Conventional middleware is software providing services between clients and servers efficiently, but it is not applicable to RFID systems because of low consistency due to the absence of context awareness function, and problems in the management of meaning, security system, etc. Accordingly, we need a quality selection process and a quality evaluation method for selecting RFID middleware based on new criteria. This Paper proposed a new selection process based on international standard ISO/IEC 14598, and extracted and selected optimal quality factors through the proposed process. The selected quality factors were mapped to the quality characteristics of standard quality model ISO/IEC 9126, and to quality factors of RFID middleware of SUN, Microsoft, EPCglobal, IBM, etc. The results of these works showed that the quality factors extracted and selected through the proposed process were fair and adequate for evaluating the quality of RFID middleware.

This study aimed to analyze the impact of public library librarians' innovative work behavior on service quality, which is an indicator of organizational performance. To achieve this goal, the study surveyed both librarians and users of seven public libraries in the Seoul metropolitan area and assessed 77 cases of librarian data and 309 cases of user data. The innovative work behaviors of librarians and the quality of service provided to users were examined. The analysis showed that idea realization, the final stage of innovative work behavior, was beneficial for information control. However, idea generation, the initial stage of innovative behavior, adversely affected the affect of service and information control dimensions. The situation where the process stalled at the idea generation stage without progressing to the next stage (idea promotion or realization), was interpreted as leading to decreased service quality. The significance of this study is that it applied the concept of innovative work behavior to public libraries and suggested the impact of public librarians' innovative work behavior on service quality using an empirical method.

현대의 기업 활동을 위한 시장 상황은 제품에 대한 글로벌 환경규제가 갈수록 강화되어가고 있으며, 기업들은 생존을 위해서는 다양한 환경규제에 능동적으로 대응하며, 기업의 지속적인 성장을 모색해야 하는 것이 현실이다. 본 연구 논문에서는 글로벌 환경 정책의 변화 트랜드를 살펴보고, 글로벌 핵심 환경 규제 및 지침인 RoHS, WEEE, EuP, REACH 및 ISO 14000 환경경영시스템 등 국내기업들이 각종 환경 규제에 대응하기 위해서 구축하고 있는 환경관리 정보시스템들에 대하여 그 종류 및 형태를 살펴보고, 효율적인 환경관리정보시스템(EMIS) 구축을 위한 방안을 도출하였다.

실시간 영상회의 시스템은 네트워크 및 버퍼링의 지연으로 사용자 정보의 전달이 시스템 간에 효율적으로 이루어지지 않고 있어 실시간성이 완벽하게 보장되지 않고 있는 것이 현실이다. 하지만, 네트워크 인프라의 보강과 지터 지연에 대한 연구는 활발하지만, 버퍼링에 대한 연구는 미흡한 상태이다. 본 논문에서는 버퍼링 지연에 따른 문제 해결을 위한 FRCB(Frame-Rate Control Buffer) 관리 기법을 제안하고자 한다. FRCB는 버퍼의 Overflow와 Underflow를 방지하기 위한 FTH(Fist-play THreshold)와 STH(Slow-play THreshold)로 구성되며, CPU 부하가 높은 상황에서도 좋은 성능을 보여 고품질의 실시간 영상회의에 적합함을 보였다.

반도체 공정 과정에서 설비의 효율의 높이고 생산성 향상을 도모하며 라인의 품질 사고 방지를 위하여 공정 진행 과정을 실시간으로 모니터링하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 반도체 공정의 전반적인 작업현황을 실시간으로 파악하고 비정상적인 상황이 발생하는 경우 즉각적으로 대응하기 위해 생산현장의 임베디드 PC들과 통신하여 공정 처리 데이터를 저장하고 이상 발생과 이력 정보 등을 제공하는 웹기반 모니터링시스템을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 이 논문의 궁극적인 목표는 작업라인의 현황을 실시간으로 파악하는 온라인 시스템을 구축하여 인력의 고도화를 도모하고 기업의 생산성 증대와 제품의 품질 향상에 기여하는 것이다.

