The purpose of this study was to determine factors affecting the suicidal ideation in spouse caregivers of the elderly with dementia Living in the Community. The data were collected from 160 spouses of elderly people with dementia who use dementia support centers and long-term care service in seoul. Data were collected with structured questionnaires to investigate the general characteristics and suicidal ideation-related factors, and analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis with SPSS win version 24.0 program. The significant factors affecting suicidal ideation were entrapment(${\beta}=.452$), SDAP(${\beta}=.273$), coping strategies(${\beta}=-.199$), it were explained 55.7%(F=19.199, p<.001). Therefore, counseling and education should be provided to help reduce the entrapment and enhance coping strategy with the dementia condition of the elderly with dementia. Measures also need to be made to improve the accessibility of a spouse with dementia that are left neglected.

The manager of manufacturing industry just not to have known to do related to the law of Product Liability that was put into operation in July 2002. The law of PL is a public law about defective product, which was established in order to compensate consumer's damages of property and body caused by product, to make sound society by the safety products and to take international competitiveness. The economic effects by the law of Product Liability are the increase of consumers relief production cost by the lawsuits. Product liability as a process has developed significantly in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. The rapid introduction of product liability has recently been a prevalent phenomenon, as global changes arising from rapid development in science and the economy have resulted in a highly interconnected world economy. This thesis was established, based on current literature and business consulting cases in the position of companies, and is one of the operating subjects in a system for legal responsibility in manufactured products. However, there are limitations in the fact that research theories are only able to present a theoretical model and directions. In this context, managers and personnel of multiple companies cannot adequately respond to the recently enforced Product Liability Act. The major findings are summarized as Product Liability Management Activity are positively Correlation of Enterprise Value.

This study was conducted to investigate the relationships between job stress, stress coping strategies, empathy ability, and burnout in social workers at long-term care facilities. Data was collected from 201 social workers in three cities from March to May 2020 using structured questionnaires. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlations, and hierarchical multiple regression. Results showed that burnout significantly differed according to age, marital status, and career among the general characteristics. In the relationships between major variables, burnout showed a significant positive correlation with job stress and showed significant negative correlations with stress coping strategies and empathy ability. The major factors affecting burnout were job stress and empathy ability, which explained 72.3% of the variance. The results of this study suggest that job stress and empathy ability are important factors for burnout. Findings indicate a need to decrease job stress and increase empathy ability to prevent the burnout of social workers. Further studies are needed to examine burnout prevention strategies for social workers.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the nurses' educational needs for the infertility care. Methods: The 194 participants in this study were nurses in charge of infertility health services in 5 infertility hospitals and 1 public health center. Data were collected using a self-report questionnaire including education for disease and symptom of infertility, education for daily life of infertile patients and supporting and counselling for infertility patients. Results: Nurses had an average score 3.52 for the need of education for disease and symptom of infertility, 3.36 for the need of education for daily life of infertile patients and 3.32 for the need of supporting and counselling for intertility patients. Among the each subcategories, 'Infertility treatment procedure and intervention', 'Exercise' and 'How to form a supportive relationship with your spouse' showed the highest average of nurses' educational needs for the infertility care counselling programs item for the infertility patients. Conclusion: In order to effectively conduct infertility care for the infertility patients, it is necessary for nurses in charge of infertility health services to understand clear concept and objective of it.

The purpose of this study was to develop an education system to protect elementary school students from inappropriate information and verify the effect of the program. It was deemed necessary that an education system be developed for the cultivation of appropriate information selection and self-censorship of inappropriate Internet information. To this time, however, schools have not placed great importance on this concept because of the lack of the documents and the teaching strategies. Our system gives support on three levels to a learning course according to collected documentation. The learner receives not only feedback activities and results from others and the teacher, but also counsel from the teacher about difficulties. The system implementing this methodology indicated that both the students' recognition of harmful information and their moral values were improved as the result of applying the system in a local elementary school.

