본 논문은 한국생산기술연구원에서 개발된 안드로이드 로봇(EveR Series) 플랫폼에 적용된 감성 시스템에 관한 내용을 제시한다. EveR 플랫폼은 얼굴 표정, 제스처, 음성합성을 수행 할 수 있는 플랫폼으로써 감성 시스템을 적용하여 인간 친화적인 상호작용을 원활하게 한다. 감성 시스템은 로봇에 동기를 부여하는 동기 모듈(Motivation Module), 다양한 감정들을 가지고 있는 감정 모듈(Emotion Module), 감정들, 제스처, 음성에 영향을 미치는 성격 모듈(Personality Module), 입력 받은 자극들과 상황들에 가중치를 결정하는 기억 모듈(Memory Module)로 구성되어 있다. 감성 시스템은 입력으로 음성, 텍스트, 비전, 촉각 및 상황 정보가 들어오고 감정의 선택과 가중치, 행동, 제스처를 출력하여 인간과의 대화에 있어서 자연스러움을 유도한다.

This study examined the issues and characteristics that appeared in news and journal articles related to the 'right to be forgotten' using text mining analysis. Data for analysis were collected from 2010 to 2020 with the keyword 'right to be forgotten'. Keyword analysis and topic modeling analysis were performed on the collected data. As a result, in the last 10 years the issues about 'right to be forgotten' are not much different in news and journal articles and the approaches also are similar. However, it confirmed common issues and the partial difference between news and journal articles through comparison. Therefore in Archives and Records Management Studies, it is necessary to discuss derived in this study. In particular common issues are considered first but if there are differences in issues, it is needed to discuss them in various ways. This study is meaningful to understand the meaning and to draw issues that may arise in the future of the 'right to be forgotten'. The results of this study will contribute to be variously discussed on the 'right to be forgotten' in Archives and Records Management Studies.

This paper's purpose is to get hold of the recent research trend by analyzing the variables uesd in startups related papers. The startups related papers in this paper are the papers which include 'startups' in the title of the registered papers from the year 2013 to the year 2020. This study's analysis methods are text-mining of all variables and text-network analysis of affected variables. Visualizing tool for network analysis is Gephi. The result of variables' analysis is as follows. First, independent variables consist mainly of variables about startups' internal factors and outside environment, but due to startups' features like early stage company's features, innovative features, most of variables are about enterprise internal competitiveness, marketing 4P strategy, entrepreneurship, coopreation method, transformational leadership, enterprise features, lean startup strategy, enterprise internal communication, value orientation, task conflict, relationship conflict, knowledge sharing, etc. Second, dependent variables are mainly about outcome, and are classified into financial performance and non-financial performance by overall concept. In other words, startups related papers have higher interest in non-financial performance, like management performance, team performance, SCM performance as well as financial performance like sales quantity owing to startups' immaturity in getting good financial performance. Through this study we can find out as follows. Although there are not many officially registered papers dealing with startups, those papers include various themes about stratups. For example, there are trendy themes like lean startups strategy, crowdfunding, influencer and accelerator, etc.

The contextual subjective well-being (SWB) of context-aware system users can be very helpful in recommending relevant mental health services, especially for those who struggle with mental illness due to a metabolic syndrome or melancholia. Self-surveying measuring or auto-sensing methods have been suggested to monitor users' SWB. However, self-surveying measuring method is not inappropriate for a context-aware service due to requesting personal data in a manual and hence obtrusive manner. Moreover, auto-sensing methods still suffer from accuracy problem to be applied in mental health services. Hence, the purpose of this paper is to propose a contextual SWB estimation method to estimate the user's mental health in unobtrusive and accurate manners. This method is timely in that it acquires context data from the user's literal responses, which expose their temporal feeling. In particular, we developed a measuring method based on exposed feeling verbs and degree adverbs in chat and other text-based communications which show anger or negative feelings. Based on the proposed contextual SWB degree estimation method, we developed an idea of well-being life care recommendation. From the experiment with actual drivers, we demonstrated that the proposed method accurately estimate the user's degree of negative feelings even though it does not require a self-survey.

최근 들어 멀티미디어 관련 기술 및 컴퓨터 네트웍 기술이 발전하면서 데이터베이스도 점차 기존의 텍스트 형태의 문자 위주에서 이미지, 오디오, 동화상, 애니메이션 등 을 포함하는 멀티미디어 데이터베이스로 변화하고 있다. 또한 Web을 근간으로 하는 인터넷 환경이 보편화되면서 멀티미디어 데이터에 대한 일반 사용자의 관심도 매우 높아지고 있다. 따라서 이제는, 이러한 기술 및 환경의 변화와 관련되어 멀티미디어 데이터베이스 구축 및 멀티미디어 정보 서비스에 대한 체계적인 준비가 필요한 시점에 왔다고 할 수 있다. 특별히 멀티미디어 데이터베이스에서 필요한 정보를 검색하고, 검색된 멀티미디어 정보를 서비스하기 위한 표준안에 대해서는 당장 이에 대한 준비가 서둘러져야 할 상황이다.(중략)

