In the traditional telephone services, the settlement method for usage of facilities has been systematically and reasonably arranged based on the cost. Through the advanced technology, the telecommunication services such as the convergence of voice-data, wire-wireless, communication-broadcasting, etc are offering. So, new settlement method in the broadband convergence network (BCN) should be necessary. This paper suggests inter-companies settlement method in the broadband network using interconnection bandwidth and transmission distance factor. By reflecting the facility cost weight on each BCN level, the cost settlement for various services can be easily done. As the settlement model for BCN, the inter-companies interconnection and settlement can be normalized by interconnection bandwidth and transmission distance factors.

We introduced mathematical economic analysis model for understanding the fairness of charge from VoIP providers for interconnection of access network. In order to set up this model we made four assumptions predictable in the real world. Also we proposed two accounting method that is flat-rate-pricing and usage-based-pricing and tried to propose which method is more desirable to charge for interconnection on the basis of social welfare and activation of market competitiveness. The outcome of this study includes the reasonable accounting method for interconnection between telephone network and IP Phone network which is most effective to ensure the social welfare and market competitiveness

Internet is composed of many independent networks referred to as Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and each provider is generally interconnected based on a commercial agreement. Though many countries are engaged in deregulation in internet interconnection, there is still debate whether the large ISPs are unwilling to peer with small providers, have incentives to lower the quality of data transmission of transit operators or set the interconnection charge regarding the actual costs incurred by the interconnection. Korean government introduced regulations in internet interconnection after observing noticeable anti-competitive behaviors from 2005. This paper analyzes whether there is margin squeeze problem/market concentration, and suggests political proposals in Korean regulation status.

오늘날 인터넷기술의 급속한 발전으로 인하여 IP Phone서비스의 활성화가 기대되며 이러한 IP Phone 서비스시장의 확대는 기존 PSTN망에 의한 전화서비스시장에 지대한 영향을 미친다. 따라서 IP Phone 서비스시장에 있어서도 상호접속제도 도입의 필요성이 점증되고 있다. 이에 따라 본고에서는 IP Phone 서비스의 상호접속유형을 살펴보고 관련된 사업자간 정산문제에 대한 해결방안을 제시하고 있다.

This paper reviews the recent theoretical and empirical studies on the European countries that the bill and keep settlement between mobile operators is superior to the financial settlement like CPNP from the perspectives of social welfare and fare competition in market. Besides these the recent studies, considering the change of mobile wholesale market in Korea, the necessity to introduce the bill and keep settlement as an alternative for the current CPNP as well as policy implication is examined.

칠정산 외편은, 비록 한양의 위도에 맞는 역법은 아니지만, 일식 예보의 정확도가 조선 전기에 사용된 다른 어떤 역법보다 높았다고 알려져 있다. 칠정산 내편은 한양의 위도에 맞는 자주적 역법으로 알려져 있으나, 일출입이나 중성 계산이 아닌, 일식 계산의 경우에도 한양의 위도에 맞는 역법으로 보아야 하는지에 대해서는 실증적인 연구가 없었다. 이 연구에서는 칠정산 내편의 일식 계산의 전 과정을 전산화하여 이미 연구한 칠정산 외편의 일식 예보값 (김동빈 2009) 및 현대 계산 결과와 상호 비교하였다. 그 결과 칠정산 내편의 일식 예보는, 베이징과 한양의 시차(時差)를 감안하더라도, 그 정확도가 외편에 비해 떨어지며, 일식 계산의 기준 위치 또한 한양이 아닌 베이징임을 확인하였다.

As the rapid increase of highway investments from Private sector the organizations of highway operator became diversified, and thus causing various unexpected problems. Highways invested by private capitals have different fare rates and managing systems. It is desirable to reduce drivers' inconvenience using more than two sections of highways spread over different jurisdictions. The main purposes of this research are i) data survey and problem statements ii) prediction of future problems and preparing appropriate countermeasures. This research are divided into two parts. They are management system and fare collection system. Major investigations of this study are as follows, optimum toll operation models depend on charging systems and interchange shapes of two interconnecting expressways. Assuming that the current payment and the new electronic payment system aye used concurrently for a while, some alternatives for the inter-operation to collect tolls ate suggested focusing on the efficiency to tollway corporations as well as convenience to drivers. The advantages and disadvantages of the alternatives, including their characteristics, are compared.

부산 금정산 지역의 지하수위와 강우량과의 관계를 알아보고자 시계열 분석을 통하여 자기상관함수와 상호상관함수를 구하였다. 이를 위하여 금정산 산성마을 주변의 19개 관측공 중 자동수위측정기가 설치된 4개 관측공(KJ2, KJ8, KJ15, KJ19)의 지하수위 자료와 부산지역의 강우량 자료를 이용하였다. 지하수위 및 강수량은 각각 1일 평균, 1일 누적 값을 이용하였다. 자기상관분석의 경우, KJ2와 KJ19의 경우 지연시간이 2일 이내, KJ8의 경우는 3일 이내에 0으로 수렴하며, KJ15의 경우는 지연시간이 8일째에 0으로 수렴한다. 강수량과 지하수위의 교차상관분석결과, KJ2, KJ15, KJ19호 공은 지연시간이 0일 때 교차상관함수가 각각 0.6572, 0.6303, 0.7857이교 KJ8호 공은 지연시간이 1일 때 0.7141이다. 또한 대부분 짧은 지연시간에 교차상관함수가 0으로 수렴한다.

수시력은 원나라 곽수경이 만든 역법으로 중국 역사상 가장 좋은 역법중의 하나로 알려져 있다. 그리고 수시력 계열의 역법들인 대통력통궤나 칠정산내편은 세실소장법의 유무, 역원, 몇몇 상수값의 차이 등 약간의 차이는 있지만 기본적으로 같다. 이 연구에서는 수시력, 대통력통궤, 칠정산내편에 의한 일식 계산 과정을 전산화 하고 그 결과들을 문헌의 기록들과 비교 검증하였다. 또한 칠정산내편이 편찬된 1444년에서 시헌력이 도입되기 이전인 1653년까지의 기간 동안에 조선에서 관측 가능했던 일식들을 현대 계산 결과와 수시력 계열의 역법들에 의한 계산 결과를 상호 비교하였다. 이 학술 발표대회에서 이러한 연구 결과들을 발표하고자 한다.
