This study aims at determining the meaning of Life in The Canonical Scripture of the Daesoon Thought upon the ontological bases of occidental philosophies; especially upon those of Plato and Bergson. In western philosophy, the word ontology designates investigating the meanings of being, which is derived from the Greek 'onto (being)' and 'logia (logical discourse).' The various meanings of life have been sought from ancient times all over the world, for these are the critical and vital questions that pertain to the nature of human existence. Plato had asserted that life, in his word, soul, had three different kinds of aspects of meaning. Immortal, reciprocal, and divine. Plato scheme was such that the soul could die, but after death it could became reborn into another various forms of living creatures. The real inner life of humans, the soul, would live eternally. Henri-Louis Bergson, a famous French philosopher from the 20^th century, claimed that life had three different kinds of aspects. Self-identity, Élan vital (vital impetus) and liberty. Bergson insisted especially the real meaning of life had been characterized by "unité multiple et multiplicitéune," "unity as something multiple and multiplicity something singular." The meaning of life in Daesoon Thought could be said to have three different characteristics, solidarity, earthly immortality and grievance-resolution. Some similarities can be found between certain western ontological meanings of life and those of Daesoon Thought. Namely, the qualities of eternity, reciprocity, and divinity.

This study was designed to identify nursing students' attitudes toward life through a Q-methodology. A Q-sample was formed through a review of the literature and interviews(n＝160)l The final Q-sample consisted of 37 statements out of an initial 100 statements after consultation with an expert panel and pilot testing. The P-sample consisted of 14 university nursing students and 27 junior college nursing students, which was selected by convenience sampling method. Data were analyzed by the Q-analysis method. The correlation between type 2 and type 3 was relatively high (r＝0.539) ; that between type 1 and type 3 was lowest (r＝0.014). The first type of attitude was the “rational utilitarian” type. Students in this type valued life relative to the quality of life. They agreed with euthanasia and artificial abortion if the quality of life was threatened. The criteria for their judgement were scientific knowledge and rationality. The second type of attitude was the “Christian deontologic” type. These students appreciated the sanctity of life according to Christian dogma. They disagreed with euthanasia and artficial abortion. And they disagreed strongly that life should be created by scientific development, because only God creates life. The third type of attitude was the “unconditional deontologic” type. These students agreed with the sanctity of life, not from Christian belief but from belief in the sanctity of life. The final type of attitude was the “prima facie(conditional) deonologic” type. These students appreciated the value of life and humanity. They expressed concern for others' life and suffering. They do not want to afflict others with their own miseries. This group showed a dual value system toward themselves and others. So they experience conflict between their concern for their on and others' conditions. These nursing students' values may have been influenced by their clinical experience in hospitals and other nursing fields. Through this study, we may realize the importance of education in nursing ethics for discussion of ethical conflicts and to support ethical nursing practice.

Once a production focused on primary industry, Food, agriculture, forestry and fisheries industry is now trying to shed away and plans to totally transform the paradigm of agricultural R&D with a leaping goal towards being a new growth engine. Promoting the bioindustry through utilizing agricultural bioresources was selected as the primary task and also made all efforts to support by all government department and ministry. In this study, we are raised problems and planned the improvements by the empirical analysis of national R&D policy, investment strategy, the recent progress of R&D program, and the performance of R&D investment to achieve early commercialization in fields of agricultural bioresources utilizing. We also propose the R&D role sharing and cooperations of public/private sector to commercialize the agricultural bioresources from the comprehensive empirical analysis results. It will eventually strengthen the national R&D investment strategy and efficiency and then will contribute towards a successful early commercialization performance in bioindustry through utilizing agricultural bioresources.

올해 정책자금 운영규모는 3조2075억원으로 지난해보다 2.3% 증가했다. 특히 기술혁신형 창업 및 성장초기 기업육성을 위해 '창업 및 개발기술사업화자금(1조4000억원)'을 지난해보다 2200억원 늘렸고, 개발기술사업화자금(2580억원)도 1000억원 늘렸다. 올해부터 정책자금의 배분전략이 그간의 "Negative시스템(특정산업을 제외한 모든산업지원방식)"에서 '전략산업'을 종점 지원하는 방식인 "Positive시스템"으로 전환된다. 중기청은 특히, 녹색 신성장동력 산업 등 성장 가능성이 큰 7대 전략산업에 정책자금의 70%인 2조2천억원을 집중 투입할 계획이다. 이에 따라 태양전지 LED응용 IT융합 고부가식품산업(녹색 신성장동력산업), 금형 등에 정책자금이 집중 지원될 것으로 보인다. 이와 함께 우량기업 및 한계기업을 지원대상에서 제외하고 동일기업에 대한 편중지원을 제한하는 등 정책목적성을 대폭 강화할 예정이다. 자체 신용으로 민간금융 이용이 가능하나 저금리 혜택을 위해 정책자금을 이용하는 우량기업 및 생명연장식 한계기업 등에 대한 지원을 배제하고, 절감된 재원(약 3,000억원)은 전략산업의 창업초기기업에 종점 지원할 계획이다. 자세한 사항 및 정책자금 신청 희망기업은 중소기업진흥공단 홈페이지(www.sbc.or.kr) '정책자금 융자도우미'를 통해 신청요건 및 추천자금 등을 자가진단 후 신청하면 된다.

