과학기술단체총엽합회 새마을 기술봉사단(회장 김윤기)이 추진해온 농어촌소득증대를 위한 1마을 1학기술자 기술결연 운동이 자표 140마을중 16개 마을이 결연을 마쳤고 14개 마을은 7월초에 결연이 확정되어 소기의 성과를 100% 완수하게 됐다.이들 126개 마을과 결연을 맺은 과학기술자들의 실태를 학위별로 분류해 보면 박사 24명(농박10,공박3,약박2,이박7,의박1,수의박1)석사19명 학사83명이다.그리고 현직은 대학교수직 80명,실업고등학교사 36명 기타 전문직 10명의 분포로 나타났다. 도별로 기술결연을 맺은 부락은 경기도12강원도 14,충청북도10,충청남도 10,전라북도13,전라남도25,경상북도21,경상남도19,제주도2,이다.결연자 및 마을은 다음과 닽다.

최근 정책적 한계점에 직면한 서울시 새마을 이동문고의 운영 실태분석을 통한 활성화방안을 제시하고자 한다. 운영방법은 봉사대상 계층을 다양화, 전문화하고 순회시기는 지역별에서 이용자 확대를 위해 AM10-12. 50.6% PM 2-4, 38.2% 비율을 보인다. 순회지역은 유효봉사 반경기준을 200m로 제한 할것과 문고 차량에 컴퓨터, FAX, 복사기, 전화, CD-ROMㆍ리더기 등 탑재할 것을 요청하고 있다. 이동문고당 대출실적 아파트지역 76%, 일반주택 12%, 신규이용율 18%, 재이용 33% 증가되었다. 운영부서는 일정비율을 할당할 것등을 분석결과로 밝히고 있다.

It is widely recognized that train Is one of the most efficient and convenient ways for passenger and freight transportation. However, the environmental noise problem is occurred with the construction and service of train. The noise problems caused by train prevent people from living in a silent environment. Furthermore, this problem is related with the right to preserve one's environment. The objectives of this research are train noise measurement and analysis which might be a base-study for prediction of train noise. This paper mainly deals with the noise of the 'Semaul' train. The train noise shows distinct characteristics according to the variation of height and distance. Furthermore, the database and its interface program are developed for systematic analysis and future research.

This research started from the perspective that dynamics of the Saemaul Undong in the village which is a unit of saemaul development is the formation of social capital. The subjects of this research are 122 success village stories of Saemaul Undong in 1970~1979. Through the content analysis, it extracted the social capital elements in the Saemaul Undong practice process and analyzed their characteristics. As a result of the research, it was confirmed that the formation and utilization of internal and external networks, which are structural capital, actively developed. Saemaul Undong contributed to formation and strengthening of relational capital such as trust and norms. This will be used as a basic data for research on Saemaul Undong, and it can be used as an index of the participation of villagers in rural development strategy of developing countries.

Developing countries are in competition to attract ODA and FDI in an effort to overcome poverty and development. This study tries to identify factors influencing the distribution of ODA and FDI resources and analyzes if ODA and FDI are in complementary relationship. We use a panel data for 53 African countries during early and middle of 2000 period. Factors affecting the ODA distribution include per capita GDP, physical infrastructure, good institutions of receiving countries. FDI was found to be positively affected by market size, trade openness, human capital accumulation, business-friendly regulatory environment. The impact of ODA is believed to be more effective and sustainable if it has a complementary relationship with FDI. Our result, however, did not confirmed the complementarity relation between the two.

책읽는 분위기가 만들려고 경운기 짐받이를 고쳐 이동 새마을 도서관을 운영하기도 하고, 자원봉사자 학생들과 밀차에 책을 싣고 시장을 돌며 반강제적으로 배포하기도 했다. 대출편의를 위해 8천여권의 장서에 바코드를 부착했고, 신간확보를 위해 사채를 털기까지 했다.
