The purpose of the study was to develop a nutritional counseling program using expert system to assist obese people to lose weight through behavior modification in the internet. The counseling internet program for weight loss was developed by the accumulation of knowledge for dealing with eating habits and exercising behaviors into expert system tool, Knowledge Engineering Agent (KEA) by a dietitian without any help of computer expert. KEA was built based on the theory of Multiple Classification Ripple Down Rules. To accumulate knowledge into KEA, survey was performed in 150 obese people, the dietitian reviewed and consulted each survey case, and the consulted contents were learned and accumulated into KEA. Survey questionnaires were the same as those of the internet consulting program, and they included general characteristics, dietary habits, lifestyle, and exercise patterns related to obesity. KEA was used for nutritional counseling of obese people after KEA had enough knowledge for weight loss based on behavior modification by the dietitian. To accumulate knowledge to KEA, the dietitian selected proper factors inferred from the survey questionnaire of each case, and added the conclusions for them. Conclusions were made for helping clients to correct bad eating behaviors and accumulate good behaviors for losing weight. When clients answered survey questionnaires in a counseling internet program, KEA gave the recommendation how to eat, to exercise and the deal with stress in a real time for each case. If KEA did not have enough knowledge for a specific case, the conclusion window wrote no conclusion and the dietitian needed to add conclusions for the case. The conclusions for the new case added to the KEA knowledge base. In conclusions, a counseling internet program for weight reduction can be used for give advices how to deal with obesity in a man-to-man way in a real time using KEA where nutritional knowledge based on behavior modification for weight loss was accumulated.

The purpose of this study is to design and implement the web-based counselling system in aspects of learning type and method by PBL in Constructivism. Learning problem is classified into learning difficulty, learning disability, emotional disability, memory/cognition, ADHD(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), classwork, and school circumstance. Counselling for individual, offline visit, parents, electronic mail, and group with professionals who were involved in the design and implementation of learning counselling were used to supplement the clinic process for learning. The result of this study aims to administer the distance counselling system for learning without prominent computer knowledge. Each learner can solve diverse private learning problems which can be widely applied for situated learning. Also these online strategies by PBL indicate that providing learning types and methods are critical for overall understanding in online counselling system for learning.

과제 지향 대화 시스템은 발화 의도 및 요구사항을 파악하여 사용자가 원하는 과제를 달성한다는 점에서 유용하다. 대화 상태 추적은 과제 지향 대화 시스템의 핵심 모듈이며, 최근에는 텍스트뿐만 아니라 시각 정보까지 활용하여 대화 상태를 추적하는 멀티모달 대화 상태 추적 연구가 활발히 진행되는 중이다. 본 논문에서는 멀티모달 공황장애 상담 대화 속 내담자의 상태를 추적하는 과제를 제안하였다. ChatGPT를 통한 멀티모달 공황장애 상담 과제 지향 대화 데이터셋 구축 프레임워크와, 구축한 데이터셋의 품질을 증명하기 위한 분석도 함께 제시하였다. 사전학습 언어 모델인 GPT-2를 벤치마크 데이터셋에 대해 학습한 성능을 측정함으로써 향후 멀티모달 대화 추적 성능이 능가해야 할 베이스라인 성능을 제시하였다.

최근 대학들은 학부제 시행에 따른 학생들의 교과목선택권이 확대됨으로써 수강신청시 학사진도를 강화해야 할 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 학생들은 자신의 진로에 맞는 좀 더 바람직한 교과목을 선택하고 이수하는데 체계적인 도움을 필요로 하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학생들이 자신의 목표\ulcorner진로에 맞는 교과과정을 원활히 이수할 수 있도록 도움을 주고자 교과목선정에 대한 상담을 지원하는 지식기반 학사지원시스템을 개발하여 보고자 한다. 개발될 학사지원시스템은 지도교수의 시간부담을 줄이고, 학생들에게는 언제든지 상담을 받을 수 있도록 함으로서 수강신청시 교과목 선정을 보다 효과적으로 지원할 수 있을 것이다.

A computerized nutrition counseling system for patients having diabetic symptoms has been developed using a personal computer compatible with IBM PC 386. This system is composed of three programs. The first program is designed to find out a personal dietary history and to give suggestions about his incorrect dietary habit. The second one is analyzing the energy and nutrients of food consumed. The analyzed data present the evaluated personal dietary status. With these data, patient could replan his food including snacks as well as regular meals. The third one is the diet and menu planning program that provides the patient with a suggested meal pattern using food exchange table. Practicing these programs, diabetic patient could help himself very conveniently in organizing his meal plan and in improving his dietary behavior.

