The Reasons which Rose Revolution, Orange Revolution, and Lemon Revolution had been much argued in international society are as follows: Firstly, the important fact was that authoritarian governments in Georgia, Ukraine and Kyrgyzstan were collapsed not by physical violences and military forces, but by unblooded civil movements, so called Civil Revolution. And it is also called as Colorful Revolution. Secondly, during the advance of three Civil Revolution, hegemony conflicts between Russia and western powers including US appeared. In fact, tensions between the two countries, Russia and US had already occurred in Post-soviet region after dissolution of Soviet Union. Thirdly, as a result of three Civil Revolution, there were built up fullest attentions in international societies about the possibilities of other civil revolutions, that is to say, 'Colorful Revolution' among the countries which were the republics of former USSR. In this respect, in this investigation of Lemon Revolution in Kyrgyzstan as like Rose Revolution in Georgia and Orange Revolution in Ukraine, this article examined the roles and supports toward NGOs of Western powers including US. To my opinion, it is likely that NGOs, with powerful sponsors, become political bodies working through networks and media rather than being rooted in civil society and acting on behalf of citizens. And that powerful sponsors, directly or indirectly financed by outside governments, become involved in political activities. So NGOs have been important roles in promoting civil revolution as political agencies and more political instruments of foreign governments. In the long run, through the Colorful Revolution, it is better to understand that hegemony struggle is beginning between external concerned superpowers including US and Russia, rather than hegemony struggle having directly broke out.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, we are living in a flood of information. It is very difficult and complicated to find the information people need in such an environment. Therefore, in the flood of information, a recommendation system is essential. Among these recommendation systems, many studies have been conducted on each recommendation system for movies, music, food, and clothes. To date, most personalized recommendation systems have recommended clothes, books, or movies by checking individual tendencies such as age, genre, region, and gender. Future generations will want to be recommended clothes, books, and movies at once by checking age, genre, region, and gender. In this paper, we propose a recommendation system that recommends personalized clothes and food at once according to the user's emotions and weather. We obtained user data from Twitter of social media and analyzed this data as user's basic emotion according to Paul Eckman's theory. The basic emotions obtained in this way were converted into colors by applying Hayashi's Quantification Method III, and these colors were expressed as recommended clothes colors. Also, the type of clothing is recommended using the weather information of the visualcrossing.com API. In addition, various foods are recommended according to the contents of comfort food according to emotions.

This study aims to develop Korean film music by using Korean traditional music with proper technique. As of 2019, current Korean film music is mostly modeled after Western music. The usage of traditional music instruments is significantly lower than the usage of western instruments and is merely used in Korean historical movies as embedded music. This supports the many views that Korean traditional music seems too difficult to appeal to the general audience in these modern times. Furthermore, there aren't any such cases to apply traditional music techniques to western instruments whereas there have been many occasions where traditional music instruments imitate western instruments with its tones. The suspected reason for this is due to the lack of proper understanding and techniques of traditional music that Korean film composers have utilized, and its limited exposure in popular music. However, traditions are special and unique way to represent the history, culture, lifestyle and characteristic of countries. Therefore, it is our duty to protect our own traditions. As both a Korean, and as a musician, new film music is needed which uses traditional music instruments and its techniques. When film composers create music with better understanding of Korean traditional music, this unique music will be able to transcend borders and spread throughout the world.

The restoration of cultural heritage materials is an important research theme. This study improved the existing cultural heritage restoration method and attempted to establish a restoration system for cultural heritage data based on historical documents and visual materials. Recognizing the limitations of existing studies, this paper attempted to restore cultural heritage data through interdisciplinary research. In addition, 3D restoration was carried out after restoration in 2D form based on literature documents rather than existing visual sources. The object of restoration that was selected was "Jeol," which represents the power of the king of Koguryo. Koguryo's Jeol is a type of flag. Jeol appears in the mural in Anak Tomb No. 3. Rather than using only photographic materials of murals, the restoration was carried out through cross-validation of literature data and materials on archaeological art history. This is important in that the restoration carried out in this study is an accurate restoration with a historical understanding based on the literature of the relevant cultural heritage. In this study, a restoration process based on historical records was established. A 3D restoration process was performed by adding and applying visual materials after the object was first shaped based on the literature data. Restoration based on literature and visual materials was carried out based on interdisciplinary research. Therefore, this study aims to build a digital restoration system for cultural heritages and to contribute to spreading the 3D digital restoration research of cultural heritages that can be applied to various platforms.
