본 논문에서는 Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT) 기반의 워터마크 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 제안된 방법은 원 이미지를 4 개의 subimages 로 나누고, DWT 후 한 개의 subimage 의 저주파 영역에 워터마크를 삽입하였다. Subsampling 방법을 사용해 원 이미지 없이 워터마크를 추출하였다. 워터마크는 저주파($LL_2$) 영역에 삽입해 외부의 공격에 강인한 성격을 가지도록 하였고, 화질 열화도 줄일 수 있었다. 잘 알려진 이미지에 대한 실험을 통해 본 논문의 알고리즘의 타당성을 입증하였다.

본 논문에서는 그리드 컴퓨팅 환경을 위한 동적 스케줄링 알고리즘을 웹 상에서 시뮬레이션 할 수 있는 그리드 스케줄링 시뮬레이션 플랫폼을 설계하고 구현하였다. 구현한 웹기반 동적 스케줄링 시뮬레이션 플랫폼은 자바 환경의 그리드 스케줄링 툴킷인 GridSim과 GridBroker를 수정하여 시뮬레이션 도구로 활용하였으며 자원 모델링, 작업 모델링, 알고리즘 컴파일을 웹 상에서 수행할 수 있다. 특히, 실시간 자원정보를 활용하는 동적 스케줄링 알고리즘을 지원함으로써 실제 그리드의 특성을 최대한 반영하였다. 구축한 플랫폼은 향후 그리드 연구에 기반구조로 활용될 수 있으며, 스케줄링 기법의 성능 분석을 위한 도구로 사용될 수 있다.

오늘날 기업 평가 및 실적예측에 있어 유형 자산 뿐 아니라 지식재산권과 같은 무형자산의 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 따라 대표적인 무형자산 중 하나인 특허 정보를 활용하여 기업실적간의 상관관계에 관련된 연구들이 많이 행해지고 있다. 기존 연구들은 분석 기업의 출원 및 등록 수만을 고려하여 업종의 특성과 출원 및 등록된 특허의 질을 고려하지 않은 연구들이 많이 이루어졌다. 본 연구에서는 특허가 제약 분야에 속한 기업의 실적에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 연구하기 위해 미국에 상장된 제약기업 30개를 대상으로 10년간의 특허 및 기업실적을 나타내는 시계열자료를 통해 실증적으로 분석하였다.

국가나 기업의 연구개발 사업에 있어서 기술예측의 중요성이 더욱 커짐에 따라 그 방법들 또한 다양해지고 있다. 그 중 한 방법으로 특허정보를 분석하여 미래 기술의 향방을 예측하는 방법이 있다. 본 논문에서는 텍스트 마이닝을 이용하여 특허문서에서 키워드를 추출하고 그 키워드들의 평균과 표준편차를 이용한 중요도와 시계열 자료를 이용한 부상도를 분석하여 부상기술을 예측해 보고자 한다. 이를 통해 기술예측 시 보다 신속하고 객관적인 판단을 가능케 하고자 한다.

최근 특허전략의 중요성이 강조됨에 따라 국가와 기업들은 기술개발 및 기업경영정책을 수립하는데 특허정보를 활용하고 있다. 기술 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서 특허정보분석을 통해 미래기술예측을 할 수 있다. 이 기술예측 프로세스에는 다양한 알고리즘들을 사용 된다. 본 논문은 특허분석을 이용한 기술예측 프로세스에 사용되는 군집화 알고리즘들에 대해 알아보고 각각의 특징과 장단점을 비교하였다. 이를 통해 분석대상과 방법에 따른 기존 알고리즘의 사용과 특허 분석에 새로운 알고리즘 적용 방향에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

The emission lines of the ultraviolet region and the light curves of the optical region have been analyzed to investigate the distorted light curves of SZ Psc. The Mg II emission lines of the IUE spectra confirmed that the chromospheric activity of SZ Psc occurs on the K1 IV star. The distorted light curves in the optical region have been analyzed by the spot model where the spots are on the K1 IV star as the result of the chromospheric activity. The complete photometric solution could be deduced for SZ Psc by the good fitness with the spot model.

In this paper, the GYRATOR circuit is designed by the highly linear MOS transconductor with the gain factor controllable by offset voltage, and the floating inductor, the floating resistor and the grounded resistor are simulated by the GYTATOR for VLSI. And for the design exmple, Butterworth filter is designed using this GYRATOR, and is conpensated by the frequency transformation for the frequency shift that due to non-ideal output impedance of transconductor.

Lately, knowledge-based society comes, it is important for enterprises to creatively utilize knowledge of technology for technological innovation. So, Technological innovation capacity of enterprises is important factor of business success. To improve technological innovation capacity, enterprises should well utilize their internal knowledges and external knowledges which come from technological diffusion. To well utilize external knowledges of enterprises they should well understand external knowledge flow. Especially knowledge flow also occurs frequently between nations, understanding of knowledge flow which occurs between nations is important to improve nation`s technological innovation capacity. So this paper presents comparison of technological innovation capacity and knowledge diffusion flow between nations.

Recently, as importance of knowledge property right is rising, a patent is being issue. A patent is exclusive rights of knowledge or technique, and it must be registered for approval of rights. Therefore, prediction of patent registration can be important information for company or individuals which gain profit using a patent. 본 연구진은 비교적 청정한 공기질을 유지하는 것으로 알려진 강화도 하리지역을 중심으로 2001년 3월 봄철의 일주일 (3/20∼3/27) 기간동안 미량기체의 교환량을 측정하기 위한 공동연구사업을 수행하였다. 본 연구에서는 수은, VOC, 메탄, 비메탄계 탄화수소를 위시한 가스상 성분은 물론 입자상성분을 대표할 수 있는 PM 10의 농도를 지면상부 1m와 5m 고도에서 관측하였다.(중략)
