  • 본 논문에서는 오토마타를 활용한 창의 융합 교육으로 학생들에게 기술과 공학 그리고 예술의 융합적 상상력을 불어넣을 수 있는 교육과정을 제안하고 이를 통해 인지능력과 감정조절, 그리고 공감 능력을 향상시키는 것을 가능하게 하는 사회정서학습인 SEL(Social and Emotional Learning)을 수행할 수 있도록 한다. 제안하는 프로그램을 통해 학생들의 감성을 자극하고 새로운 생각을 유도함으로써 올바른 인성을 가질 수 있도록 한다.

  • 많은 컴퓨터들이 기존의 단일코어 컴퓨터에서 벗어나 멀티코어를 장착한 컴퓨터로 변화하는 과정에서 기존의 단일 스레드 프로그래밍에서 다중처리가 중요해지는 세상이 되었다. 이러한 다중처리는 지능로봇 시뮬레이션 교육에 창의적 학습방법을 아주 잘 지원하고 있다. 지능로봇의 형태나 모형 그리고 센서 융합분야에서 동시처리는 중요한 역할을 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중처리 기반 지능로봇 시뮬레이션 환경을 통해 창의적 학습방법에 관한 연구를 제안한다. 무한한 상상력과 창의성을 발휘하여 지능로봇의 모형 설계부터 직접 인공지능 프로그램까지 구현할 수 있는 방법을 소개한다.

Square and Court -Social Imagination of Korean Cinema in Blacklist Era (광장과 법정 -블랙리스트 시대 한국영화의 사회적 상상력)

  • This paper aims to examine to the political unconsciousness of social movies that have caused social repercussions in the 2010s, and to study the social imagination of Korean films at that time. Korean Movies such as (2013), <1987>(2017) and (2017) reflect the ethos of civil society based on common sense and justice. The epic structure was the same as that of ordinary citizens, who move toward a public space (court, square) after awakening their political correctness. More than anything else, the fact that such films were based on "a historical fact" could have been a strategy to avoid censorship in the era of the blacklist. In these social films, courts and squares have become places for democracy. The conservative government of the time was tired of anti-government resistance and the politics of the square. Thus, films from directors and producers blacklisted were difficult to produce. That's why the court in the movie during this period could become a symbolic proxy for the "legitimate" reenactment of the politics of the square, which was subject to censorship and avoidance by the regime of the time. Meanwhile, the square has gradually become the main venue for political films that advocate "historic true stories." The square of the 1980s, which appeared in the movies, will be connected to the Gwanghwamun candlelight square that audiences experienced in 2017. Furthermore, it was able to reach the concept of an abstract square as an "open space for democracy." At the foundation of these works is a psychological framework that equates the trauma of the failed democratic movement of the 1980s to the trauma of the failed progressive movement of the 2010s. Through this study, we were able to see that social political films in the 2010s were quite successful, emphasizing "political correctness" and constitutional common sense. But they also had limitations as "de-political popular films" that failed to show imagination beyond the censorship of the blacklist era.

Melodrama, the Paradox of Modern Imagination Coordinating Moral Norms and Emotions -Based on the Developmental Approach (멜로드라마, 도덕규범과 감정을 조율하는 근대적 상상력의 역설 -발생론적 접근을 중심으로)

  • Since the birth of melodrama in the early Enlightenment era, it has flowed through various cultures and media. In order to grasp the principle of differentiation of melodrama and the direction of its change, a developmental approach to the formation process of melodrama is necessary. In this regard, this paper examines the formation process of modern melodrama and its aesthetic features around the time of the French Revolution. The modern melodrama was formed in the period between the end of the 18th century and the start of the 19th century. It was born at the intersectional point of the contradictions of the modern imagination and the political paradox of the French Revolution, which demanded an autonomous citizenship but did not recognize a woman as a citizen. The aesthetic of women's sacrifice and tears reproduced in the modern melodrama is a political aspiration to restore a corrupt society by glamorizing a woman as a moral icon. This was an icon to save a society under divide and crisis and a coordination of emotions to conceal sexist violence in the politics of the exclusion of women. The aesthetic of women's sacrifice and tears reproduced in modern melodrama has consistently been considered under negative evaluation such as a play of moral hypocrisy and vulgar drama. However, the academic interest in melodrama in the 1970s has been amplified due to the "Sirk-melo" which is a transition to the new aesthetic of women's sacrifice and tears, encompassing not only women, but also races and classes. In modern society, entering the era of uncertainty, where various social problems, national disasters, and global disasters have become commonplace, 'the aesthetic of women's sacrifice and tears' are shifting from gender differences to various victim narratives. Reviewing new theoretical trends and changes of recent melodrama as well as analyzing specific works are left as follow-up tasks.Since the birth of the melodrama in the early Enlightenment era, it has flowed through various cultures and media.   • This study investigated the improved teaching methods which can enhance the learning effects of students in engineering education and provide students with practical abilities of field works. As the results of applying student-oriented teaching methods to students who take the course of hydraulic and pneumatic control in the department of mechanical design engineering of Dongyang technical college, student-oriented teaching method Is more effective than professor-oriented teaching methods in the aspects of motivation of learning, cultivation of imagination and creativity, and ability of solving problems. In order to successfully execute student-oriented teaching method, integrated lecture of both theory and experimental practice has been carried out in the classroom equipped with experimental facilities, and after acquiring sufficient experience through experimental practices, students looked into theoretical backgrounds based on the experimental results during the process solving the subjects which a professor suggested. The subjects should be suggested with the contents for accomplishing the goal of learning, and it is very important for a professor to play the role of helping students solve the problems by themselves, which results in improving practical ability of field works. At the end of every class, a professor has students fill up the questionnaire about the level of learning achievement, questions, and teaching method, and applying the surveying results to the next class can bring out improving the extents of students' participation of classes and concerns about the course. Since the engineering education requires a practical ability of field works, imagination, and creativity in every course, it is desirable to introduce student-oriented teaching method rather than professor-oriented teaching method.

