최고 수준의 IT인프라를 활용하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 확산에 따라 스마트 폰을 활용하여 언제든지 원하는 서비스 요청이 가능하게 되었다. 그러나 이러한 최신 IT서비스의 이면에는 보안 위협이 존재한다. 클라우드 서비스를 통해 데이터 뿐 아니라 개인정보의 수집 및 활용 또한 용이해지면서, 개인정보 유 노출 및 악용의 위험이 높아지고 있어, 이러한 사항을 고려한 클라우드 보안 방안을 마련할 필요가 생겼다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스 제공자가 개인정보보호에 대한 충분한 방안을 마련하고 시행할 수 있도록, 정부의 법제 마련 등 범국가적 지원이 필요한 상황이다. 이에 정부는 2013년부터 추진하고 있는 "클라우드 컴퓨팅 발전 및 이용자 보호에 관한 법률안"을 통해 클라우드 산업 활성화를 위하여 정부가 지원 방안을 마련하고자 하나, 개인정보에 대한 세밀한 검토 후 수정 보완 하여 한다는 의견이 있어, 현재 국회에 계류중이다. 본고에서는 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 발전과 클라우드 환경에서의 개인정보보호 이슈를 정리 해보고, 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스를 이용하는 서비스 이용자의 개인정보 안전성을 보장하고 서비스 제공자의 잠재적 개인정보 침해 위험을 줄일 수 있는 방향을 생각 해 보고자 한다.

멀티 클라우드는 다양한 클라우드 제공자들의 클라우드 서비스를 연동하여 사용자에게 제공하는 기술로 최근 4차 산업혁명 기술의 발전에 따라 대용량 데이터의 수용, 대용량 계산 등을 단일 클라우드에서 활용하기 어려워 데이터를 가까운 클라우드 자원을 활용하여 분석하거나 서비스를 가까운 지역에서 제공하기 위해 등장한 기술이다. 그러나 멀티 클라우드 제공처마다 동일한 기능을 서로 다른 인터페이스와 파라미터를 사용해야 하며, 시스템의 버전 증가에 따른 인터페이스 변화 시 멀티 클라우드 연동을 다시 해주어야 하는 번거로움이 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티 클라우드마다 다른 인터페이스를 분석하고 공통 요소를 도출 및 규격화하여 연동을 위한 게이트웨이를 제안한다. 인터페이스 제공을 위해 필수적인 요소와 부가적인 요소를 정리하여 공통 규격으로 만들어 멀티 클라우드 시스템 구성 및 서비스 이용에 편의성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또한, 멀티 클라우드 인터페이스를 마이크로 서비스로 구성하여 새로운 클라우드 서비스 등록과 기존 등록된 서비스의 인터페이스 버전 변화에도 대응 가능할 수 있도록 설계하여 손쉽게 연동 서비스를 이용할 수 있는 시스템을 제안한다.

파이썬 플라스크와 MySQL데이터베이스를 이용한 스마트콘텐츠에서의 효율적인 클라우드 접속기술에 관한 효율적인 방법을 제시한다. 또한 스마트콘텐츠 제작단계에서 와이파이 혹은 블루투스를 이용한 클라우드 인터넷 접속시의 오류최소화를 위한 견고한 하우징제작을 위해 어도비 일러스트레이터를 이용한 표준화된 레이져커팅 방법도 제시한다. 이는 향후 4차 산업혁명시기에 필수적인 지능적이고 다이너믹한 특성을 갖는 스마트콘텐츠 제작과정에서의 시행착오를 줄여줄 것이며, 이를 통해 다양한 아이디어의 스마트콘텐츠가 양산될 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 생각한다. 제시한 방안의 타당성을 검증하기 위해 실제로 구축한 가장 효율적인 스마트콘텐츠의 제각과정과 그 결과를 보인다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 많은 장점에도 불구하고 아직 기업들이 서비스의 가용성 및 데이터 보안, 자사 데이터에 대한 통제권 확보, 종속성 등의 문제로 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스의 이용을 꺼리고 있다. 이 같은 문제들은 기술개발, 표준화, 표준약관, 서비스수준협약(SLA) 등으로 어느 정도 해결이 가능하다 그러나 데이터가 여러 국가에 복제되어 분산 저장될 경우 데이터의 국외이전 금지 문제, 데이터의 보관 및 파기 의무, IT 컴플라이언스 수탁자의 불법행위에 대한 위탁자의 책임, 자신의 데이터센터에 저장된 불법정보에 대한 클라우드 서비스제공자의 책임범위, 클라우드 서비스제공자의 책임제한 등 현행법상의 법적 규제와 충돌되는 부분에 대해서는 법. 제도적 접근과 검토가 필요하다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 산업의 촉진 및 이용 활성화를 위해서는 구체적으로 다음과 같은 사항이 법 제도적으로 검토되어야 한다. (1) 클라우드 서비스나 솔루션을 시험할 수 있는 테스트베드 구축 등 시범사업 근거 마련, (2) 분야별 특화된 클라우드 서비스 모델 개발 및 사업화를 위한정부시책 추진 및 지원 근거 마련, (3) 민 관의 포괄적 협력 기반조성 및 정부의 기술 개발연구 지원체계 마련, (4) 사전 인증 및 사후 보증체계 구축을 통한 클라우드 서비스의 신뢰성 및 안정성 제고, (5) 클라우드 서비스의 상호운용성 확보를 위한 표준화, (6) 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 정보보안, 개인정보보호 등 각종 법률 이슈와 예상되는 다양한 이해관계 충돌 문제에 대응할 수 있도록 서비스제공자와 이용자 대상의 지침 근거 마련, (7) 클라우드 속에 있는 기업의 정보지산에 대한 접근권 보장, (8) 정보자산의 실제 위치와 선택권 보장, (9) 정보자산의 부적절한 접근 방지와 오남용 방지, (10) 클라우드 서비스 제공기업 또는 서비스 자체의 영속성 보장, (11) 서비스 장애 책임범위와 분담, (12) 소프트웨어 라이선스 등에 대한 규정이 고려되어야 한다.

