  • BOM 은 ERP 시스템의 하나의 하위 단위로써 원자재 및 소요부품 현황을 파악 할 수 있는 부품 소요 계획이다 본 논문에서는 BOM 관리를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 컴포넌트 기반 개발기법으로 BOM 시스템을 구현하였다. 그 결과 직접 효과로는 상품에 대한 소요 부품 산정 기간이 2 주일에서 2 일로 단축이 가능하였으며, 부품 소요량 산출도 정확하였다. 간접효과로는 해당 업체의 많은 조직변화를 가져왔으며 구체적으로는 이사급 직책을 축소하였다.

  • The study is aimed at searching algorithm upgrading which can automatically compose goods displayed according to the degree of popularity regarding customer's requests, for the purpose of design of an intellectual shopping mall on the net and putting it into force by using classified technical Data-mining and statical analysis including personal information , entrance records and purchase records. This is for the study of strategic marketing. The system can automate the conventional shopping mall system by manual and personal judgements and also suggest a new formation of marketing techniques to strengthen the competition in B2B market which is steeply increasing.

  • It is a major concern of e-shopping mall managers to satisfy a variety of customer's desire by recommending a proper product to the perspective purchaser. Customer information like customer's fondness, age, gender, etc. in shopping has not been used effectively for the customers or the suppliers. Conventionally, e-shopping mall managers have recommended specific items of products to their customers without considering thoroughly in a customer point of view. This study introduces the ways of a choosing and recommending of products using case-based reasoning and rule-based reasoning for customer themselves or others. A similarity measure between one member's idiosyncrasy and the other members' is developed based on the rule base and the case base. The case base is improved for the system intelligence by recognizing and learning the changes of customer's desire and shopping trend.

  • 디지털 음악상품의 유료화 서비스를 위해 P2P 서비스 업체들은 콘텐츠를 다운로드 할 때 주는 자와 받는 자간에 포인트를 주고받는 것이 일반화되어 있었다. 그러나 이러한 방식은 다운로드 건별로 사용료를 지급해야 할 권리자와 콘텐츠를 명확하게 연결할 수 있는 콘텐츠 식별 방법이 없는 상태에서 진행되는 것이다. 따라서 명확한 음악식별이 중요한데, 불특정 다수가 제공하는 콘텐츠는 일반적으로 정보가 부정확하고 일관성이 결여되어 있어 해시 기술이나 음악인식 기술 등의 신뢰할 수 있는 콘텐츠 식별 방법을 이용하여 저작권 관리를 하여야 한다. 본 연구에서는 해시 기술 및 콘텐츠 인식 기술을 융합하여 두 기술의 장점만을 활용함으로써 해시 기술의 빠른 속도와 콘텐츠 인식 기술의 편리함을 동시에 제공한다. 이를 바탕으로 저작권 DB 관리 방법, 요금 결제 및 정산 방법 등을 이용하여 P2P 서비스의 유료화를 구현하고자 한다.

  • Current changing to the customer-oriented market naturally causes suppliers to meet an age of competition on the quality. In order to plan housing meeting this quality competitiveness era, I set up the type classification system of quality differentiation for the unit of apartment housing by executing differentiation cases of unit quality and type analysis of the object. The system is consist of 3 classification systems by quality element, user convenience element and product element as follows: First element is to classify quality element on the basis of plane and interior elements, architectural elements and second one is user convenience element relating facility to classify environment-oriented, safety, energy saving and convenience. The other one is the product element to classify furniture, installing product and convenient product. I believe that this classification system will be useful to determine any classification elements of product for product positioning and product planning in the stage of marketing planning of apartment housing in the future.

  • Recently, the retail industry has created efficient store operations, and has differentiated customer service through the future store. The intelligence of these stores is being applied by using technologies such as the Internet of Things (IoT), and the business process is being improved through this. The process also focuses on efficient store operations and service developments to provide customers with shopping convenience. The change in trends in the industry means that domestic distribution has already reached maturity. Even in countries where retail industries are mature, such as the U.S. and Europe, recent trends are moving toward maximizing operational efficiency and customer service. The reason is that many retailers have already reached saturation and survived the competition. This paper is a study of a drive-through service for automation and efficiency in receiving service after ordering by a customer of the distribution store. When ordering a product being purchased by a customer, the product picking process is done in a timely fashion through a picking scheduling agent. When the customer enters the store parking lot, a service supports the entry of information and finding a parking place so the customer can quickly pick up the goods. The proposed service can be applied to a retail store drive-through system, the distribution store's delivery system, the digital picking system, and indoor/outdoor large parking management systems, and it is possible to provide one-dimensional customer service through the application of IoT technology.

  • 본 연구의 목적은 미국 신속대응시스템의 요소별 사용현황을 조사하고 도입업체와 미도입업체의 신속대응시스템의 요소별 수준을 비교하며 신속대응시스템 도입업체와 미도입업체의 기업규모 제품종류를 비교분석하였다 조사방법은 미국의 103개 의류업체를 대상으로 설문조살르 하였고 자료분석은 기술통계와 t-test Fisher's Exact test를 사용하였다 신속대응시스템의 4요소는 상품기획, 재고관리, 정보공유, 유연한 생산체계이며 각 요소는 단위기술의 조합으로 측정되었다 신속대응시스템을 도입하고 있는 업체들은 미도입업체보다 모든 4요소의 도입수준이 유의적으로 높았다. 신속대응시스템을 도입업체들은 유연한 생산체계 요소에 대한 도입수준이 가장높게 나타났고 재고관리 요소에 대한 도입수준은 상대적으로 낮게 나타났다 신속대응시스템 도입업체는 종업원 500명이상인 대기업규모에 여성복업체에 가장 높은 비율을 나타내었고 미도입업체는 종업원이 10-19명 정도인 중소규모에 유아동복에 가장 높은 비율로 나타났다.

  • In this research we propose the need of implementing CRM systems to reactivate traditional retail markets, and analyze the primary factors for successful implementation of CRM systems. We derived 4 primary factors such as business management, customer management, service management, and facility management among 22 measurement factors. The characteristics of each primary factor are ; product planning and certification management activities are needed for business management factor. Privileged treatment policies for primary customers are regarded as needed. And the needs for total service in service management factor including from order to delivery and return are raised. Finally, improvements of convenient facilities for using traditional retail markets are needed.

  • Recent development of Information Technology, the ubiquitous computing environment is on the rise. At the same time, RFID technology and its related applications are actively investigated. In this paper, a portable merchandise information providing system using cheap wireless transmission module is developed in order to overcome the mobility limitation of the wired RFID system. The TRF6901 chipset of 900MHz band from TI is used for the wireless transmission module and the MPS430F149 is used for the MPU. It is expected that the developed system can be applied to numerous innovative wireless applications such as library circulation desk for lending service and automated door system for entrance control.
