A Development of multi-monitoring system for Produce and Power in Industrial Fields (생산관리 및 구내 배전선로 부하 관리를 위한 다목적 원격 계측시스템 개발)

  • 이 논문에서는 공장에서의 생산관리 및 구내 배전선로의 부하상태 관리용으로 개발한 다목적 실시간 원격 계측시스템을 제안하고 있다. 개발된 실시간 원격 계측시스템을 필요한 정보를 수집하는 원격단말장치와 수집된 정보를 제어 및 RS485 통신을 이용하여 정보를 전송하고 사용자 중심으로 그래픽 관리하는 호스트로 구성되어 있다. 특히, 기 설치된 생산설비에 대한 원격 생산관리 기능을 보유한 시스템을 확장하여, 이를 구내 배전선로에서 각 구간/선로별 전압, 전류, 누설전류 등의 정보 검출한다. 각 구간/선로별 전력, 전압, 전류 등 부하 운영상태 및 누설전류 등의 고장원인을 검출함으로써 전기화재 및 감전사고를 예방할 수 있는 감시 시스템을 제안하였다.

  • Manufacturing Information System is a information system which supports the activities such as production planning, workflow management, work stage control. Manufacturing fields are showing new properties in today such as digital information, globalization, integration, to make sophisticated production. In this paper, we descibe major issues in current systems. Eventually, we propose major factors to adapt for new changes and BI systems to support manufacturing production information system based on the major factors.

  • Most production scheduling system in the ERP is based on the MRP. The MRP does not adapt to the change of the product design and the production schedule. It is important to keep due date in make-to-order production small and medium company. But it hard to keep due date on the MRP. The DBR Scheduling system of the TOC is excellent for adapting to production system change and suitable to make-to-order production small and medium compan. In this thesis, we make a system design using the Together(UML tool) and develope a production scheduling system using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net.

  • Administrative information dataset records produced by various systems designed for work are difficult to manage on a case-by-case basis, requiring separate procedures to identify and evaluate data-sets. Identified data set records are apprasal and transferred to the records management system or disposed of. In this process, sufficient records management elements must be reflected in the production system itself in order to adhere to the principles of record management. In this paper, the functional requirements of the production system to accurately identify and safely manage data-sets were derived and applied based on the case of the KR property management system. It is hoped that this research on functional requirements of production systems will be added to lead to the creation of standards for functional requirements of data set production systems.

  • Records management refers to a series of activities to achieve the goal of securing transparency in administration and safely preserving and utilizing records. Each process of record management is largely divided into production, preservation and management stage. The reporting system of record production has an important fuction that serves as a bridge between production stage and preservation and management stage. It was established after the enactment of the Act on Records Management of Public Agencies in 1999, to grasp the state of production and management of records of various organizations. Since then the National Archives of Korea(NAK) has been able to rather actively understand the situation of records and acquire them than simply collect them. The Act, which was revised in 2006, regulates electronically automated reporting methods in which the production reporting datas are generated in the record creation system and transferred to the record management system. Despite improvements in the system, electronic reporting methods are being used in part. The 713 public institutions have submitted reports of record production to the NAK in 2017, and this study analyses them of only 47 central administrative agencies, including departments, offices, agencies, and committees. Their reports have 15 forms which consist of production statistics and inventories of 7 types of records including general records, survey, research, review, minutes, shorthand, audiovisual records, secret records, government publications. This suggests implications for improving the reporting system of record production.

  • A general purpose ERP system is often unsuitable to manage the products of a small and medium enterprise. Thus, it is necessary to develop and use a system which is suitable for characteristic of an enterprise. In this paper, we implement a raw and subsidiary materials management system which controls the many products of an enterprise producing electrical wire. First, we design a database of raw and subsidiary materials information for production process. Second, we develop an automatic calculation module which computes the necessary quantify of materials to produce goods ordered. Third, the proposed system manages purchasing and selling data of raw and subsidiary materials in production process. Finally, we implement not only a history management module of storage and delivery, but also a print module of history summary report.

중소기업의 생산관리에 활용되는 컴퓨터

  • 제조업의 중소기업에서 컴퓨터의 활용은 수발주 관리로부터 생산관리에 이르기까지 이를 활용해야 할 때가 왔다. 생산관리는 시스템이 복잡하기 때문에 수발주관리처럼 간단하지 않다. 생산관리의 컴퓨터화에는 먼저 재고관리를 도입하여 충분히 활용해야할 것이며 그로부터 종합적관리로 진행하는 2단계가 있다. 종합적관리로 진행하는데 있어서는 컴퓨터 활용 레벨을 일단계 높이고 각각의 개별관리를 상호 유기적으로 결부시킬 필요가 있다. 여기서는 중소기업의 생산관리에 컴퓨터를 도입할 경우 개별관리에서 종합적관리로 진행하는 2단계에 대해서 실례를 들어 기술하겠다.

  • 중소기업의 기술혁신은 제품의 생산성을 높임으로써 궁극적으로는 새로운 영역에의 참여와 고용창출 효과를 가져올 뿐만 아니라 국가의 수출경쟁력에 이바지하는 기여도가 매우 높다. 중소기업은 규모가 작고 유기적인 조직구조의 특성상 탄력적으로 기술혁신에 대처할 수 있는 유리한 면이 있지만, 국내의 중소기업 기술혁신은 매우 열악한 상태이다. 따라서 대기업을 위주로 형성되어 있는 통합생산관리시스템(CIM)의 개념을 도입하고 산업용네트워크와 통합생산관리시스템을 적용하는 중소기업 기술혁신의 추진전략에 대해 설명하였다.

  • The purpose of this study is to study the standardization of the core business process in the chemical manufacturing industry and to establish a production information management system for the purpose of establishing the production information management system that can achieve mid -To be applied. The development methodology for the standardization of the chemical manufacturing information system is applied to the production information management system development methodology (PSDM) that was developed and developed by the Agency for Technology and Information Promotion of Small and Medium Enterprises. The standardization target is the system structure, It is a core business process that becomes a skeleton during construction. In this study, the chemical manufacturing SMEs and related professional IT companies who want to build the production information management system can apply the standardized core business process more effectively to build the system more effectively, and provide ease of installation and reliability to the system, In order to maximize the utilization of processes, follow-up education training and maintenance measures are suggested. Applying the results of this study, it is possible to eliminate the unreasonable elements of the production process, improve the quality of production product, and reduce production cost.
