We develop a method to simulate diverse actions for a virtual world consisting of numerous interrelated objects. We focus on how to efficiently model those countless actions rather realistic representation of each action. To this end, those actions are structured into hierarchies according to their characteristic parameters so actions can be efficiently added based on inheritance. The first key issue in this model is how to extract commonality among actions and identify their idiosyncrasy. The second issue is how to reify or substantiate inheritance of the actions. We apply the developed model to the walk actions of quadruped, and their simulated results are shown in articulated figures.

Using object relationship table, this study proposes an efficient indexing technique for accessing both aggregation and inheritance hierarchies in object- oriented databases. This indexing technique uses the information on the aggregation and inheritance relationship between classes and the information on referencing instances as meta data. As a result, the technique makes it possible to effectively evaluates various queries navigating between tables. The study compares the proposed technique with the existing indexing techniques and discusses its useful- ness. It also provides the result of simulating its performance in terms of storage and retrieval cost.

When calculating gains from transfers of assets inherited or donated, the value recognized at the market price as of the date of inheritance or acquisition is recognized as the actual transaction value at the time of acquisition. However, Precedents for the appeal for review by the NTS, the request for adjudgment by the Tax Tribunal(TT) and the request of examination by the Board of Audit and Inspection of Korea(BAI) and the cases of the lawsuit have not shown a consistent results on how much such a the actual transaction value will be measured. This study investigates the operating state of the current tax appeal system using the statistical data of the TT, NTS, and BAI and cases of the lawsuit from 2008 to 2017, and suggests the Improvement of Capital Gains Tax Act on the transfer of inherited and donated property. As a result, total number of requested cases has diminished because cases of the pre-assessment review and the reconsideration appeal by the NTS have decreased steadily over the past decade, while the cases of the lawsuit and the administrative trials(the request for adjudgment by the TT, the appeal for review by the NTS, and the request of examination by the BAI) have been steadily increasing. Also This study found that more than 40% of the complainants proceeded with the cases of the lawsuit proceedings in disagreement with the disposition of tax dissatisfaction under the administrative trials. In addition, Even though the retrospective appraisal price is not recognized as the market price due to the strict interpretation of the tax regulations, it can be seen that it is interpreted as a more expanded concept in the application of the market price than the government office or the tax judge. Therefore, according to the precedents of the cases lawsuit, it is necessary to establish a regulation on the recognition of retroactive appraisal value.

국회 본회의를 통과한 기업활력제고를 위한 특별법(일명 원샷법)은 실적 악화에 시달리고 있는 주요업종의 구조조정에 '단비'가 될 전망이다. 공급과잉에 시달리는 업종의 기업분할, 합병 등 사업재편관련 절차를 간소화하고, 세제 등 혜택을 주는 것이 이 법의 핵심이기 때문이다. 또 경영권 상속 등에 악용될 수 있다는 야당의 우려를 반영한 견제 장치가 대거 추가돼 대기업 특혜 시비도 빠른 시일 안에 가라앉을 것으로 전망된다. 그러나 야당의 주장이 많이 반영되면서 원래 기획됐던 원샷법에 비해 내용이 많이 약화됐다는 지적도 있다. 법 시행 이후 보완 등이 필요하다는 얘기가 나오는 이유다.

본 연구는 RC 공정을 대상으로 하여 핵물질 계량을 위한 실시간 정보관리 시스템 모형을 설계하였으며 개발기구는 PC상에서 C언어를 이용한 Nexpert Object를 이용하였다. 전문가 시스템을 이용한 계량관리 시스템은 다중 상속성을 갖는 규칙과 임의 객체를 포함한 객체들로써 Nexpert Object의 개발 환경에서 지식 기반이 설계되었다. 설계된 지식 기반은 Nexpert Object Protected Mode의 운영 환경에서 무한한 양의 정보관리가 신속 정확히 이루어질 수있었다.

어플리케이션 프레임워크는 객체 지향의 상속과 동적 바인딩의 특성을 기반으로 어플리케이션 전체 설계 개념의 재사용을 가능하게 한다. 어플리케이션 프레임워크에는 어느 특정 어플리케이션 도메인에 일반적인 비즈니스 객체, 사용자 인터페이스 객체, 저장소 객체 등의 다양한 객체들을 포함한다. 프레임워크를 기반으로한 어플리케이션의 개발을 프레임워크가 제공하는 이들 객체들에 대한 메타 저장소를 기반으로 해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 프레임 워크를 구성하는 이들 객체들을 정의하거나 재정의하는 데 필요한 환경을 제공하고자 한다.

정형방법들은 명세와 설계 문제들에서 모호성, 불완전성, 그리고 불일치성을 보다 쉽게 발견하고 수정하기 위해 사용된다. Z 저형 명세 언어를 객체 지향 패러다임으로 기술하기 위하여, 클래스 기술에 대한 명확한 정의가 필요하다. 그리고 이를 증명할 수 있는 프로토타입이 필수적이다. Z 스키마의 숨김 연산자와 그의 확장인 논리 한정 연산자와 투사 연산자를 이용하여 클래스의 원리를 가지는 클래스 스키마를 유도하여 정의한다. 유도된 클래스 스키마가 상속성, 다형성, 캡슐화 등의 객체 지향 원리를 가지는가에 대한 증명하기 위한 프로토타입을 설계한다.

자바는 객체 지향 프로그래밍언어로써 클래스 파일내에 자바 소스코드에 나타나지 않는 여러 가지 정보를 내포하고 있다. 비주얼 자바 클래스 파일 브라우저는 가상 머신에 의해 실행되는 자바 프로그램내의 클래스들 사이의 호출관계와 상속관계, 각 클래스 파일의 내용을 브라우저를 통해 시각적으로 표시함으로써 하부 구조인 자바 가상 머신에서 동작하는 자바 클래스 파일의 다양한 분석을 수행한다.

상과, also called 정골과 in Korea, was a subclass of External Medicine. Of the many sub-fields belonging to Traditional Korean Medicine, 상과 specializes in technological aspects: therefore its preservation and accedence is emphasized. Traditional 상과학 primarily bases clinical diagnosis and treatment on 수기법. Tang dynasty 藺道人's "仙授理傷續斷秘方, the first medical text specializing in 상과, includes detailed description of the 復位, 夾板固定, training, and medicinal treatment stages of treating bone fracture. Jin dynasty 葛洪's "肘後備急方" introduces a fracture treatment method through 竹夾板固定.

절차지향 프로그램으로부터 객체지향 프로그램으로 제공학 과정은 여러 단계를 거친다. 재공학은 객체 추충, 클래스 추출, 상속성 추출, 지속성 추출, 코드생성, 테스트등의 과정을 거친다. 변환 과정을 정당화하기 위해 테스트 단계에서 두 프로그램의 의미적 동일성이 검증되어야 한다. 이러한 검증과정이 없이는 변환이 무의미하다. 본 논문에서는 두 프로그램의 의미적 동일성의 의미와 검증에 대한 방법론을 제안한다.
