  • China is a great civilization which is a combination of various ethnic groups with long history change. As one of these important components of traditional culture, the lucky shape has been going through the ideological upheaval of the history change of China. Up to now, it has become the important parts which can stimulate the emotion of Chinese nation. The lucky shape becomes the basis of the rich traditional culture by long history of the Chinese nation. Even say it is the centre of this traditional culture resource. The lucky shape is a way of expressing the Chinese history and national emotions. It is the important part of people's living habits, emotion, as well as the cultural background. What's more, it has the value of beliefs of Surname totem. Meanwhile, it also has the function of passing on information. The symbol of information finally was created by the being of lucky shape to indicate its conceptual content. There are various kinds of lucky shapes. It will have its limitations when researching all kinds of them professionally. So, here the lucky shape of FISH will be researched. The shape of fish is the first good shape created by the Chinese nation. It is about 6000 years. Its special shape and lucky meaning embody the peculiar inherent culture and intension of the Chinese nation. It's the important component of the Chinese traditional culture. The traditional shape of fish was focused on the continuation of history and the patterns recognition, etc. It seldom indicated the meaning of the shape into the using of the modern design. So by searching the lucky meaning & the way of fish shape, the purpose of the search is to explore the real analysis of value of the fish shape in the modern enterprise identity design. The way of search is through the development of the history, the evolvement and the meaning of lucky of the traditional fish shape to analyse the symbolic meaning and the cultural meaning from all levels in nation, culture, art and life, etc. And by using the huge living example of the enterprise identity design of the traditional shape of the fish to analyse that how it works in positive way by those enterprise which is based on the trust with good image. In the modern Chinese enterprise identity design, the lucky image will be reinterpreted in the modern way. It will be proofed by the national perceptual knowledge of the consumer and the way of enlarge the goodwill of corporate image. It will be the conclusion. The traditional fish shape is the important core of modern design.So this search is taken through the instance of the design of enterprise image of the traditional fish shape to analysis the idea of the majority Chinese people of the traditional luck and the influence of corporation which based on trust and credibility. In modern image design of Chinese corporation, the auspicious sign reappear. The question survey is taken by people through the perceptual knowledge of the consumer and the cognition the enterprise image. According the result, people can speculate the improvement of consumer's recognition and the possibility of development of traditional concept.

  • The development of IT technology that has come to symbolize the fourth industrial revolution, the introduction of online government, and the change in environment has caused radical changes in record management. Most public institutions under the government make use of information systems that are objects of information protection such as electronic document system, document management system, and Onnara system. Further, protection and access control of record information through physical environment and electronic system in a user-centered record management environment is an essential component. Hence, this study studies how professional records management professionals in public institutions recognize safe protection and access management of record information, deriving areas that require improvement and providing a discussion and suggestions to bring about such improvement. This study starts by examining laws and policies on information protection in Korea, analyzing items on access control to compare them with laws and policies, as well as the current situation on records management and derive implications. This study is meaningful in that it aims to substantialize records management by suggesting areas of improvement necessary for the protection and management of record information in public institutions and providing professionals with tangible authority and control.

  • The final purpose of this study is to explore morphological change of Shenyang in the period of the rising Chung Dynasty. For that purpose we have tried to build the historical GIS DB of site and analysis of the structure and shape pattern of the city by using the functions of GIS. From the view of spatial structure and cultural context, main characteristics, which is derived from the analysis of ancient map of Shenyang, can be summarized into five things as follows ; transformation of open spatial structure into closed structure, combination of horizontal spatial structure with vertical structure, transformation of practical spatial structure into symbolic structure, transformation of natural spatial structure into institutional form of ancient Chinese capital city, conservation of traditional Manchurian culture.

  • There have been diverse discourses arguing that new design has been emerging in the 21 st century. However, there have been very few trials to identify systematically the characteristics_of new design paradigm and to develop new design educational program based on them. Thus, this paper aims at development of strategy of new design educational program according to the characteristics of new design paradigm. At first, design is viewed as part of 'culture'and the structure of culture is identified: 'Artifact', 'Value', and 'Basic Assumptions'. Similarly, design is found to comprise of three fundamental attributes: 'Function', 'Aesthetics','Symbolic'. These levels are shown to be in the relation of mutually recycling influences. These structural framework is used to understand the design methods and qualification of designers over the development of design paradigms: vernacular design, machine age, and information-knowledge age. The result leads the list of requirements of new educational design program: 'Human-Centered','Situation-Based','User-Participatory', and 'Intangible'. The model of strategy of new educational design program is developed and proposed.

  • The main purpose of this paper is to account for the so-called "Annyeongdeul Hasipnikka?" communication in terms of Niklas Luhmann's communication theory. The communication theory of Niklas Luhmann which is constructed on the basis of the system theory is, despite its complexity, effective to shed light on many unique communicative phenomena. To understand the thematic diversity and ceaseless conjunction as the obtrusive characteristics of the "Annyeongdeul Hasipnikka?" communication the adoption of the system-theoretical communication theory is required. Unlike Habermas's the theory of communicative action highlighting the consensus as decisive goal of communication, Luhmann maintains that the proliferation through diversification and persistence of communication even through refusal are also the communicative elements for its operation. This paper tries to demonstrate the uniqueness of "Annyeongdeul Hasipnikka?" communication by virtue of the system-theoretical perspective.

