Situational Crisis communication theory (SCCT), one of the major crisis communication theories, suggests that crisis managers have to choose the most effective crisis response strategy in accordance to the crisis type. However, there's a controversy over whether this theory is practically applicable in Korea. Therefore, this study analyzed statements of apology to see if companies in Korea are actually taking different response strategy according to the types of crisis. According to the result of analysis on 244 apology statements published in the newspapers from 2012 to spring of 2015, adaptive response strategy was mostly taken no matter what the crisis type was. In conclusion, there's a discrepancy in crisis response strategy between the theory suggested in SCCT and the current practices in Korea. This conclusion can contribute to devising an appropriate application of SCCT in Korea and to develop a more Korea relevant theory.

A contingency theory is employed to design off ectively a library system. We examine the influence of the contingency variables ill the library system. It is shown that the adoption of the contingency variables nay improve the efficiency of the library system.

In order to recognize a situation from a environment which provides an intelligent service, we propose state-transition based situation modeling which is suitable for a low computing power and restricted resources like embedded systems, and we designed its application to a situation-action converter(SAC)which is consist of two parts; situation detector recognized wanted situations and action generator generated various control actions. Then, we implemented a situation manager for smart scheduler service by using a SAC which is installed to a ARM processor based embedded Linux evaluation board.

지하구조물에 있어서 누수사고의 빈번한 발생 및 상습화 경향에도 불구하고 현재 국내에서 사용되고 있는 누수보수방법은 누수유형에 관계없이 일괄적으로 동일한 처리방식으로 보수하는 상황으로서 지하구조물 누수에 대하여 누수 유형별로 보수방법을 달리하는 적극적인 해결방안의 모색이 필요하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 지하구조물의 누수보수에 있어서 방수 그라우트재의 공학적 특성을 파악하고 현장상황에 적합한 방수그라우팅 기법을 수립하여 누수유형별로 적용한 사례를 중심으로 적용성을 고찰하였다. 방수그라우팅 적용사례를 분석한 결과 지하구조물의 누수방지를 위하여 누수상황 및 누수유형에 따라 주입재의 배합비를 적절히 변화시켜 주입재와 현장상황에 적합한 방수그라우팅 기법을 병행 적용하는 것이 확실한 방수효과를 얻을 수 있으며, 주입목표구간에 대해 단계적으로 수회로 나누어 순차적인 그라우팅과 가능한 한 저압, 소량, 장시간에 걸쳐 주입하는 것이 방수그라우팅 효과를 증대시킬 수 있는 것으로 판단된다. 또한, 현장 적용결과로부터 기존 방수이론의 영향요소에 추가하여 물시멘트비, 주입재의 입경, 주입시간 및 주입량, 혼화재 사용여부, 주입차수 등에 대한 다양한 영향요소의 검토가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

회계정보시스템의 성공적 실행에 대한 실증적 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구의 목적은 상황요인과 회계정보시스템의 개발방식 및 정보특성간의 적합관계가 성과에 미치는 영향을 검정하여 우리나라 기업실정에 맞는 회계업무전산화 방안 모색에 기여하는 것이다. 연구방법은 우리나라 제조업(85개 기업의 전산실 책임자와 212개 시스템 사용자)을 대상으로 설문조사를 통해 수집한 자료에 의한 실증적 연구이다. 연구결과 첫째, 우리나라 기업의 회계정보시스템은 재무회계 중심으로 구축되었고, 정보시스템 재발 방식은 자체개발방식을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 조직규모가 크거나 환경이 불확실할수록 진화적 방식을 택하면 회계정보시스템의 성과를 높인다. 부분적으로 상황요인과 산출정보 특성간의 적합도가 높을수록 회계정보시스템의 성과를 높이는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 회계정보시스템 실행 전반에 관련된 연구를 위한 가설도출 및 상황이론 재발에 기여할 것이다.

In this paper, we attempted to theorize the synergy effect between the value creating attributes for digital convergence model in the service industry. Our investigation is based upon contingency fit theory to understand the strategic fit for the two inherent value attributes of fixed and mobile value, as well as resolving fundamental limitations of service processes. Empirical validation of the derived research model is analyzed using hierarchical regression method. The results indicate that the relative advantage of each value creating attributes are strongly associated with the characteristics of domain service industries, and compatibility is critical to user adoption of convergent service model. Moreover, the less significant statistical impact of the synergy between mobile and fixed value attributes and others implies that each value attribute uniquely contributes to particular IT convergence model, which thereby offers critical insight that focusing the convergent value in conjunction with specific application domain is the most appealing managerial focus. The findings provide useful insight for the further research in IT based industry convergent business model areas.

This study has the purpose to make a conceptual model which can explain the relationship between the research performance, and the fitness of environmental property and the technology development strategy. The environmental property consists of the competitiveness, the complexity of environment, and the market growth. The technology development strategy consists of the innovativeness of technology, the upgrade of product, and the usage of the out resource. And the ability to manage knowledge resource is a very important variable which can modulate the fitness of environmental property and the technology development strategy.

본 연구는 소비자의 실제적인 의복 소비 행동을 설명할수 있는 가치 개념을 제시하기 위하여 의복 소비가치의 구체적 유형을 밝히고, 적합하고 신뢰성 있는 의복 소비가치 척도를 구성 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제시 하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 Sheth(1991)의 소비 가치 이론과 의류학 및 소비자 행동분야의 다양한 이론을 토대로 초점집단면접(Focus Group Interview)을 통하여 소비가치에 대한 탐색적 접근을 시도한 결과를 논의하였다. 의복의 구매와 착용의 선택상황에 영향을 미치는 소비가치는 Sheth(1991)의 5가지 소비가치 유형인 기능적 가치, 사회적 가치, 감정적 가치, 진귀적 가치, 상황적 가치 및 의복제품의 특성에 따른 자기표현적 가치로 분류되었다. 기능적 가치는 물리적 속성, 물리적 기능, 도구적 성과와 관련되었으며, 사회적 가치는 사회계층, 준거집단, 인구통계 적 특성 집단, 문화-민족적 집단과의 관련성 에 대 한 가치로 구성되었다. 감정적 가치는 긍정적, 부정적 감정 및 심미성 요인으로 구성되었으며, 진취적 가치는 다양성추구행동 요인 및 유행성의. 새로움 추구 요인과 관련되었다 또한 상황적 가치는 의복착용상황, 구매상황, 커뮤니케이션 상황으로 구성되었으며, 자기표현적 가치는 성격, 이미지 표현, 개성추구, 유행추구 등의 요인으로 구성되었다. 본 연구의 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 소비가치에 대한 양적 연구를 실시한다면, 보다 객관적인 구조를 파악하고 신뢰성 있는 측정 문항을 개발할 수 있을 것이다.

지금까지 고분자 재료에서의 일반적인 파괴역학 연구실태를 집약해보았다. 이 분야의 연구결과 들은 금속의 파괴역학 문제와는 다른 새로운 문제점을 지니고 있었다. 우리는 여기서 잘 짜여진 문제의 해를 구했다기 보다는 문제를 정의하는 수준에 있음을 느낄수 있었다. 더욱이 고려되고 있는 문제들조차 서로 독립적으로 연관성을 보이고 있지 못하다. 접근방법이 너무 이론적이어서 실제상황에 적합하지 않거나 실험적인 검증이 요구되고, 경우에 따라서는 경험적이어서 해석 적인 정량화가 필요한 경우가 많다. 의심할바 없이 이것이 고분자재료 파괴역학의 현실이며 앞 으로 좀더 많은 해석적, 실험적 연구가 이루어져 상황이 개선될 것으로 믿는다.