Recently, various industrial sectors have introduced cloud service actively in their business because cloud computing technology enables storage·management and analysis·utilization of data easily in anytime, anywhere. Especially in financial sector, the business provocatively adopted the service and creates various innovative cases; furthermore, already in abroad, the sector has been accelerating digitization of analysis in cases of credit risk, financial fraud data, stock trading etc. On the contrary, in the domestic financial industry, not only the cloud service introduction and innovation cases are underperformed, but most of them are focused on the back-office service. Most Korean financial corporations are burdened with the adoption of cloud service due to various conservative regulatory requirements, such as regulations on data storage and management, regulations on privacy, and other tasks such as developing decision models and establishing responsibility standard for security incidents and service failures. In this study, it would be aimed to contribute to promote the introduction of the cloud in the domestic financial sector by drawing up preemptive challenges and inspecting priorities.

We Investigated the Two Additional Effects Regarding the Causal Relationship between the Perceived Risks of cloud Services on the Intention to use the Abandonment Option. First, we Empirically Tested the Moderation Effect of IS Maturity on the Causal Relationship between these Two Variables. Second, we also Investigated the Mediation Effect of Cloud Service Satisfaction on the same Causal Relationship. We could find the Moderation and Mediation Effect only on the Influence of Relational Risk (Which Occurs from the Power Abuse of Cloud Service Providers) on the Intention to sue the Abandonment Option. So, we have better Understanding when and how the Abandonment Option is Attractive in Reducing the Potential Influence of the Relational Risk in using the Cloud Services.

Recently been viewed as a core technology of the IT industry, cloud computing services. It is expected that the market for cloud services industry showed a growth rate of 18.9% annually, to form a scale of $ 1,330 billion dollars in 2013, and to form a 1,768 billion dollars in 2015. Growth of cloud computing services industry, provides the operational efficiency and reduce costs for many companies, but the risks associated with it is also increasing. There is a problem that phenomenon is to lose control of the data on features of the cloud service, more data is gathered in one place, when a failure occurs, it is removed simultaneously the data of all devices. therefore, in the present paper is investigate the area a quick recovery with up to the problem and secure data storage INT the cloud computing service is available in only the data in the cloud service possible.

클라우드 서비스는 사용자에게 데이터 저장, 공유, 다운로드 등을 용이하게 해주는 성질과 시, 공간적 특성과 관계없이 사용할 수 있는 특성으로 최근 IT 산업에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러나 서버가 공격당할 경우 데이터와 사용자 개인 정보를 포함한 민감 정보가 유출되는 등 다양한 범죄에 노출되어 있다. 이러한 이유로 클라우드의 포렌식 분석 필요성이 증가하였으며, 현재 많이 상용화되어 있는 응용 프로그램에 대해서는 많은 연구가 진행되었다. 본 논문에서는 Box 클라우드에 대해 포렌식 분석을 진행하고 수집한 아티팩트에 관해 설명한다.