Gangneung Danoje is a local festival that has its origin in the county festival handed down premodern society. It was designated as an important intangible cultural asset in 1966, and has appreciated as a representative traditional festival of Korea since UNESCO designated it as 'the Oral and Intangible Heritage of Humanity' in 2005. Generally, it is known as a festival which it keeps up the premodern tradition. However, we can know that it is different from the festival performed in the 19 century in its framework and contents if we pay attention to the texts of festival performed in Gangneung today. I think that this change is a result of cultural adaptation by the change of transmission situation, and especially today texts of festival is an result of the pursuit, restoration and reproduction of its traditional form so as to be designated as a cultural asset. In this paper, after I have an accurate grasp of the traditional form of Gangneung Danoje from the present data related to Gangneung Danoje, I will compare its traditional text with the existing text which was reconstructed at the time of being designated as an important intangible cultural asset. To do this work, I verified the composition method of a county festival by investigating a general aspect of county festival in the $Chos{\breve{o}}n$ dynasty, brought out the aspect of its change by comparing its existing text with the procedures and contents of Gangneung Danoje before the Japanese occupation by force, and discussed the matter of its some changes. As a result of my work, I ascertained that the present Gangneung Danoje is very different from the festival transmitted in premodern society in the structure, time and space of festival, and the contents of performance containing the procedures of meeting god, seeing god off, and enjoying god.

최근 무선통신기술의 발달로 텍스트나 이미지 등 적은 양의 데이터를 송출하는 것을 넘어 동영상과 같은 많은 양의 데이터 전송이 가능해졌다. 이에 본 논문은 실시간으로 사고의 상황을 효과적으로 구조기관에 전달하기 위해 GPS와 각종 센서를 활용한 GPS 데이터 및 비디오를 실시간으로 전송하는 무선 네트워크 상황 전파 시스템을 제안한다. Raspberry pi module의 카메라와 GPS 데이터는 ffmpeg와 ffserver를 사용하여 서버와 구조기관으로 실시간 송출 및 전송된다. 제안된 시스템은 실제 프로토타입으로 구현되었으며, 실험 결과 제안한 시스템은 즉각적으로 구조기관에 영상 및 GPS 좌표를 송출함으로써 조기에 사고상황을 파악하고 빠른 구조에 이바지함을 보여준다.

The nature of school mathematics has not been asked from the epistemological perspective. In this paper, I compare two dominant perspectives of school mathematics: ethnomathematics and didactical transposition theory. Then, I show that there exist some examples from Old Babylonian (OB) mathematics, which is considered as the oldest school mathematics by the recent contextualized anthropological research, cannot be explained by above two perspectives. From this, I argue that the nature of school mathematics needs to be understand from new perspective and its meaning needs to be extended to include students' and teachers' products emergent from the process of teaching and learning. From my investigation about OB school mathematics, I assume that there exist an intrinsic function of school mathematics: Linking scholarly Mathematics(M) and everyday mathematics(m). Based on my assumption, I suggest the chain of ESMPR(Educational Setting for Mathematics Practice and Readiness) and ESMCE(Educational Setting For Mathematical Creativity and Errors) as a mechanism of the function of school mathematics.

환경, 생물 다양성, 기상 등의 많은 과학 자료들을 과학적으로 표현하고 관리하기 위해서는 지리 정보를 사용할 필요가 있다. 이러한 자료 관리 주체 대부분은 환경 단체, 지방 단체, 연구 단체들이고 이러한 단체의 수가 많고 지역적으로 분산되어 있다는 특성이 있다. 때문에 고가의 상업용 GIS 소프트웨어에 의존하여 엄청난 외화 지불을 야기하고 국내 GIS 기반 기술의 축적을 어렵게 하는 현재의 국내 상황은 적절치 않다. 본 논문은 이러한 상황을 타개하기 위한 하나의 대안으로서 공개 소프트웨어 기반한 Web-GIS 시스템 모델을 제안한다. 이 모델에서는 공간 자료 관리를 위해서는 GRASS, 텍스트 및 멀티미디어 자료 관리는 MySQL, 이들을 하나로 통합 운용하고 웹에 접속하기 위해서 GRASSLinks와 CGI를 사용한다.

This study is to analyze the creation mechanism of exclusion and discrimination against the immigrant. The author approached studying up and used life history study method. Ten of anti-multiculturists participated this study. Data were collected by in-depth interview. The text of individual life history were analyzed by Mandelbaum(1973). The author analyzed the dimension of life, turning point and adaptation. The result as follows; I presented ① Plan of oneness ground, ② Searching new Sacrifice goat, ③ Transference of a inferiority complex for the mechanism of exclusion and discrimination against immigrant. Finally I proposed 「cross cultural education」, 「native participated integration program」, 「establishment of the strongpoint center for adjustment between native and immigrant and up bringing the professional in community.