PDMS는 생명공학 분야에서 중요한 기술적 폴리머이다. Nd:YAG레이저의 4고조파 ($\lambda$=266nm, pulse) 레이저를 사용하여 표면 처리를 하여 PDMS 표면의 습윤성과 접착성의 향상됨을 확인하였다. 식각한 PDMS는 샘물체의 미세회로에 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 레이저 빔의 주사속도를 변화시키며 PDMS를 레이저로 식각하며 PDMS의 식각 특성을 연구한다 식각 특성을 의존성이 가장 효과적인 주사 속도에 대한 의존성을 규명하고자 스테이지 컨트롤러의 속도를 변화시키며 실험하였다. 그리고 최적의 레이저 출력값을 알아내려고 레이저 출력값을 조절하며 실험 하였다. 단차측정기(알파스템)을 이용하여 식각형상과 식각 효율 등을 분석하였다.

This study was carred out to get the basic conditions for the mycelial growth of Morchella esculenta in shaking flask culture. The optimal temperature and initial pH of mycelial growth of Morchella escuzenta were 25$\pm$1$^{\circ}C$ and 6.5, respectively. The optimal medium was BG medium. Among the carbon sources tested, fructose was favorable for the mycelial growth and optimal fructose concentration was 5.0% (w/v). As nitrogen sources, peptone and NH$_4$Cl appeared to be favorable and optimal concentration was 4.0% [(w/v), ratio of 1:1].

This study was carried out to get the basic data for the mycelial growth of Lentinus lepideus in liquid culture. The optimal temperature and initial pH of mycelial growth of Lentinus lepideus were $25^{\circ}C$ and pH 5.5, respectively. The optimal medium was YMG medium. Among the carbon sources tested, glucose was effected to the mycelial growth and optimal glucose concentration was 4% (w/v). As nitrogen sources, malt extract and yeast extract appeared to be favorable and optimal malt extract and yeast extract [ratio (w/w) of 1:1] concentration was 1.5% (w/v).

For developing natural antibacterial agents from Houttuynia cordata Thunb., antibacterial effects of volatile flavor component using various bacterial sp. were tested. Extraction from Houttuynia cordata Thunb. by using SDE (Simultaneous steam Distillation-Extraction) showed strong antibacterial activities against Vibrio and Bacillus genus, such as Vibrio. cholerae, V. parahaemolyticus, V. vulnificus, Bacillus. cereus, and B. subtilis. Then chemical compositions of leaf and stem were analyzed. The contents of crude protein, lipid, and ash in stem were less than those of leaf, but fiber contents were higher than those of leaf. Among the amino acids, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, glycine, and arginine were higher than those of other amino acids. Linolenic acid, linoleic acid, oleic acid, and palmitic acid were major fatty acids. Major minerals of Houttuynia cordata Thunb. were potassium, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, iron, zinc, and copper. Especially, in the case of potassium, it was highest.

The paper was inspired by Jung's words in the Red Book "just as Christ tormented the flesh through the spirit, the God of this time will torment the spirit through the flesh." I propose that the new form of torment in this era could be eroticism as a way of the individuation process because it seems to be one of a very few ways left to modern men to grasp the sense of permanence, the essence of the divine, without religion because of its peculiar nature of transcendence. I suppose that it is not only a man who is tortured but also god is in torment since the divine needs a man as a womb for his incarnation. Therefore I suggest that man and god are fated to seduce each other to be redeemed by each other. I imagine that Eros with numinous sexuality seduces a man who has potentials for the god's incarnation and who would be willing to give in to the god's demand. This god needs a man who desires his essence of perpetuity, the eternal water of life, in ecstasy. Thus the purpose of the divine's seduction is to make a man awake from unconsciousness to pursue god himself, namely the individuation process. I call such divine seduction "eroticism of god" There seem to be a certain type of people who are destined to live eroticism as a way of individuation process. Through investigations, a melancholic tendency appears to be suitable for this type of individuation. Melancholia is deeply related to the poignant awareness of impermanence as the existential condition, which is a precondition for seeking permanence through eroticism. Melancholia essentially causes deep longing for eternity that bears fulfillment, which exists in eroticism, so melancholic agony seems inevitable for eroticism as the path for individuation in that, without knowing about deficiency, we never seek what is lacking in us. It can also be viewed that while a lover is driven to seduce lost love, what actually waits to become seduced for redemption is the god of love itself behind the human beloved. Man and god are fated to seduce each other for redemption. I suppose that the initiation to Eros implies how to seduce Eros. In a woman's psyche, psychological virginity is one of the essential qualities that her ego needs to attain. To the male it is vital to live his sensuality thoroughly and to experience his own and his lover's emotions to their limit. It cannot be an easy task because it demands us to give up our egotism entirely. Through eroticism, unconsciousness seduces us to make us live life as a whole. The god of love brings powerful sexuality as a means of "spiritual crisis" to redeem our lukewarm soul. Only a few can withstand the experience since it requires a strong will to bear the brunt of the sword despite the keen awareness that it may leave us bleeding in pain.

In this study, grasp the implications of the current health care debate to be privatized, and dealing with the claims accordingly. Seeks to help establish an objective perspective, looking at the pros and cons at the same time claims for medical privatization policy. The Health and diversification through the capitalist market access as part of the transition process is being overlooked as a new growth engine industries. But health care is constrained to follow the growth of universal access and how to deal with life because it is practical conduct of the person. In addition to services that are not only for the benefit of the profit or government institutions.
