Oriental base diagnosis method is not going to hospital different from Oriental medicine and because of the possible disease diagnosis through the network and many communication equipment. Especially diagnosis development using ocular inspection method aspect of Oriental medicine among an aging society advance into cut the medical cost for contribution. Ocular inspection method the most important look at disease color that is Observing a Person's Shape and Color which is implementation the development of methodology and important the build of application ability system. So in this paper study observing a person's shape and color implementation of ocular inspection. Specially body's the five viscera presentate the five colors disease color in face that is important the color coordinate system thesis so that proceed the experiment for the color coordinate system analysis. Finally five color extract need the observing a person's shape and color through experiment select the digital color system and so real skin color analysis and comparison about the experiment which suggest the something to color coordinate system the best case of digital color system for observing a person's shape and color implementation.

The Korean traditional color passed down over countless generations has surpassed both surpassed both time and space and continue today to breathe life into its people's everyday. In order to clarify the characteristics of Korean traditional color blue and red, we investigate the names of them and measured the color tones of textile remains in Chosun era. The characteristics of Korean traditional color blue and red have been surveyed by means of the examination of color names in many famous literatures in Chosun era. Korean terms for color tones were characterized by enormous variety of epithes crowned on them. The color names mentioned contain many unaccountable epithes which were characterized also deep colors and light colors were dominant in it. As a means of enhancing possibilities within limited colors, the commoners increased the names for varying tones of blue color group(32kinds) and red color group(40kinds). These "blue(indigo dyeing)' and 'red(safflower dyeing)' in Chosun era were shown very high frequency in use and the costume colors in Royal Court. With combination of these various blue and red colors they represented a thought of color based on Yinyang Theory and created a polished aesthetic taste. The color samples of textile remains in museum were measured and designated by Munsell color system and the ISCC-NBS color designation system. THe appeared rates were derived on Chosun era and features of colors using on the period were discussed. We aim to present specific recipes in indigo dyeing and safflower dyeing for using our apparel product and folk art.

Purpose : This study was performed to evaluate the recent frequency of karyotypes in different sex chromosome abnormalities and to evaluate the age and clinical manifestations at diagnosis. Methods : Peripheral blood leukocytes were obtained from subjects who were clinically suspected to have sex chromosome abnormalities and referred to the cytogenetic laboratory in the Department of Pediatrics, Kyungpook National University Hospital from February 1981 to August 2001. Results : The relative frequencies of different sex chromosome abnormalities were Klinefelter(52 percent), Turner(42 percent), XXX syndrome(3 percent) and mixed gonadal dysgenesis(3 percent). The populations of different karyotypes in Klinefelter syndrome were 47,XXY(97 percent) and 46,XY/47,XYY(3 percent). The populations of different karyotypes in Turner syndrome were 45,X(67 percent,), mosaicism(23 percent), and structural aberrations(10 percent). The populations of different karyotypes in XXX syndrome were 47,XXX(67 percent,) and 46,XX/47,XXX(33 percent). All mixed gonadal dysgenesis were 45,X/46,XY. Eighty one percent of sex chromosome abnormalities was diagnosed after puberty. Patients diagnosed with Klinefelter and Turner syndrome in infancy showed nearly normal phenotypes or had minor congenital malformations. Conclusion : Early diagnoses of sex chromosome abnormalities is required to prevent associated morbidities and to maximize growth and development. We have to pay careful attention in diagnoses of Turner syndrome because of the high proportion of mosaicism and structural aberrations.

Fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) and genomic in situ hybridization (GISH) were used for chromosome analysis of hybrids (2n=16) between onion (Allium cepa L., 2n=2X=16) and welsh onion (A. fistulosum L., 2n=2X=16). 5S rDNA, 45S rDNA, and tandemly repeated DNA (TSD) sequence were used as probes for FISH analysis. A. fistulosum specific DNA probe of telomeric repeats and A. fistulosum DNA were used for GISH analysis. In the analysis of meiotic chromosome GISH revealed that hybrids have 7 bivalants and 2 univalents chromosome and 2 univalents were derived from A. fistulosum chromosomes. In somatic chromosomes of hybrid each 8 chromosomes were derived from A. cepa and A. fistulosum, respectively. FISH signal of 45S rDNA probe in A. fistulosum was detected at secondary constriction of chromosomes, while FISH signal in A. cepa was observed in both secondary constriction and telomere of chromosomes. TDS signals in A. fistulosum chromosomes were detected at all subtelomeric of 8 chromosomes and also in 2 pericentromeric of the chromosomes, whereas TDS signals in A. cepa were observed only in subtelomeric in all chromosomes. The pattern of TDS signal in hybrid chromosomes was similar to those of A. fistulosum chromosomes.