In this paper, a RAG system was implemented using an existing Large Language Model (LLM) and Langchain library to develop a dental consultation chatbot. For this purpose, we collected contents from the webpage bulletin boards of domestic dental university hospitals and constructed consultation data with the advice and supervision of dental specialists. In order to divide the input consultation data into appropriate sizes, the chunk size and the size of the overlapping text in each chunk were set to 1001 and 100, respectively. As a result of the simulation, the Retrieval Augmented LLM searched for and output the consultation content that was most similar to the user input. It was confirmed that the accessibility of dental consultation and the accuracy of consultation content could be improved through the built chatbot.

최근 RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) 기술은 다양한 분야에서 관심을 받고 사용되고 있으며 RFID와 모바일을 접목시켜 현대사회의 의사소통을 해결 하는데 많이 적용되고 있다. 학교에서는 학생과 교수간의 원활한 소통을 위하여 주기적인 상담이나 인터넷 상담과 같은 다양한 방법들을 사용하고 있다. 그러나 교수와 학생이 각자의 바쁜 일정에서 빈 시간을 내어 매번 약속을 해서 만난다는 것은 번거로운 일일 수 있다. 그러므로 교수와 학생간 좀 더 쉽게 소통 할 수 있도록 도와주는 시스템이 필요하다. 이를 위해 RFID와 안드로이드 기반 스마트폰을 이용하여 교수/학생 파워 메시징 시스템을 구축하였으며, 본 논문에서는 그 내용에 대해 기술한다. 이 시스템에서 학생은 RFID 태그가 부착된 학생증을 교수 방 앞에 설치된 RFID 리더기에 인식시키고, 그 순간 교수가 남긴 메시지를 확인할 수 있다. 또한 교수와의 상담시간을 예약 할 수 있으며, 본인의 메시지도 남길 수 있다. 교수는 자신의 일정을 관리 할 수 있고, 스마트폰을 통해 학생이 다녀간 방문 기록, 예약 정보, 학생이 남긴 메시지를 실시간 확인 할 수 있다. 이 시스템을 구축함으로써 교수와 학생의 소통 기회는 증가할 것이고, 또한 교수는 원격으로 학생과 지속적인 의사소통 기회를 가짐으로써 보다 효율적으로 학생을 관리할 수 있게 된다.

Counseling records can be used as a tool to identify the function of a counselor and to identify the client's status and will be able to expand functions as research data of academic and social culture. This study aims to investigate current status of management of records and archives on counselling youth and proposes a improved method to manage records and archives in Korea Youth Counseling & Welfare Institute. For this purpose, we performed interviews with the persons who have a role in managing records and archives. Based on the results, we proposed a method to improve problems. Especially, the proposals are considered in two sides administrative and systematic viewpoint.

The purpose of this study is to provide the useful reference to establish the system improvement plan that activates the counseling service quality for the disabled parents peer counselors. The qualitative case study method of Yin (2009) has been used to understand and reflect to the system for the experience of field counseling of the peer counselors for the disabled parents. 10 parents peer counselors for the disabled were proportionately sampled and interviewed about their experiences through a FGI and two individual interviews. The result of the study derived from total 87 abstract concepts and 17 categories and personal motivations for participating and changes from the experience are as follows: the effects of counseling are "mutual sympathy toward the same disability," "Identity transformation from nobody to somebody who gives hope," and "another social insurance and social safety network that parents disability make." The barrier facts for the parents peer counseling activation are: "problem of securing the position of the counseling site" and difficulty in finding the client due to lack of awareness and publicity. "The study suggests four programs to upgrade the parents peer counseling: (1) To secure the position of the counseling site, (2) To reestablish the status as a professional counselor. (3) The need of pokicy supplement and support from the government, (4) The expectancy of creating jobs through the conversion of full-time workers.

Over the years Korean health care system has improved in delivery of quality care to the general population for many areas of the health problems. The system is now being recognized in the world as the most cost effective one. It is covered by the uniform national health insurance policy for which most people in Korea are mandatory policy holders. Genetic counseling service, however, which is well recognized as an integral part of clinical genetics service deals with diagnosis and management of genetic condition as well as genetic information presentation and family support, is yet to be delivered in comprehensive way for the patients and families in need. Two major obstacles in providing genetic counseling service in korean health care system are identified; One is the lack of recognition for the need for genetic counseling service as necessary service by the national health insurance. Genetic counseling consumes a significant time in delivery and the current very low-fee schedule for physician service makes it very difficult to provide meaningful service. Second is the critical shortage of qualified professionals in the field of medical genetics and genetic counseling who can provide the service of genetic counseling in clinical setting. However, recognition and understanding of the fact that the scope and role of genetic counseling is expanding in post genomic era of personalized medicine for delivery of quality health care, will lead to the efforts to overcome obstacles in providing genetic counseling service in korean health care system. Only concerted efforts from health care policy makers of government on clinical genetics service and genetic counseling for establishing adequate reimbursement coverage and professional communities for developing educational program and certification process for professional genetic counselors, are necessary for the delivery of much needed clinical genetic counseling service in Korea.
