파키스탄의 가람차쉬마를 방문했다. 그곳에서도 한국에서 온 낮선 이방인에게도 따뜻한 여성들을 만날 수 있었다. 여행객에게 순박하지만 끈질기게도 사진이나 볼펜, 사탕 등을 요구하기도 했다. 사탕을 주지 않았다고 돌을 던지는 아이들도 있으니 잘사는 나라에서 온 관광객들이 순수한 그들에게 괜한 물욕을 심어준건 아닌지 생각하게 된다

Prostatic adenocarcinoma cells can be detected in urine cytology specimens when the tumor extends to the bladder mucosa. We report a case of prostatic adenocarcinoma diagnosed by urine cytology. A 70-year-old man presented with urinary frequency and low back pain On rectal examination, a nodular mass was palpated in the left side of prostate. Bone scan revealed multifocal hot lesions suggesting metastasis. Urine cytology revealed hypocellular smear on clean or bloody background. Tumor cells were mainly arranged in syncytial or papillary clusters which occasionally contained fool of luminal formation The cytoplasm of tumor cells was finely granular. The nuclei of tumor cells revealed evenly distributed fine chromatin and large prominent nucleoli without nuclear pleomorphism. In needle biopsy specimen of prostate, tumor cells were detected in entire prostatic tissue with extension to pericapsular soft tissue. The tumor cells infiltrated individually or in a cord-like fashion with fool of cribriform pattern. Inconspicuous nuclear pleomorphism and prominent nucleoli were also noted.

Dermoid cyst is a developmental cyst that is lined by epidermis-like epithelium and contains dermal adnexal structures in the cyst wall. Dermoid cyst most occur in the eye brow although occasionally develop in other locations such as midline of the floor of the mouth, tongue, lip and buccal mucosa. The lesion is slow growing and painless without lympadenopathy. The contents of the dermoid cyst can be caseous or sebaceous. The size can vary from a few millimeters to 12cm in diameter. Histologically, dermoid cyst is lined by epidermis and adnexaes such as sweat gland, sebaceous glands and hair follicles are present in the cyst wall. The 2-year-old female of this case visited Department of Pediatric Dentistry, College of Dentistry, Yonsei University with a chief complaint of the emergence of mass on her upper lip. An excisional biopsy was carried out for a histological examination and sebaceous gland was observed in the cyst wall. The lesion was diagnosed as dermoid cyst. Dermoid cyst does not recur if complete excision is accomplished.

This study was performed to evaluate the effect of electroacupuncture at some acupoint combinations on the cardiovascular system, especially on blood pressure. Electroacupuncture at acupoint combinations of CV2O(+)/GV-16(-),4(+)/GV16(-), KI1(+)/GV20(-), and HT9(+)/GV16(-) did not changed heart rates and blood pressure, but stimulation of HT1(+)/HT7(-) Increased systolic, diastolic and mean arterial blood pressure significantly in dogs anesthetized with tiletamine/zolazepam.

On the framework of stochastic gravitational wave background(SGWB) by compact binary systems, we studied the strain spectra of SGWB produced by cosmological cataclysmic variables(CV). For this we reviewed the empirical properties of CVs by using newly published CV catalogue and calculated the cosmological densities of CVs considering the galaxy luminosity function and cosmic stellar birth rate function. Assuming the secular evolution of CVs, we calculated the time scale of CV gravitational wave(GW) radiation and derived formulae for the strain spectra of SGWB by cosmological CVs.

본 논문에서는 교통신호제어기 표준규격(NPA-TSC-2010 R14)과 호환성을 유지하면서, 교통신호제어시스템과 상용 LTE 이동통신망을 적용 가능한 검증필암호모듈 기반의 SSL VPN을 개발하여, 정보보안의 성능과 교통신호제어기의 통신성능을 만족할 수 있다는 결과를 제시한다. 또한 '교통신호제어기 표준규격'의 기기 변경이 최소화될 수 있도록 SSL VPN 개발에 필요한 기술을 구현하여 실증결과를 제시함으로써, 이를 바탕으로 교통신호제어 시스템의 보안 표준규격으로 제정될 수 있도록 기술 및 절차적 결과를 제시하였다.

The study was designed to investigate the aspects of the goblet cell of the oviduct in laying Korean ring-necked pheasants by histochemical methods (PAS, alcian blue-PAS, alcian blue pH 2.5, alcian blue pH 1.0, and aldehyde fuchsin-alcian blue stain). Twelve laying Korean ring-necked pheasants were used. The results were summarized as follows. The goblet cell of the oviduct of the Korean ring-necked pheasant contained sulfated acid mucosubstances and neutral mucosubstances in the infundibulum. The compounds of sulfated acid mucosubstances, nonsulfated acid mucosubstances, and neutral mucosubstances are present in goblet cells of the magnum, vagina and openings of the tubular gland of the uterus of the oviduct in the Korean ring-necked pheasant. The goblet cell of the isthmus and uterus of the oviduct of the Korean ring-necked pheasant contained neutral mucosubstances except openings of the tubular gland of the uterus. The histochemical characteristics of secretory granules of goblet cells in oviduct of the Korean ring-necked pheasant were not related to the position of eggs in oviduct.
