In the 1st half of 2009, Hana Bank was first to launch the smart banking service in Korea and thereafter, the smart banking system spread rapidly within Korea. Until 2010, the users have reached about 2,610,000. So, for more profit, how to make the smart banking early-adopters continually use the service has became the key issue. But, there are only few researches on continuous acceptance of smart banking service now. The aim of this study is to find out factors influncing continuous acceptance of smart banking service and the appropriate model for it. After analyzing the market status of smart banking service, Security, Service Scalability and UI convenience were chosen to be the most important independent variables. And research model was designed based on Expectancy Disconfirmation Theory and Post Acceptance Model. To verify the model, a survey targeting at smart banking service users was implemented.

새 천년을 맞이하여 국내 이동전화 시장은 규모와 기술적 측면에서 놀랄만한 변화 를 겪게 될 것이다. 음성중심의 2세대 이동전화 서비스는 보급율이 50%를 넘어서며 포화수 준에 근접하고 있으며, 앞으로 무선데이타 통화량이 크게 증가하여 3~4년 후에는 총 통화량 의 50% 이상을 점유할 것으로 예측된다. 통신사업자들은 통신망의 광대역화와 글로벌화, IP Network 화를 더욱 강력하게 추진하고 있으며, 올 연말로 예정된 IMT-2000 사업자 선정은 이러한 추세를 더욱 가속화시킬 것으로 전망된다. 특히, 인터넷과 이동전화의 융화는 인간의 삶과 문화를 한순간에 변모시킬 혁명적 위력을 내포하고 있다. 정보화 시대를 향한 정보통 신업계의 대변혁이 그 절정을 향해 가속도를 붙이기 시작한 것이다. 신세기통신은 이러한 변화와 혼돈의 거친 물결 속에서 21세기 '정보통신 업계의 강자'로 도약하기 위한 힘찬 항해 를 진행하고 있다. 2000년 상반기까지 IS-2000시스템을 구축하여 최대 144kbps 수준의 고속 데이타 서비스를 제공하는 한편 i-TOUCH 017 컨텐츠 (Contents)를 한층 다양화, 첨단화 하는 등 본격적인 이동인터넷 사업을 전개해 나갈 것이다. 또 CDMA 국제 자동로밍 서비스 를 일본, 미국, 유럽 등 전세계로 확대하여 017 서비스의 글로벌화를 이룩할 계획이다. 이러 한 통신망 진화와 이동 인터넷 사업의 상당 부분을 SK텔레콤과 함께 추진하게 될 것이며 이러한 양사간의 전략적 제휴에 따른 시너지 효과는 오는 연말 IMT-2000 사업권의 성공적 확보로 이어질 것으로 기대된다. 21세기 정보통신산업은 광대역 통신망으로 대변되는 하드 웨어와 인터넷 컨텐츠로 대변되는 소프트웨어가 서로 융화되는 방향으로 발전할 것이다. 이에 따라 고객의 서비스 만족도나 사업자 선택 기준은 기존 통화물질 중심에서, 사업자가 제공하는 컨텐츠의 다양성이나 편리성으로 변화하는 것이 국적을 바꾸는 것보다 어려운 시 대가 멀지 않은 미래에 도래할 것이다. 신세기 통신 과 SK 텔레콤에는 현재 1,300만명이 넘 는 고객이 있으며. 이들 고객은 어 이상 음성통화 중심의 이동전화 고객이 아니라 신세기 통신과 SK텔레콤이 함께 구축해 나갈 거대란 무선 네트워크 사회에서 정보화 시대를 살아 갈 회원들이다. Since the launch of the Moon Jae-in government in May 2017, the records and archives community hoped to overcome the delays in records and archives management over the past nine years and to pursue record and archives management innovation. This article focuses on the record and archives management innovation that the National Archives of Korea has been pursuing in the public records and archives management sector for about 3 years until the first half of 2020, and evaluates the progress and contents focusing on the main agent, innovation plan, revision of laws, and major events.

