Since offline contact becomes a strong differentiator as online market expands, the shopping mall calls for more complex and diverse tenant combinations and deployment plan strategies. There is, however, few practical research and causal verification of Tenant Mix, i.e., the combination and placement of tenant and users' behavior, has been conducted which is a key factor in spatial configuration. In practice, Tenant Mix is limited in prediction of consumption behavior of customers by the MD planners's experience and depends only on qualitative arbitrary plan. The purpose of this study is to find out the interrelationship between the spatial configuration and the users' behavior of Tenant Mix in shopping mall, and to present an objective basis in MD planning. According to the analysis, it was possible to know that there are differences in the relationship between the spatial configuration and the users' behavior dependent on the Tenant Mix, which is the space planning of shopping mall. It was also possible to find out the characteristics and differences in the users' behavior which is dependent on the spatial configuration for each tenant. Through this study, it was possible to know the impact of space organization on the users' behavior and the interrelationship between the use's behavior and spatial configuration by tenant together with their characteristics. We prove that the current MD planning has limitation due to lack of objective research on the combination and arrangement of space in the commercial space and only done empirically. This analysis can show the practical plan of combination and placement of tenant which is emphasized in complex and larger shopping malls, and contribute to the revitalization of shopping mall by better use of tenant.

Openness to outside is one of the most critical advantages for high-rise buildings. However, the effect of openness can be decreased if it is blocked by other high-rise buildings, especially built within the building complex of commercial district. The purpose of this study is to identify the horizontal openness of high-rise residential buildings by comparing 3 different cases of building arrangement type. A new method of evaluation has been introduced on the basis of distance to measure the openness including the matter of securing privacy. As a result of this study, comparative analysis was possible and relatively plentiful results of analysis could be drawn out. Through the process of analysis, this study set the evaluation indicators suitable to the analysis of openness of unit households. Thereby, the results of this study are expected to be used as useful basic data in planning high-rise mixed-use buildings.

Careful attentions should be paid on the renovation of historical building, not only because it conservations architectural heritages by affording new roles of the present days, but also determine their successive value in the stream of the preservation of cultural properties. Among drastically-increasing interest in the remodeling of the modem architecture in Korea, it is meaningful to research the cases in Japan since there are precedent, accumulative, and ample example of lengthened time. In this paper, two examples with different renovation concept, 'harmony' and 'confrontation' are compared. 'Minami-za' is the typical example to harmonize the present requirement with the original purpose and the memories of the buildings, where the use and the design are preserved. On the contrary, 'Shinpu-kan' is exemplified as confrontation where everything except the facade and the structure was remodeled. It is suggested to understand 'harmony' and 'confrontation' as a way to the coexistence of 'new' and 'old' on the basic of the historical meaning of architectures, not only as a design trend.

Through the increasing of social economies and cultural activities, the Food service industry have been growing up steadily in spite of low economic activity. Moreover, the recent importance of Interior finishing materials by means of fire in the Restaurant, legal fractional multiple use business establishment are recognized of publicity. Therefore, This Study aim object at probing into the characteristic of Interior finishing material and then analysing the characteristics of space and material according to the typical distribution. In the Interior planning of Restaurant, firstly it is need to probe the Characteristics of interior finishing material at the basic element. This study is going to apprehend the constitution of space and difference of proportion or a point of sameness in the characteristics of material. Moreover, the recent importance of Interior finishing materials by means of fire in the Restaurant, legal fractional multiple use business establishment are recognized of publicity. Throughout probe and analysing, it can append more efficiency and elasticity in the usage of interior finishing material.

Changes in consumer purchasing patterns due to construction of large Western-style commercial buildings and introduction of new purchasing methods in South Korea in the 1990s led to a gradual decline in traditional markets. Under such a new environment, Yukgeori market, one of Korea's exemplary markets, has continued to develop and survive, while maintaining the traditional market form of Korea, both physically and operationally. Therefore, to find the characteristics of spatial configurations supporting the revitalization of traditional market, we deduced social attributes of spaces in street network of Cheongju city and the neighborhood including Yukgeori market by calculating the depths of nodes in the network using analysis models based on space syntax. The results illustrated that long street with the function to attract people and acts as a bridge of traffic and communication between highly modernized commercial area and traditional market can lead to continuous win-win development of both areas and the revitalization of traditional market through the promotion of social activities in the market. We expect that sound and sustainable development of contemporary cities, which lost tradition, will be achieved through the results of this study.

