본 논문에서는 통합 Logistics Center라는 새로운 조직을 통해서, 생산, 영업 및 물류를 총괄하여, 전체 공장과 전체 DC/SB의 재고량을 줄이고. 결품현상 방지, 수송비용 절감을 도모할 수 있는 통합 물류 시스템을 구축하는데 필요한 각 Process 및 이를 수행할 수 있는 발견적 해법을 개발하는 것을 연구한다. 생산(공장)에는 가장 정확한 각 DC/SB의 수요 예측량을 토대로 수립된 발주량과, 이 발주량을 통해서 결정된 생산의뢰 계획을 제공한다. 이 생산 계획은 제품이 생산되어서 출고될 때, 근거리 지역에 있는 DC/SB에 출고될 수 있도록, 각 공장의 전용라인에 대해서는 최소 수송비용을 고려한다. 제품의 혼합생산 라인의 정보( 생산 Capa.)를 이용하여 나머지 발주량을 생산 의뢰 계획으로 바꾸게 된다. 공장에서는 이 계획을 바탕으로 생산 계획을 수립하여, 그 계획과 생산된 제품을 DC/SB로 출고시킨다. 공 장의 출하 가능량과 각 DC/SB의 2주전의 발주량은 실제 많은 차이가 발생하므로, 이를 재조정하여, 공장의 재고를 최소로 하는 방향으로 공장의 출하 가능량을 조절한다. 조절된 출하 가능량은 2일간의 근거리 수송 원칙에 의해서 입고될 DC/SB를 결정한다. 공장의 출고를 돕기 위해서 배차계획을 수립한다. 본 연구에서는 각각의 Process Engine들의 활동과 정보의 흐름이 서로 상이한 시간 간격으로 발생할 때 각 Process Engine 의 Input/output으로 사용되는 정보의 효율적인 Systematic 동기화 및 Database와 interface 및 Multi-Tasking Database Transaction을 고려할 것이다.

The Purpose of this study is to determine whether the fitness between the formalization of logistics organization and information technology(IT) activities enhances the logistics performance. Successful participation in the global marketplace demands the formalization of the logistics organization and the integration of a firm's logistics activities, which can be enhanced by electronic linkage. The electronic linkage is improved by IT activities, which are divided into three subcontracts. Those are hardware system developments, software developments and system operation. Specifically this study tries to answer the following questions: First, relationship of the formalization of logistics organization iud logistics performance, second, relationship of IT activities and logistics performance.

물류 고도화를 통한 기업 생산성 확보 및 생존 경쟁력 강화를 위해 기존의 공급망 관리(SCM) 기술에 RFID 기술을 융합함으로써 물품자동 인식, 물류정보 교환 및 추적 등의 지능화 서비스를 온라인상에서 실시간으로 제공할 수 있는 기술이 적용되고 있다. 하지만 물류정보 동기화 기술 개발 측면에서는 물류정보의 단순 가시화 시스템 개발 수준에 머물고 있는 것이 현실이고, 본격적인 확산을 위해 수집된 데이터 오류 검출 및 보정이라는 물류정보 동기화 기술 개발로 물류 시스템 운용 비용을 절감할 수 있다면 그 파급 효과가 매우 클 것이다. 지금까지는 RFID 인프라 기술 개발에 집중해 왔기에 물류정보 동기화 기술은 아직 초기 연구 단계에 머무르고 있다. 본 논문은 RFID 기반 공급망 상에서 발생할 수 있는 물류정보 동기 오류를 검출하고 보정할 수 있는 물류정보 동기화 알고리즘을 설계하고, 향후 공급망의 변화 및 확장 등의 이유로 알고리즘을 효율적으로 수정 보완할 수 있는 비즈니스 룰엔진 기반의 아키텍처를 구현하여 글로벌 물류 기업에 적용하고, 그 결과를 분석하여 물류정보 동기화 알고리즘과 구현 아키텍처의 효율성을 증명하였다.

This research reviews regulations on logistics/transport industry and attempts to quantify the effects of regulation mitigation on GDP per capita. South Korea's transport industry has been gradually expanding, however, the industrial structure is still short rooted. In 2014, average number of hours worked is 5th highest and wage margin 12th smallest out of 18 industries. Furthermore, the regulations for this industry appear to be stricter than those of other industries. OECD's logistics/transport industry regulatory index for South Korea has been decreasing for the last 40 years but still exceeds those of EU, Japan, US, and other countries. This paper provides supporting reasons for regulatory reforms by analyzing the ripple effects on real GDP. Factors such as the ratio of trade among GDP, the enrollment rate to primary school, energy usage per capita, and population are controlled in the fixed-effect model. Estimation results showed that 1 unit decrease in transport/logistics regulatory index is correlated with 8.1% increase of the real GDP per capita, that is, 10% of deregulation is expected to yield 2.16% increase in GDP per capita. Thus, it is expected that mitigating regulations on market entries, price determination, ownership structures of network industry, vertical integrations can improve the economy of South Korea.