<2010 만화산업백서>에서는 2009년과 2010년 상반기 주요 이슈 중 하나로 학습만화의 강세를 꼽았다. 시리즈(예림당)는 3천만 부를 돌파했고, <만화로 보는 그리스로마신화>(가나출판사)는 2천 3백만 부를, <먼나라 이웃나라>(김영사)는 1천 5백만 부, <마법천자문>(아울북)은 1천3백만 부, <코믹 메이플 스토리>(서울문화사)는 1천 1백만 부, <서바이벌 만화 과학상식>시리즈(아이세움)는 1천 만부를 각각 돌파했다고 한다. 초판 발행 부수가 2,000부도 넘지 못하고 있는 현 만화 단행본 시장에서 이러한 학습만화의 강세는 단순한 유행이나 교육열을 넘어, 학습만화가 한국 만화 산업에 중요한 위치로 자리매김 했음을 보여주고 있다. 실제로 2009년 출판만화 시장의 현황을 보면, 어린이만화는 총 927종이 발행되어 시장 규모가 2,362억 원에 달해, 출판만화 전체 시장의 67%를 차지하고 있을 정도로, 한국 만화 산업에서 중요한 위치를 점하고 있다.1) 1970년대 '만화전집' 형태로 출판되어 영업사원들에 의해 판매되던 한국 학습만화는 1987년 고려원에서 출간된 이원복의 <먼나라 이웃나라>에 이르러 대중들에게 주목받기 시작했다. 그러던 것이 2000년 초반 <만화로 보는 그리스로마신화>와 <서바이벌 만화 과학상식>시리즈와 <마법 천자문> 등이 참신한 기획력과 적극적인 마케팅 전략으로 천만 부 시대를 열었고, 시리즈에 이르러 3천 만부를 돌파하면서, 명실상부 학습만화 시대를 열었다. 물론 2000년대 중반 인기작의 아류작들이 쏟아져 나오고, 만화 출판 경험이 없는 출판사들이 학습만화 시장에 뛰어 들면서 학습만화 시장의 거품에 대한 우려의 목소리가 아주 없었던 것은 아니다. 실제로 학습만화 시장에 뛰어 들었던 많은 출판사들이 서점 가판대에 제대로 진열조차 못해본 체 사라져 가고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 학습만화 시장은 꾸준한 성장세를 보이고 있다. 그렇다면, 천만 부 이상을 판매하고 있는 학습만화의 성공요인은 무엇일까? 본고에서는 성공한 학습만화의 스토리텔링을 유형별로 분류하여 분석해 보고, 변화한 스토리텔링 방식이 마케팅과 기획력과 결합해 어떻게 시너지 효과를 내고 있는지 사례별로 분석해 보고자 한다.

In this paper, we review the security issues reported by the organizations every year and analyze the similarities and differences with the concerns that the practitioners engaged in the IT environment are concerned about the necessary security matters. Interviews and questionnaires were collected for practitioners working in various IT work environments such as government agencies, financial companies, general companies, airlines, etc. to gather their opinions on the concerns of future information security. We analyzed the collected opinions and derived key keywords. The results should be compared with the security issue keywords or statistical data reported by the security companies or related organizations in the first half and the second half of each year to find common security trends and to analyze the differences and supplement them I checked whether there was any danger. We will comprehensively analyze key security issues reported by security companies and information security related organizations and future security concerns predicted by IT practitioners to prepare for the security threats of the current era of the fourth industrial revolution.

The purpose of this research is to search for and identify trends in adolescent problems on internet news sites. Among the domestic internet news sites, 8,110 articles on adolescent problems from 1993 to 2018 were analyzed for the top three top-ranked 'The Chosunilbo', 'The Dong-A Ilbo', and 'Korea Joongang Daily' news sites. As a result of this study, we have been able to understand the topic of adolescent problems in internet news sites for the last 26 years and find out that the trend of articles has been changed considering the environment, policies and culture related to adolescent problems. This study is meaningful to start from the method to examine the social trends of existing adolescent problems, to expand the scope of adolescent problems and counseling, to use quantitative analysis methods and to provide new information to consider diversity.

