고 있다. 우리나라도 주요 기업들이 CRM에 많은 관심을 보이면서 관련시장이 급속히 신장하고 있는 이 시점에서 CRM 시스템에 관한 간략한 소개와 시스템의 구축시 고려해야할 문제점과 개선방향에 관하여 제시하고자 한다. 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to find the empirical relationship among information system quality, users' satisfaction and business productivities in hotel industry. This study set out the research model of influencing factors and the performance of the hotel information system. The respondents included 140 volunteers who were worked at hotel in Busan. The result of empirical study revealed that the system quality is major determinant to influence on the users' satisfaction and business productivities of hotel information system.

This study analyzed the effect of on - the - job training of workers in Chungnam western area on productivity improvement. A total of 76 questionnaires were analyzed for workers in the western part of Chungcheongnam-do that completed the training course of the Korea Polytechnic University Education and Labor Ministry. The results of this study are as follows: First, the higher the motivation to receive the on - the - job training for the improvement of the productivity, the higher the satisfaction of the training of the worker, but the effect on the job productivity was not significant. Second, the correlation between training experience and job productivity was not statistically significant. Third, as for the effect on the productivity improvement according to the rank, the temporary workers showed higher education satisfaction than the regular workers (agency), and the job productivity was higher than the manager (manager level). Results of ANOVA analysis showed that there was a significant effect on educational satisfaction and job satisfaction according to years of work, career, and rank. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of on - the - job training of workers in the western part of Chungnam, on the productivity improvement, The validity of the study is significant.

중소기업은 변화하는 경쟁 환경에 능동적으로 대처하고 경쟁력확보와 생산성 향상을 위하여 IT를 기반으로 하는 다양한 생산정보시스템을 도입, 운영하고 있다. 이에 따라 효율적인 중소기업 생산정보화를 위하여 시스템 개발 과정을 정형화하는 생산정보시스템의 표준화가 요구된다. 특히 중소기업, IT업체, 감리업체 등 참여 기업 간의 의사소통, 그리고 구축된 생산정보화의 유지보수를 포함한 운영지원 등의 체계적이고 효율적인 운영을 위해서는 생산정보시스템의 개발 방법론 (PDSM)이 필요하다. 이에 따라 중소기업기술정보화진흥원에서 생산정보화시스템개발방법론(PSDM)을 개발하여 보급하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부가 지원하는 중소기업 생산정보화지원사업에 참여한 기업을 대상으로 생산정보화시스템개발방법론(PDSM)을 적용한 IT 업체의 적용사례를 통해 방법론의 활용에 따른 생산성 향상 및 작용 시 고려사항에 대해 살펴본다. PSDM은 효과적인 중소기업 생산정보를 위하여 시스템 과정을 표준화 하고 단계별 주요 활동에 대한 연구와 함께 프로젝트 범위, 일정, 비용, 인적자원 관리를 위한 WBS(Work Blockdown Structure)작성, 시스템의 신뢰성 품질, 생산성 향상을 위한 관리 항목 등의 내용을 포함하고 있다.