국내외적으로 전자상거래 이용이 활성화됨에 따라 물류환경도 변화하고 있다. 또한 전자상거래 시대에 부합하는 물류서비스 경쟁도 가속화되고 있다. 업무환경이 현장에서 단순 반복 업무로 이뤄진다는 Logistics의 특성상 차별화 된 서비스를 위해 Mobile 기기를 도입한다는 것은 필수적인 추세가 되어 가고 있다. m-Logistics의 확산은 이제 시대의 흐름이되었으며, 따라서 모바일 환경에 대한 효과적인 대응전략은 기업의 수익과 비용감소에 직접적인 역할을 할 것이다. 물론 물류분야에 Mobile을 도입하여 그 효과를 최대화하기 위해서는 물류업무의 표준화, 모바일 기기의 기능강화, 무선통신 인프라의 확충, 기업투자비 경감등의 조건을 해결해야 한다는 선행과제가 있지만, 공차 운행으로 인한 물류비 절감과 유무선 통합 물류관리를 통한 업무 생산성 및 고객서비스 개선이라는 기대효과는 Mobile의 도입을 충분히 매력적으로 보이게 하는 요소인 것이다 이런 점에서 본 논문에서 제시하는m-Logistics환경에서 물류 서비스 중 가장 중요한 전자지불과 거래보안 서비스를 새롭게 제시하였다.

최근의 기업환경은 과거의 소품종 대량생산체계에서 벗어나 소비자의 다양한 요구에 부응하기 위해 다품종소량의 제품을 소비자에게 제공함으로써 기업의 경쟁력을 키워나가야 한다. 이를 위해서는 물류에서의 효율적인 관리가 제품의 비용을 줄이고 고객서비스를 개선하는 것이 기업의 생존전략이 되고 있는 실정이다. 물류의 효율화를 위해서는 물류 공동화와 단순화를 통한 물류비용을 절감할 수 있는데 공동화와 단순화를 하기 위한 전제조건으로서 물류 표준화가 절대적인 역할을 한다. 이러한 물류 표준화의 출발점으로서 파렛트의 표준화를 정착하여 관련된 포장, 물류설비의 표준화를 동시에 병행하여 추진을 하여야 할 것이다. 이 논고에서는 국제표준기구인 ISO (International Standard Organization)/TC(Technical Committee) 51 기술위원회에서 추진 중인 파렛트의 국제규격을 중심으로 그와 관련된 성능시험 등의 제 $\cdot$ 개정 현황을 소개하고 앞으로의 전망을 살펴보기로 한다.

RFID 기술은 사물이나 생활공간에 대한 정보를 정확하고 손쉽게 수집할 수 있도록 하며, 종래 산업에 융합하여 지능형 정보 서비스를 제공하는 지식서비스 사회의 기반 인프라이다. 유통 물류 공급망은 산업계의 핵심 순환체계로서, 원자재에서 상품으로 생산되어 최종 사용자에 이르는 복합 프로세스와 다양한 구성원들로 구성되기 때문에, 물류 공급망의 상태와 정보를 정확히 수집 및 공유하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 최근 주목 받고 있는 RFID 기반의 물류정보 동기화 기술은 상품 재고 및 자산관리 등 물류 공급망 프로세스를 RFID 인프라를 이용하여 관제함으로써, 물류 공급망에서 수집한 정보의 신뢰성과 프로세스 효율을 향상시키는 기술이라 할 수 있다. 이에, 본 고에서는 RFID 기반의 물류정보 동기화 기술의 개념 및 요구사항을 분석하고, 국내외 기술 및 표준화 동향을 살펴보고자 한다.

본 연구는 생산 공장, 거점창고, 지역창고, 대리점으로 이어지는 일련의 SCM상에서 효율적인 제품수송을 위한 중간창고의 통폐합을 실데이터를 이용하여 물류비 절감 사례를 보여주고 있다. 이를 위해 현재 S사의 물류운영 상황을 제품수송의 관점에서 파악하고 정리한다. 이를 통하여 총물류비의 계산식을 도출하며 현재의 물류비를 계산한다. 총물류비 절감을 위한 휴리스틱적인 방법을 이용하여 총물류비가 최소화되는 거점창고, 지역창고의 수를 결정한다. 마지막으로 결정된 거점창고와 지역창고의 총물류비를 계산함으로써 제안 안의 효율성을 기술하고 있다.

The traditional barcode based medicine logistics system have the problems such as loss, management error, online track, public information due to the hand-operated logistic process. Otherwise, quick response allows that the company observe the requests consistently and design medicine and establish manufacture schedule rapidly so that they could prohibit the product stocked. In this paper, we analyzed how to process medicine circulation logistics and information steps practically and proposed the RFID based medicine logistics system for the quick response in hospital. The proposed method provided the medical history tracing service, the traditional system connection, the efficiency logistic service, and the narcotic specified management service using the medicine logistics information from RFID tag. Accordingly, the satisfaction and the productivity will be improved the efficient medicine logistics by reducing the loss as well as the management error.