비사실적 렌더링은 인간 친화적인 영상을 생성하기 위해 사람이 손으로 그린듯한 느낌의 영상 생성을 목적으로 한다 좀더 넓은 범위에서의 의미는 사실감을 추구하지 않는 영상을 생성하는 모든 수단으로서 정의될 수 있으며, 따라서 사람이 손으로 그리기에 비현실적일 수 있는 영상의 형태까지도 포함된다. 80년대 말부터 90년대 초 연구결과가 주목받기 시작하면서 이후 10여년간 주목할만한 많은 연구내용들이 발표되어 왔다. 특히, 최근에는 상업적 측면에서의 관심이 증가하면서 애니메이션, 광고, 게임, 의료, 건축, 기계 등 다양한 분야에서의 요구가 증가하고 있다. 하지만 응용 분야의 특성 상 앞으로 해결해야 할 문제들이 많이 남아 있다. 본 논문에서는 비사실적 렌더링의 발전과 주요한 기술들에 대해서 설명한다. 또한 최근의 연구 동향을 바탕으로 앞으로의 발전 방향을 제시한다.

최근 진화 알고리즘을 이용하여 건축, 예술. 항공 기계 분야의 제품을 설계하려는 시도가 다양하게 이루어지고 있으며, Digenetics는 진화 체커 프로그램을 컴퓨터 전시회에서 공개하고 판매에 들어갔다 게임은 상업적으로도 가치가 높은 소프트웨어 산업분야의 중요한 영역이고, 인공지능 분야의 중요한 연구대상이다. 반면, 다양한 전문지식과 고속의 하드웨어만을 이용한 인공지능 구현의 한계로 인해 상업화되는데 어려움이 있었다. 진화 알고리즘은 개체의 우수성을 평가할 수 있는 방법만으로도 훌륭한 게임 플레이어를 생성해 낼 수 있어 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 본 논문에서는 종분화의 일종인 크라우딩 알고리즘을 이용하여 다양한 체커 전략을 생성한 후 결합을 통해 일반 유전자 알고리즘을 이용한 전략에 비해 높은 성능을 냈다.

최근 삼차원 가상 공간 객체를 편리하게 제작하기 위해서 가상 공긴 객체 저작도구들이 많이 사용되고 있다. 이러한 저작 도구를 이용하여 만들어진 삼차원 가상 공간 객체는 기계, 화학, 건축, 교육, 상업 등의 다양한 분야에서 그 응용이 확산되고 있다. 그러나 기존의 저작도구에서는 삼차원 공간 객체를 순차 접근 방식을 사용한 파일 저장 시스템을 사용하기 때문에 객체의 삽입, 삭제, 갱신 및 탐색에 비효율적인 면이 있다. 그뿐만 아니라 고정 길이 속성을 가지는 객체의 관리에는 효율적이나 가변 길이 속성을 가지는 공간 기체의 관리에는 효율적이지 못하다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 현재 널리 사용되어지고 있는 관계형 데이타베이스 관리 시스템 중의 하나인 MySQL의 저장시스템을 변경하여 가변길이 속성을 가지는 삼차원 공간 객체의 저장과 관리에 효율적인 저장 시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 그리고 확장된 $B^+$-트리를 사용하여 삼차원 객체의 빠른 검색을 지원한다.

현대 사회에서는 재난의 유형과 피해가 다양해지고 이에 따른 위험성이 증가하여 재난에 대응하기 위한 운영 및 관리의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 특히 건축물의 대형화, 복잡화로 인하여 대규모 상업시설 및 다중이용시설은 실내 구조가 복잡하기 때문에 재난 발생 시 안전한 대피 경로를 파악하여 이동하는 것이 어려운 문제가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 재난 발생 시에 대규모 시설 내에서 이용자가 안전한 대피경로를 확인하고 이동할 수 있도록 지원하기 위한 통합관제체계 구축 방안에 대해서 연구하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 통합관제체계와 스마트폰 어플리케이션을 연계하여 재난 발생 시, 시설 이용자에게 안전한 대피경로를 안내함으로써 실내 공간에서의 대패를 지원할 수 있다.
