Based on the previous studies proposed by many researchers about the evaluation method of replacement depth, a modified formula which incorporates the effect factors such as embanked height and load, replacement depth, cohesive force of original ground and unit weight of embankment etc, was suggested in this study. The new proposed formula was applied in the three construction sites of Kwangyang-Bay Area (Yeocheon, Youlchon, and Kwangyang) constructed by the compulsion replacement method. The application of the new method was investigated through these case studies in domestics. A modified bearing capacity parameter was estimated form the relationship of modified embankment loading and ultimate bearing capacity resulted from the site investigation, and the replacement depth was predicted by using this parameter. In addition, through the relationship analyses between each effect factors to the replacement depth in two areas, Yeocheon and Youlchon, an empirical prediction method which can evaluate the replacement depth in adjoining area was proposed. The predicted value obtained by new method is approximately similar to the measured replacement depth in Kwangyang area.

지식 네트워크 (knowledge network) 구축은 지식의 재사용을 통하여 조식의 효율성을 개선시키고 지식 레버리지를 통하여 혁신을 촉진한다는 점에서 지식관리의 핵심적 요소이다. 본 연구는 (1) 개인이 집단 내 외에서 맺고 있는 지식 네트워크가 팀의 객관적, 주관적 성과에 미치는 영향을 고찰하고, (2) IT 활용이 지식 네트워크의 효과성을 어떻게 조절하는 가에 대해서 실증 함으로써, (3) 지식 네트워크 구축, IT 활용, 그리고 팀 성과 간의 관계에 대하여 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 먼저 사회 네트워크 이론을 바탕으로 지식 네트워크의 집단 내부 결속과 외부 매개성을 통합하는 이론적 프레임워크를 개발하고 국내 5개 컨설팅 업체의 172명의 컨설턴트와 42개 프로젝트 팀을 대상으로 사회 네트워크 분석 (Social Network Analysis)을 실시하였다. 분석 결과는 지식 네트워크의 내부 결속(네트워크의 밀도)과 팀 성과의 선형적인 관계를 지지하였으며, 외부 매개성은 직접적으로 팀 성과에 영향을 미치지 않았으나 팀 수준의 IT 활용 (공동체적인 컴퓨터 매체의 활용)과 상호작용을 통해서 팀의 성과를 실질적으로 향상시키는 것으로 나타났다.

한국시장에서 KOSPI 200 현물과 KOSPI 200 주가지수 선물간의 선 후행성을 실증적으로 분석하기 위하여 1998년 8월부터 1999년 10월까지 KOSPI 200 지수와 유동성이 가장 높은 최근 월물 가격의 5분 간격 자료를 이용하였다. 현 선물 가격의 안정성(stationarity)을 검증한 이후 공적분(cointegration)을 통하여 유도된 오차수정모형(Error Correction Model) 인과관계 회귀식을 GMM(Generalized Method of Moments)으로 추정하여 현 선물간의 선 후행성을 분석하고, 그 원인을 빈번하지 않는 거래(infrequent trading) 문제, 공매의 제약 문제, 거래 활발성의 강도 차이 문제 등의 측면에서 분석하였다. 그 결과 한국시장에서 현 선물간에는 쌍방의 인과 관계가 존재하지만 현물이 선물을 선행하는 정도는 아주 미약하였다. 반면에 선물은 현물을 약 30분 정도 선행하였다. 본 연구의 검증기간과 이용된 자료 내에서 현물이 선물에 대하여 후행하는 주된 원인은 현물시장에 존재하는 공매의 제약과 선물에 비하여 상대적으로 저조한 거래 활발성 때문인 것으로 나타났다. 왜냐하면 현물시장에서 공매가 상대적으로 어려운 시장하락시기에 선물의 선행정도가 통계적으로 유의적이었고, 현물과 선물의 거래가 활발한 시기에는 상호간에 선 후행성이 없었지만 현물의 거래가 비 활발할 경우 선물의 선행이 유의적이었기 때문이다.

The pointwise convergence define the relation-ship between the mesh-size and the tolerance. This will play an important role in improving quality of finite element approximate solution. In this paper, We evaluate the convergence on a certaon unknown point with a 1-irregular mesh refinement. This m that the degree of freedom is minimized within a tolerance.

The FEM is a computer-aided mathematical technique for obtaining approximate solution to the differential equations. 일본의 공정취인위원회는 지난 1977년부터 일본 경제에서 큰 비중을 차지하고 있는 6대 대규모기업집단에 대한 기업집단 내의 소유지배관계, 자본$\cdot$인적 및 상품에 대한 내부거래 현황, 그리고 대규모사업추진에 따른 상호 협력관계 등 멤버기업간의 결합 실태를 조사하여 왔다. 이 글은 공정취인위원회가 지난 1996년 1월부터 1997년 6월 30일간에 결산기가 도래된 기업을 대상으로 한 제6차 경영행태 조사의 결과를 요약$\cdot$분석하여 일본 공정취인협회가 발간한 $\lceil$공정취인$\rfloor$(1998년 12월호)지에 게재한 것은 전문 번역 게재한 것이다. 우리나라에서도 대규모기업집단의 선단식 경영에 대한 폐해(물론 장점도 있지만)와 공정거래 위원회의 부당한 내부거래의 제재에 대한 논란이 이루어지고 있기 때문에 양국의 재벌급 기업집단의 경영 형태를 비교$\cdot$검토함으로써 정책 운용에 참고가 될 수 있도록 하였다.

우리나라의 건축사제도나 건축법 그리고 건축관련 교육제도 등이 일본의 그것과 유사하거나 깊은 관련이 있음을 부정할 수 없다. 이는 건축 초기 법제정과정에서 일본의 건축제도를 참고할 수 밖에 없었던데도 원인이 있겠으나 같은 동양문화권으로서 역사나 문화가 유사한 것과도 깊은 관계가 있다고 볼 수 있다. 그러나 같은 동양문화권이면서도 중국은 이미 건축가인증제도나 교육제도 등의 정비에 있어 구미식 모델, 특히 AIA의 제도를 도입하는 등 세계화에 따른 시장개방에 적극 대처하고 있는데 반하여 우리나라와 일본은 이에 크게 뒤지고 있는 듯한 감이 있다. 오는 4월 16일부터 19일까지 제주도 서귀포에서 열리는 동북아3국 건축사협의회에서는 시장개방 대응과 건축사자격상호인증 등을 주의제로 다루게 된다. 따라서 이러한 때에 우리와 제도적으로 매우 흡사한 일본의 건축관계 현황을 알고, 그것을 타산지석으로 삼아 앞으로의 대안을 수립하는데 참고가 되기를 바라는 뜻에서 일본의 건축계와 관련된 여러 가지 자료들을 소개하고자 한다.

Crosstalk has been regarded as one of inherent problems in a factor disturbing optimal viewing experiences. For this reason, display developers address the crosstalk issues. However, due to various display characteristics and viewing environments it is hard to estimate the crosstalk generated in real space. This paper proposes an interactive multi-view display simulator based on augmented reality for developing mobile autostereoscopic displays. This display simulator can be used for the developers to estimate the crosstalk and find optimal viewing zone intuitively. Typical parameters for mobile phone use are applied for the estimation. The proposed simulator provides visualized crosstalk in real space for them to determine better viewing zone interactively. The proposed system is expected to help establish ergonomic guidelines for mobile multi-view autostereoscopic display developers, designers, and viewers.

And We show the basic strategy about construction firms with SWOT matrix.
