Skeletal muscle accounts for about 40-50% of body weight and is an important tissue that performs various functions, such as maintaining posture, supporting soft tissues, maintaining body temperature, and respiration. Cancer, which occurs widely around the world, causes cancer cachexia accompanied by muscular atrophy, which reduces the effectiveness of anticancer drugs and greatly reduces the quality of life and survival rate of cancer patients. Therefore, research to improve cancer cachexia is ongoing. However, there are few studies on the link between cancer and muscle atrophy. Cancer cells exhibit distinct microenvironment and metabolism from tumor cells, including tumor-associated macrophages (TAM), tumor-associated neutrophils (TAN), and insulin resistance due to the Warburg effect. Therefore, we summarize the microenvironment and metabolic characteristics of cancer cells, and the molecular mechanisms of muscle atrophy that can be affected by cytokine and insulin resistance. In addition, this suggests the possibility of improving cancer cachexia of substances affecting TAM, TAN, and Warburg effect. We also summarize the mechanisms identified so far through single agents and the signaling pathways mediated by them that may ameliorate cancer cachexia.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of tea meditation intervention on the mindfulness and psychological well-being of middle-aged women with depression. The participants were recruited from the Life-Long Education Center of B university in B City. The research design was 2 (experimental vs control group) ${\times}3$ (pre, post, follow-up). A total of twenty participants were randomly assigned to the experimental or control group, consisting of 10 participants each. The program consists of ten sessions, including psychological well-being improvement activities and mindfulness meditation practices with tea. The levels of mindfulness and psychological well-being (self-acceptance, positive relation with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose of life and personal growth) showed statistically significant increases in the post-program and follow-up measurements, as compared to the pre-program measurements.

This research is for dental hygienists to pursue affection and commitment in organization together with improvement of quality of working life by analyzing factors of working life affecting affective commitment in organization of dental hygienists, to find out plans to increase sense of accomplishments of working life and ultimate satisfaction of life, and to suggest direction for human resources management in management of dental clinics. Objects of investigation were dental hygienists working at dental medical institutions in Busan area with questionnaire survey and 197 sheets of questionnaires were used in the study. As the result of the study, high correlation was shown between composition elements of quality of working life and affective commitment per factor and as the result of quality factors of working life affecting affective commitment in organization, work environment, inter-personal relations, and social meaningfulness provided meaningful impacts on affective commitment in organization. It is believed to be important that dental medical institutions need to promote pride and love of companies in the future by providing regular social services or services for local residents so that employees can form smooth inter-personal relationships among employees with improvement of working environment and welfare in personnel management dimension. And for dental hygienists, they shall improve their work performances and enhance vocational values for development of their institutions and them with positive thinking through ceaseless efforts.

In 2007, Long-Term Care Insurance Law was enacted to share the family burden of caring for the elderly who are unable to perform every day living activities due to their old age and chronic diseases such as senile dementia, diabetes mellitus, stroke and more. Backed by this law, since 2008, care workers have been sent to the elderly care centers or each elder's home to help them not only with their recovery from illnesses, but also with general activities from dressing, eating, bathing, walking even to toileting. However, according to the recently released survey by National Human Rights Commission, it has been found that the caring workers are in a very poor working condition including low income, abused blanket wage system, shortage of welfare services, extra works and even sexual harrassment. It is becoming an important issue due to fast-ageing population, the fact that the care workers have had experiences of violation in their right of labor while they are at work needs to be carefully treated. In that sense, this article presents some difficulties the caring workers face and proposes effective ways to solve these problems through the perspective of human rights and human labor rights based on the report written by National Human Rights Commission. In short, for this law to function properly and to boost the worker's capability of providing better services to beneficiaries, followings can be good answers - enhanced management and supervision on caring plans and care centers, providing immediate counselling and protection for victimized care givers, training courses offered to promote service receiver's sincere respect and strengthened awareness upon care givers.