The purpose of this article is to understand the causes and consequences of the formation and division process of the family relationship and the meaning of the restoration of the family relationship that appeared for the baby-boomer generation, the eco-boomer generation, and the subsequent generation which represent the reality of the time involved. The research method is based on a family that reflects the current age in the drama "My Golden Life" which showed the highest audience rating in the first half of 2018. As a result, the burdens, conflicts, and responsibility of the generations about family relations appeared as unilateral relations. It cut off the entangled relationship and dismantled it. However, the disconnection of the relationship played a role in recovering the subjectivity of the individual from the bridle of the family. As it turned out, the restoration of the family relationship was possible in the bi-directional relationship after the self-esteem and identity of the individual was established first.

올해 국내 실물경기는 수출 증가세가 점차 둔화되고, 내수도 소비의 둔화와 투자의 감소 전환 등의 영 향으로 완연한 하락세를 보였다. 내수는 설비투자와 건설투자가 크게 감소하면서 급속한 조정 양상을 보이고 있으며, 소비도 연 2%대 증가율로 떨어지면서 둔화세를 기록하고 있다. 수출은 물량의 증가세가 유지되고 있으나, 단가는 기저효과로 인한 유가상승 폭의 축소 등의 영향으로 상승률이 떨어지면서 증가세가 둔화되었다. 2019년 세계경제는 선진권의 경기둔화와 개도권의 성장률 정체가 예상되는 가운데 하방 리스크 요인으로 인해 제한적 성장이 예상된다. 선진권은 미국경제의 성장률 하락이 예상되는 한편, 일본과 유로권도 전년보다는 약간 낮은 성장률이, 중국은 연 6%대 초반까지 성장률 하락이 예상된다. 국제유가는 글로벌 경기 둔화에 따른 원유의 수요 감소와 미 달러화의 가치 상승 등 금융 요인이 하방 압력으로 작용하나, OPEC의 감산 지속과 지정학적 불안정성이 상승 요인으로 작용하면서 연평균 보합이 예상된다. 환율은 미 달러화의 강세기조가 2019년 상반기까지 이어질 것으로 예상되지만, 하반기에는 유럽 등지의 통화긴축 전환과 미국경기 둔화 등의 영향으로 달러화가 약세로 전환하면서 연평균 기준 소폭 상승할 것으로 기대된다. 2019년 국내경제는 수출과 투자가 글로벌 경기 둔화 등의 영향으로 소폭 증가에 그치고, 소비가 전년대비 둔화세를 보이면서 2018년보다 약간 낮은 2.6%의 성장률이 예상된다. 소비는 실질소득 감소와 고용 부진 등이 예상되고, 대외 불확실성으로 인한 체감경기 약화로 증가세가 둔화되나, 보건 복지 고용의 지출 확대, 유류세 인하 등 정부 정책은 실질구매력 제고에 긍정적 요인으로 작용할 전망이다. 설비투자는 대외 불확실성과 대내 구조적 취약성 등의 영향으로 인해 제한적인 증가세가 예상되며, 건설투자도 정부의 부동산시장 안정화 대책과 SOC예산 감축 등의 영향으로 감소세가 이어질 전망이다. 수출은 세계경기의 성장세 둔화로 인해 수출물량이 소폭 증가에 그치고, 반도체의 가격 하락과 국제유가의 횡보 전망 등으로 수출단가도 하락 압력이 커지면서 2018년 보다 낮은 3.7%의 증가율이 예상된다.

In this paper, development and acceptance test results of 75-tonf class liquid rocket engine gas generators are described. Up to now, more than 330 times and cumulative time of 7,000 seconds gas generator autonomous tests have been carried out with 44 gas generator models. Through the tests it was verified that 75 tonf gas generator shows very reliable and reproducible characteristics in terms of chamber pressure, combustion efficiency, pressure loss, combustion stability, burnt gas temperature, and etc. 5 gas generators which are the last series of 75 tonf gas generator for the Korea Space Launch Vehicle II, will be manufactured until end of 2019 and their acceptance tests will be executed at the first half of 2020.