Gastric lymphoma comprises 1-6% of all gastric malignant neoplasms and among them 50% is gastric MALT lymphoma. The 60-70% of MALT lymphomas is diagnosed at early, localized diseased state. Gastric MALT lymphoma is assumed that it progress slowly with indolent course. It presents nonspecific symptoms such as epigastric pain, dyspepsia, nausea and vomiting. It is rarely associated with serious complication such as gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation. The definite diagnosis of gastric MALT lymphoma should be made with histopathologically. Wotherspoon score is used to differential diagnosis with Helicobacter pylori associated gastric inflammatory change. Gastric MALT lymphoma is associated with Helicobacter pylori infection with supported by epidemiologic and histopathologic studies. Gastric MALT lymphoma is characterized with genetic aberrations such as trisomy 3, trisomy 18, chromosomal translocations t(11;18), t(1;14), t(14;18), t(3;14). Appropriate clinical staging is essential to determine the optimal treatment strategy for gastric MALT lymphoma. Lugano International Conference classification has been applied widely. Helicobacter pylori eradication is used as the first line treatment for gastric MALT lymphoma independent of the stage. The complete remission has been achieved in 60-90% of the stage I/II1 patients with Helicobacter pylori eradication only. The treatment options for the patients with refractory to eradication are radiotherapy, chemotherapy and/or immunotherapy with the complete remission rate of 75% to 100%. The incidence of gastric MALT lymphoma can be expected to down by virtue of the decrease of Helicobacter pylori infection rate. Further basic and clinical research is necessary to advance in determine the pathogenesis and management.

The purpose of this study is to examine the makeup color range for developing the new makeup product line of domestic cosmetic brand, and suggest the special color stories and color palettes appropriate to characteristics of brand image For this study, personal color images are analyzed and classified through the literature survey of Korean womens' skin rotor like korean PCDS and japanese PCS. Also, a total of 3879 colors were selected from the 18 cosmetic brands and were analyzed by hue/tone color system. Based on the color analysis, the color range for makeup products are determined, and the typical colors of 4 personal color images are suggested. As a results, personal color images are classified into 4 types: DEW of p, lt, b tone; FLASH of s, v tone; MIST of ltg, g, sf, d tone; TERRA of dk, dkg, dp tone. we developed the color stories through five senses and lifestyles based on the consumers' emotion, and the rotor palettes suitable to each type of personal color images are developed.

NBCCS is a hereditary disorder characterized by multiple defects of ectodermal and mesodermal structure, which is chiefly affected on skin, jaws & skeleton, CNS, eye and sexual organ. It is well associated with multiple odontogenic keratocyst on the jaws. Thus, we intended to investigate other anomalies presenting on NBCCS in cases of multiple odontogenic keratocyst which were treated in our hospital from 1980 to 1989. Here we reported 6 cases of NBCCS.

The karyotype of the Niwaella multifasciata, endemic species to the Nakdong River in Korea, is reported for the first time. The sample species, Niwaella multifasciata collected from the Milyang River and the Nam River which are tributaries of the Nakdong River, has a diploid complement of 50 chromosomes composed of 10 metacentric, 28 submetacentric, 12 subtelocentric chromosomes, and 88 arm numbers. The arm number of Niwaella multifasciata was larger than any other species of Cobitidae. Sexual dimophism and intraspecific polymophism of the chromosomes were not observed in this study.

The purpose of this study is to design and implement an application for the smartphone in order to cure the wounded heart of the youth. The heart of the youth can be wounded regardless of their willingness in growing. Not only the wounded heart is hardly cured, but also it can diverse the direction of one's life. It has been tried to adopt color reflection to the smartphone which is accustomed to them. A color reflection curing application based on the smartphone is designed and implemented. The application has been tested with 15 teachers, they were satisfied with it.

The genetic variation of random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) patterns of genomic DNAs was investigated in dioecious plant Rumex acetosa L., which carries different sex chromosome complements in female (2n=12A+XX) and male (2n=12A+XY$_1$Y$_2$). One hundred and twenty random primers consisted of 10-mer were used for PCR amplification. Polymorphic bands were found in 24 primers. Specific bands for female and male were 16 and 18, respectively. Especially, a band of 1,440 bp from the OPC-10 primer was male specific. These sex specific RAPD markers are used to understanding the sex determination mechanism in plants.