In 2019, the pilot project to establish a record management system for administrative information datasets started in earnest under the leadership of the National Archives. Based on the results of the three-year project by 2021, the improved administrative information dataset management plan will be reflected in public records-related laws and guidelines. Through this, the administrative information dataset becomes the target of full-scale public record management. Although public records have been converted to electronic documents and even the datasets of administrative information systems have been included in full-scale public records management, research on the quality requirements of data itself as raw data constituting records is still lacking. If data quality is not guaranteed, all four properties of records will be threatened in the dataset, which is a structure of data and an aggregate of records. Moreover, if the reliability of the quality of the data of the administrative information system built by reflecting the various needs of the working departments of the institution without considering the standards of the standard records management system is insufficient, the reliability of the public records itself can not be secured. This study is based on the administrative information dataset management plan presented in the "Administrative Information Dataset Recorded Information Service and Utilization Model Study" conducted by the National Archives of Korea in 2021. A study was conducted. By referring to various data, especially public data-related policies and guides, which are being promoted across the government, we would like to derive quality evaluation requirements in terms of records management and present specific indicators. Through this, it is expected that it will be helpful for record management of administrative information dataset which will be in full swing in the future.

BIS is an arrival guidance system which is able to supply passengers with bus service condition via Kiosks at a bus stop, internet and mobile service through pinpointing bus location in real time. It is very significant to improve the quality of traffic information by quality control of GIS-based bus network so as to maintain navigational information and to implement reliable BIS. Therefore this study aims to build criteria to quantitatively evaluate data quality of the product in accordance with the process in bus network data and to suggest guideline of quality control. To achieve this, we have categorized geometric and logical errors occurring during constructing bus network database by giving a specific case study on TAGO and set up sectional guideline and procedures to examine database for systematic and coherent quality control management. Proceeding from what has been said above, the outcome of our research leads to quality guarantee for objective and reliable bus network database and is fully expected to bring benefit of providing a more accurate public transportation information and improving reliability of BIS through preventing a variety of errors in system operation in advance.

This study aims to measure the service quality of children's libraries using LibQUAL+ and to analyze the effect of service quality on users' satisfaction. To do that, a survey was conducted with 210 users in three children's libraries located in J city. In three service quality dimensions - 'Affect of Service', 'Information Control', and 'Library as Place' - the users' perceived service level was less than the minimum service level, which implies that the current services should be improved immediately. It was also found that 'Affect of Service' and 'Library as Place' influenced the users' satisfaction. Based on the statistical results and the content analysis of the users' comments about the library services, this study suggests recommendations for improving library services in the children's libraries.

Purpose : This study aims to suggest social support composed of organizational support and managerial support would be systematically managed to enhance Disaster Operations Management at Seoul Emergency Operations Center. Method : Emotional labor was used as an independent variable, and organizational commitment was used as a dependent variable to analyze the mediating effects of social support. Results : First, in the aspect of organizational support, the objective evaluation of disaster situation management, disaster situation management emotional labor reduction education and training program development, monitoring of disaster situation management, quality improvement and work imbalance mitigation of firefighters, and emergency coordination managers are needed for systematic work management for emotional labor settlement. Secondly, it is necessary to select competent firefighters in the level of managerial support, to prepare healing measures for structured phased emotional labor for firefighters, and to have counseling competency for managers for emotional labor firefighting officers. Conclusion : In order to improve disaster management ability, education and training programs should be developed to improve organizational commitment based on social support.

The mobile commerce (m-commerce) has very high market value unlike other technology innovation areas in IT industries and also changing rapidly. Therefore, it is fact that the development of the effective business strategy is challenging in a digital convergence era of m-commerce context. In most of the researches, m-commerce has dealt with conceptual study such as establishment of definition. There are not many studies of influence of information valuation evaluation on users' satisfaction have done so far. In this paper, we have reported a theoretical study as well as empirical analysis and examined an influence of information valuation evaluation have on users' satisfaction. A questionnaire was constructed and data were collected from 192 users of m-commerce system. The results indicated that users' satisfaction was affected by information valuation evaluation and difference between cost satisfaction and service quality satisfaction according to users' specialty.