  • The purpose of this study is to present a model for Christian peace education requested in the era of globalization. Globalization increases interdependence and unifies the global economy due to the development of innovative communication and transportation systems. The world is currently experiencing a period of unlimited competition without borders. Globalization has promoted growth and development, but has also caused problems. In the face of this absence of peace, this study was conducted to determine whether a Christian understanding of peace and peace education can serve as a way to overcome the challenges facing modern society and to meet people's desire for peace. It examines the concept of globalization and the situation of the absence of peace due to problems in the era of globalization, and examines the concept of peace and peace education from a Christian perspective. After that, the concept of Christian peace required in the era of globalization and the peace capability to be strengthened in peace education will be presented, and how to proceed. The christian peace education model strengthens students' peace capabilities which can be used to build a peaceful future world. The purpose of christian peace education in the face of globalization is to develop a peaceful relationship with oneself, others, the world, and the environment. The goal of christian peace education is to cultivate peaceful human beings by strengthening their peace capabilities, namely peace sensitivity, nonviolent communication, and peace imagination. This study's significance is that it presented an christian peace christian education model that strengthens learners' peace capabilities through a biblical and theological approach in the face of non-peaceful situations arising as a result of globalization.

  • The point of departure is the Popularity of the electronic games among the youth generation. This study attempts to make up a questionnaire containing the questions which are intended for the youth generation realistically and at the same time in a meaningful way pedagogically. Any researcher who wants to understand the youth culture at the present time is necessary to approach the youth generation in a positive attitude of learning, so asking the questions to the youth generation is as important as having the answers. That is to say, this paper is not a statistical analysis of the questionnaire, nor a empirical research of youth's reception of the electronic games. Now that the emphasis of the paper is located on the very way of approaching the youth generation concerning the electronic games, this study starts with the university students in the first place because they are in a more advantageous milieu for conversation in the classroom on the subject. To be sure, this study will be able to cover the whole area of primary, junior or senior high-school by way of some modifications. Conclusively, this paper aims at providing with practical ideas of teaching, which immediately can be appropriated into the classroom by the teachers in the actual field, and drawing attention to the potential educational contents of the cultural products. Furthermore, the questionnaire proposed in the paper is meant for the first step towards the aesthetics of the electronic games with a view to the game-imagination.

Public Art and Urban Reimagineering : An Evaluation of Busan Biennale 2006 (공공예술과 도시 재이미지화 : 2006 부산 비엔날레 평가)

  • Busan Biennale, began from 2000, has been argued that it would improve 'intrinsic introspection related to localism' against 'a lifestyle forced by capitalism in a global dimension', by promoting urban esthetic imagination in the public sphere of the city and reflecting it upon exhibited artworks. But Busan Biennale seems to reflect partly an attempt for new place marketing or urban reimagineering as a part of postmodern culture, even thought it has been planned to be an authentic stage or public-place art for citizens. This paper is to examine Busan Biennale 2006, held from Sep.16 to Nov.25 in Busan main theme of which is 'everywhere', constituted with three major projects: the Contemporary Art Exhibition, Sea Art Festival, and the Busan Sculpture Project. Ths paper considers first some implications of the transformation of modem to postmodern city, focusing on spatial representation of the city and public place art, and then tries to evaluate whether Busan Biennale is really embedded in the local authenticity and esthetic imagination for citizen or not. As concluding remarks, this paper suggests that Busan Biennale would be continuously developed, when it is oriented more towards local public-place art for citizens with their active participations rather than towards urban reimagineering strategy to make and promote an image of Busan as a global city.

  • 'Spectacles' and 'factuality' provided by computer technology are strengths of CG animation to still lure the audience and after commercial success of a number of theatrical CG animations whose typical producing companies are PIXAR and DreamWorks, were produced to be commercially successful and they win massive popularity even now. In Korea as well, several works tried to achieve a box office success including , , etc. but the result was truly miserable. In the past, this failure was often attributed to a lack of 'technical expertise', but it became clear that in the process of continuous trial and error, 'narrative' and 'images of imagination' which are bases and characteristics of animation are key elements of commercial success. Actually, statistics indicate that narrative is what is considered to be the most important by the audience when they select animation and its importance is so absolute that they say the most significant thing in animation is 'story.' In particular, it can be said that 'characters', 'situations', and 'ideas' play a key role in them which become elements of the story. This paper studied with what characteristics each animation aroused pleasure and fun focused on characters, situations and images in relation to , , and which are American theatrical CG animation films which succeeded in gaining popularity home and abroad. We hope that analysis in this paper will be helpful even just a little bit as a reference material, which allows domestic writers and producers to develop familiar and characteristic works based on imagination and creativity expressing each work's unique personality and characteristics.