  • 최근 들어 신세대들은 온라인을 통해서 아바타를 활용하여 가상공간 속에서 자신을 표현하고 있는 추세이다. 아바타는 ‘분신’, ‘화신’을 의미하는 산스크리트어로 가상공간에서 사용자의 역할을 대신하는 애니메이션 캐릭터이다. 가상공간 속에서 오프라인 상에서 표현하지 못한 자신만의 캐릭터를 통해서 자신의 정체성을 시각적으로 표현하여 개인의 개성을 표출하고 있다. 이러한 아바타의 출현으로 인터넷에서의 자기표현 방식이 외향적인 형태로 변화하는데 이는 새로운 표현에 대한 사용자의 수용도에 따라서 여러 가지 형태로 나타나고 있다. 특히, 사용자가 새로운 개념을 수용하는데 있어서 그들이 잠재적으로 보유하고 있는 특성에 따라서 아바타의 표현이 다각적으로 연출되고 활용되어지고 있다. 이는 신세대들의 자기표현 방식이 다양하기 때문이다고 할 수 있겠다. 신세대들은 또한 새로운 정보통신 기술이 매체를 통해 보급될 경우 수용도가 다른 세대에 비해 빠르다. 이렇듯 아바타의 도입과 활용은 신세대의 자기표현의 상징적인 역할을 하고 있다. 현재, 웹과 핸드폰을 통해서 2D 기반의 아바타가 활용되고 있으며, 신기술이 지속적으로 개발되고 있다. 현재 개발되어지고 있는 3D 핸드폰 아바타의 수용도에 대한 관심도도 높아질 것으로 예상된다. 현재 아바타 개발과 활용에 대한 연구는 활발히 진행되고 있지만, 이러한 신세대들의 특성에 따른 아바타의 수용에 대한 연구는 아직 정립되지 못하고 있다. 아바타의 수용에 관한 이론은 심리적 특성 이론으로 자아 존중감, 유행 선도력, 소비가치 등이 있으며, 사용자 수용 이론으로 혁신 성향, 유흥 성향 등이 있다. 이를 기반으로, 본 연구에서는 신세대 대학생들의 특성에 따라서 아바타의 수용도에 미치는 영향을 모색하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 대학생들의 특성을 심리적 특성이론과 사용자 수용이론으로 구분하여 이 특성에 따라서 향후 개발될 3D 핸드폰 아바타의 수용도의 관계를 파악하고자 한다. 본 연구에 대한 자료 수집방법은 D대학교의 교양과목인 “사이버문화의 이해와 활용”을 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 총 170부를 설문 조사하였으며, 수집된 설문지 중에서 불성실하게 응답한 설문지 6부를 제외한 총 164부를 유효한 설문으로 확보하였다. SPSSWIN 10.0 패키지를 이용하였으며, Cronbach's Alpha값을 통한 신뢰도 분석과 요인분석을 통한 타당성 분석을 하고, 연구변수로 선정한 각 요소들의 아바타 수용도에 미치는 영향력 정도를 파악하기 위해 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 심리적 특성과 사용자 수용 특성은 아바타 수용도에 부분적으로 영향을 미친다는 것 결과가 나타났다.

Cognitive Development of Brand as a Heuristic (소비자 휴리스틱을 통한 인지적 발달 관점에서의 브랜드)

  • The focus of this paper is to investigate cognitive development of brand heuristics in the mind of a young consumer as the consumer matures. This issue was examined by comparing the nature of the set of associations (that form the brand heuristic) given by consumers across four different age groups, with each age group representing a distinct stage of cognitive maturity. It is found that there are fundamental differences in the way the different age groups perceive the brand. The research method uses the novel approach of classifying the elicited associations into the three types of brand associations: attributes, benefits and attitudes. This classification enables comparisons of the nature of brand associations and the changes that occur as a consumer matures. To conclude, implications for theory and practice are discussed.

Perceived Benefits and User Loyalty Analysis Model - College Online Class System (지각된 혜택과 이용자 충성도 분석모형-대학의 온라인 수업 시스템)

  • The present study investigated the impact of users' perceived benefits on their happiness and loyalty towards the university's online class system. Furthermore, the notion of loyalty was delineated into cognitive, emotional, intentional, and behavioral loyalty, and a systematic analysis was conducted to assess their respective impacts. The analysis was conducted using survey data obtained from a sample of 298 college students who possessed prior experience with the university's online class system. The analysis of the survey revealed that the satisfaction with the online class system was positively influenced by perceived practical benefits and symbolic benefits. However, it was found that emotional benefits did not have a statistically significant impact on satisfaction. Furthermore, it has been demonstrated that cognitive loyalty exerts a substantial beneficial impact on emotional loyalty, as well as a sequential and considerable positive influence on active and behavioral commitment inside the online class system established through perceived benefits. This study holds significance as it conducted an empirical analysis on the impact of users' perceived benefits of the university's online class system on their satisfaction levels, as well as its influence on the four-stage development process of loyalty.

Analysis and Solution of Contracting out of Public Libraries in Korea (공공도서관 위탁경영의 분석과 해법)

  • In most countries the public library run as a public institution and a symbolic icon for a democratic society. Therefore public library's publicity is absolutely essential value and profit should not be made on their maintenance. More recently, as the government's budget spending increase, however, many local governments contract out to manage an entire library or new library system. Three main reasons could be identified. Firstly, alternative solutions for maintenance were supposed to save money. Secondly, contracting out provides an opportunity to improve the quality of service delivery. Thirdly, central government and some local authorities had very strong ideological reasons for contracting out of the public libraries. However, nothing proved that alternative maintenance had caused lower cost and better services in Korea. In this paper, the reasoning of a move from the traditional form of public library governance is discussed, as well as the advantages and disadvantages contracting out of the public libraries, and suggested various practical solutions in Korea.