Recently, human life and the low birth rate and aging population has increased exponentially. Entry into an aged society in the present case and the different policy alternatives, and is a reality. Resolution of one of these older active community participation and production activities to foster a rich life, infants need to be able to build a ubiquitous environment can be damaging. Latest IT technology in the development of intelligent life on all human life even more convenient by combining the computer and try to build a productive environment is. You simply connect your computer to the elderly rather than older users to use, efficient and productive way to improve efforts to follow. Emerging as an alternative to the more efficient interfaces for ubiquitous computing, user interface design criteria, albeit a little uncomfortable by suggesting improvements of the elderly and their participation in production activities helped to improve the quality of life. Ubiquitous environment, as well as means to improve the living environment of older people live independent lives, as given us is that you can get the premise of this study was in progress.Thus, by analyzing the characteristics of the elderly for the elderly by offering more efficient way to interface design for a new era of ubiquitous pushing back the boundaries of the elderly have been instruments to achieve social vitality.

Purpose: The purpose of the Activation of Public Transportation by Analysis of Factors Influencing Satisfaction of Commuting Hours in the Metropolitan Area. Method: This study analyzed the factors affecting wide-area commuting time and satisfaction for office workers who perform wide-area commuting. Result: in the case of commuting satisfaction for wide-area commuting hours by region, commuting time satisfaction was relatively low in the metropolitan area as the average commuting time was high, and commuting time satisfaction was relatively high in the non-metropolitan area as the average commuting time was low. Conclusion: In the future, the government will establish or improve express railways and wide-area buses to reduce wide-area commuting time, and build urban highways to shorten passenger car use time, which will reduce commuting time, but qualitative indicators are more important. In other words, even if commuting time is long, life satisfaction increases, so quality of life is important, and it is necessary to improve commuting time satisfaction rather than simple indicators of commuting time, so both qualitative and quantitative aspects of commuting time need to be improved.

Entering the modern society, due to changes in daily life as well as social life, the sleep deprivation and unsatisfactory sleep environment that modern people have, ranked the lowest in the sleep deprivation nation in the world and the lowest in the nation considered to be sleep deprivation. This is about 'sleep pillows using Arduino,' which can improve the 'sleep environment', which is the 2nd largest cause of sleep deprivation. The few minutes before you go to sleep, the moment of time, can determine the quality of your sleep, and the quality of your sleep determines the satisfaction of your daily life. Using Arduino, you can improve the quality of your sleep through various functions. Through Arduino, you can create a sleeping environment for the sleeper by adjusting the sleeper's breathing measurement, lighting, and Bluetooth speaker and create an environment that suits you. Through this, we will be able to improve the sleep deprivation of modern people and have a more prosperous life.

This study intends to investigate alcohol use disorder in the elderly in rural area. The subjects were 212 elderly people. Alcohol use disorder was defined as a score of more than 10 points on the AUDIT-K. The collected data were analyzed descriptive statistics, chi-square test and t-test using SPSS 19.0 program. The alcohol use disorder in the elderly in rural area were 18.4%. The alcohol use disorder was statistically significant difference according to gender, age, inmate, scholarship, religion, job and smoking. The alcohol use disorder correlated positively with depression. To prepare the aging society, the government should make preparation prorgram for elderly alcoholics.

Chemotherapy and radiotherapy proved conservative and effective in treating tumors. However, both the cancer therapies will also have aberrant effects on developing maxillofacial and dental organs of children. The purpose of this report is to describe the clinical cases of Disturbances of maxillofacial and dental development after Cancer therapy. The first case reported a 7-year-old female patient diagnosed at age 2 years with bilateral retinoblastoma, receiving chemotherapy and radiotherapy. She had agenesis of premolar, microdontia, short tapered teeth in lower anterior area and generalized root stunting. The second case presented a 12-year-old female patient treated with chemotherapy and radiotherapy for neuroblastoma in her early childhood. She presented with a class III malocclusion on a skeletal III base due to maxillary retrognathism. Contemporay oncology had improved survival of children with malignant disease. It will be needed prevention of these side effect after cancer therapy to improve the quality of life.

Implant supported prostheses have improved the quality of lives of totally edentulous patients. However, there are some limitations on the number of implants related to the residual bone level or the economic concern and so on. In this situation, applying fixed detachable prosthesis with bilateral cantilevers can be considered. This clinical report describes implant supported prosthetic rehabilitation of a patient with severe bone resorption. The patient was satisfied and felt comfortable with upper complete denture and lower fixed detachable prosthesis.
