최근 정부가 추진 중인 판매단계별 유가공개를 골자로 하는 석대법 시행령 개정 추진은 재고되는 것이 바람직하다. 이 같은 조치는 경제적인 측면에서는 물론 법률적 헌법적 측면에서 많은 문제점을 초래할 가능성이 크다고 할 것이다. 정부는 정유사에 대한 유가인하 압력을 가하는 대신에 유가의 절반을 차지하는 유류세를 인하하는 것이 바람직한 물가 인하 방안 중 하나임을 인식할 필요가 있다. 최근 보고에 의하면, 유류세를 10% 내리면, 취발유 값은 리터당 74.6원, 경우는 52.9원을 내리는 효과가 발생하고 소비자물가 상승률도 0.19%포인트 낮출 수 있는 것으로 추정되고 있다. 유류세 인하를 적극 검토할 필요가 있다.

본 연구에서는 대전류 구간에서의 아크해석 결과를 이용하여 SLF 차단성능을 예측하기 위하여 과도회복전압 상승률에 따라 전류영점 후 수~수백 마이크로초 동안 $SF_6$ 아크현상 이력과 영점후전류를 계산하여 대전류 구간 마지막 시점에서의 10,000K 이하의 가느다란 잔류아크가 완전히 소호될지 아니면 아크가 다시 재발호될지 판단하였다.

반도체 집적 기술의 개발과 실장 기술의 발전으로 전자장치는 점점 열밀도가 높아지고 있다. 여기서는 PBA가 수직으로 배치된 전자장치를 대상으로, 먼저 자연공냉과 PBA사이에서 발생하는 2차원 유동의 열적 특성을 고려한 후에, 최고 온도 상승률에 대하여 비대칭 열유속에서의 상한값과 대칭 열유속에서의 하한값을 구하는 과정을 기술하였다. 이것은 시스팀 설계 초기 단계에서 온도예측을 하여 시스팀 신뢰도를 향상시키도록 하기 위한 것이다.

여타의 재원이 매우 경직되어 있는 우리 대학의 재정구조에서 납입금 책정 문제는 대단히 중요하다. 이 문제는 단순히 대학 교육비 총액과 추가소요교육비를 추정하여 이 중에서 납입금 부담분만을 산출해 내는 것만으로 끝나지 않는다. 여기에는 대학재정 전반은 물론 대학교육 및 그를 둘러싸고 있는 사회 전반이 관련되어 있다. 대학납입금의 적정 인상률은 물가 상승률이나 인건지 인상률, 각종 교육여건의 개선계획, 다른 재원의 확보가능성은 물론, 여론이나 학생들의 반발, 정부의 물가정책, 학부모 부담능력 등을 고려하여 결정된다. 개별대학들은 이러한 점을 충분히 인식하고 자체적인 교육비 분석, 대학재정 운영의 투명성 확보, 인근대학과의 협력, 대학납입금 예고제의 활용 등을 통하여 합리적이고 적정한 납입금을 책정할 수 있다.

In these days we can often see examples of suicide. Nowaday suicide becomes a serious social problem in Korean society. The number of suicides increased continuously from 3,157 in 1990 to 10,688 in 2006. The suicide rate per 100,000 person increased progressively from 9.1 in 1991 to 26.1 in 2005 and hit the highest level in 2005. In 2006, The suicide rate decreased after the lapse of 6 years. However, It is still high actual condition with 23.0.

Using the 2017 and 2019 Survey on Immigrants' Living Conditions and Labour Force, we examine how the job training programs in Korea affect immigrants' labor market outcomes by applying the propensity score matching method. The results show that job training programs increase the probability of being employed by 6.4 percentage points and positively affect monthly wages. There is significant heterogeneity in the effects of job training effects across visa categories. For immigrants with work visas, the effect on the employment rate is relatively small, while the wage effect is considerably large. On the other hand, we do not find a positive wage effect for marriage migrants. Both the employment rate and the monthly wage increased through job training for permanent residents.

Change of Zoning Regulations in district unit plans calls for improving development benefits through upzoning rather than harmonious worldwide development. The purpose of this study is to examine the floor area ratio incentive system according to un-zoning in district units plan, and to suggest criteria to secure publicness. In order to derive methods to secure district unit plan publicness in Busan Metropolitan City, the ratio of securing public facilities through upzoning was examined. A comparative analysis of land price rate in the entire city versus the use district suggests that it is possible to secure 10 to 15% of public facilities. In this study, 10% of the project site was applied to secure public facilities, and it produced upgraded publicness.

This study used for KOSPI, KOSDAQ, entertainment culture and digital contents index that is related to cultural contents industry. There was investigated the each stock price index and return trends for a total 597 weeks to July 2015 from March 2004. They looked the content-related stocks about investment worth to comparative analysis the return, volatility, correlation, synchronization phenomena etc. of each stock index. When we saw the growth potential of the cultural contents industry forward, looked forward to the investment possibility of related stocks. Analysis Result cultural content related stocks showed a higher rate after the last 2008 global financial crisis. Recent as high interest in the cultural contents industry, we could see that the investment merit increases slowly. In the future, the cultural content industry is expected to continue to evolve. The increase of investments value in the cultural content related businesses is much expectation.

This paper is concerned with the effect of an increase in the import price of LNG on the Korean economy and industries. A computable general equilibrium analysis is applied to compute the comparative-statical effect of 10% rise of LNG price. The price increase places relatively heavy burden on the city gas, oil products and thermal power, decreasing their outputs and domestic sales by relatively larger percentages than other industries. The 10% increase in the LNG price reduces GDP by 0.4% and raises the general price level by 0.08%. The increase in oil price resulting in the same decreasing rate of GDP caused by the 10% LNG price rise turns out to raise the general price level and reduce the consumer's welfare in terms of equivalent variation by less percentage than the increase in LNG price.

Models of beach response due to sea level rise were verified by experiments and potential shoreline retreat around Korea and Japan was predicted. Wave tank experiments demonstrated that not only static retreat by water level rise but also additional retreat by wave action plays an important role in total retreat and additional retreat becomes important on the condition of high waves. The result of long-term analysis of tidal data over past 3 decades shows the tendency toward rise by an average of 1.79 mm/year, which is the result of rise in 29 regions and fall in 12 regions. Based on analyzed rate of long-term sea-level rise, potential shoreline retreats of study area after 50 years were calculated and the result shows serious loss of beach.