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of interpersonal problem on the relationship between ADHD tendency and depression in college students. Data collection started from October to November in 2020 and the duration of data collection was about 1 month. College students were administered questionnaires of ADHD tendency, depression, and interpersonal problem scales. Data from 201 college students were analyzed with structural equation model using SPSS and AMOS program. The results indicated that there were significant positive correlations among ADHD tendency, depression, and interpersonal problem in college students. And there was a full mediation effect of interpersonal problem on the relationship between ADHD tendency and depression in college students. The result suggests ADHD tendency do not directly influence on depression but ADHD tendency influence on depression through interpersonal problem in college students. Current findings can contribute to the counseling and clinical field by providing the strategy of reducing interpersonal problem to prevent the depression and enhance the psychological health of those who have ADHD tendency in college students.

The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between infants' early adjustment and later adjustment in childcare centers and to analyze the mothers' adjustment support strategies. The subjects consisted of 244 infants from newborns to 36 months old and their mothers and childcare teachers of public childcare centers. The results of the study were as follows. First, there was a significant difference according to infants' age in mothers' adjustment support strategies. The more mothers use appropriate strategies for adjustment earlier in childcare centers, the better infants showed adjustment according to infants' age respectively. Second, there was a significant difference between the early adjustment(Time1) and the later adjustment(Time2) of infants. Third, mothers' adjustment support strategies affected on infants' later adjustment in childcare centers. These results show that appropriate mothers' adjustment support strategies were related to infants' adjustment by age longitudinally. The implications of these results indicate that developing adjustment programs including effective strategies for infants' mothers in childcare centers considering their demographic characteristics and specified needs is needed.

This study investigated the effect of student-perceived teacher's calling on student's well-being and the mediating effects of student-perceived emotional support and adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. We analyzed data from 494 high school students in South Korea by using structural equation modeling. The results showed that student-perceived emotional support from the teachers mediated the relationship between student-perceived teacher's calling and adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies. Also, adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies mediated the relationship between student-perceived emotional support and student's well-being. Furthermore, student-perceived emotional support and adaptive cognitive emotion regulation strategies sequentially mediated the indirect positive relationship between student-perceived teacher's calling and student's well-being. Based on these results, implications and recommendations for future research are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to analyze status of information service and to suggest its activation strategies after establishing its category in the school library. As a result of establishing scope and contents of information service, materials of information offering and guide are converged on reading education and information literacy curriculum integrated subjects. But the arrival rate of information service is very low like 48.2% under the 2012 Korean Libraries' Management Evaluation. It is especially poor to raise self resilience and school participation of students with information service involved in the affective domain such as readers' advisory service and bibliotherapy. In order to activate its information service, there is an urgent need for systems improvement in placement of the teacher librarian. It is also necessary to reinforce the status of information literacy instruction under the nation-level curriculum and continuous base expansion as a core information service of the school library. Service development for readers' advisory service and bibliotherapy is also needed to contribute to solving problem and stress situation of the student. The school library has to make an effort to connect its information service with local communities for the school community.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan for establishing SR (systematic review, hereinafter called SR) support services in domestic university libraries through a case study of SR support services in overseas university libraries. For this purpose, a total of 119 overseas university libraries were divided into all fields (subjects and disciplines) and the medical field. And A total of 10 areas such as service fields, service subjects, public relations, librarian roles (counselors, collaborators), education, librarian introduction, team member, application form, SR theoretical content, and others were divided and investigated. As a result, the SR support service of the university libraries being investigated is expanding from the medical field to academic fields such as natural science, engineering, and social science. It was confirmed that there were differences in service support hours, services, and whether co-authors were recognized according to the role of the librarian. Educational services are provided to users for the SR support service with a focus on retrieval strategy and skills. In the promotion of the SR support service, the librarian must suggest that it should be included. The importance of SR support services for Korean university libraries should be emphasized through the analysis of SR support services for overseas university libraries, professional search education should be strengthened in the curriculum. Also Organizations related to university libraries such as KERIS have suggested that systematic SR education support is needed for librarians.
