In order to enhance the understanding of social commerce which is widely spreading globally in a few years, the characteristics selecting social commerce company are analyzed by using quality function deployment(QFD) that is popular in quality management area. To achieve this purpose, this study investigates the concept, market environment, and major competitors of social commerce and interactive relationship between customer's requirements and service characteristics was uncovered by using the house of quality(HOQ) which is a method of QFD. In addition, this study proposes the conceptual model integrating analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and QFD by quantitatively evaluating the importance of customer's requirements and service characteristics.

디지털 하드웨어가 값이 싸다는 것과 그 외형적 크기도 작아지고 있으며 소모 전력도 적다는 경향 때문에 항공에서 디지털 시스템의 사용이 현저하게 증가하게 되었다. 일부에서는 디지털 실용화가 아날로그 기반의 설계를 대체하기까지 하고 있으며 전연 새로운 개념이 도입되고 있는데 이는 모두 디지털 시스템 덕분이다. 대부분의 경우 항공에서 디지털 시스템은 안전에 치명적인 특성을 가지며 해당 소프트웨어의 오류로 항공기의 지속적인 비행과 착륙을 할 수 없는 고장을 유발할 수 있다. 이러한 이유로 항공기에 적용되는 소프트웨어의 인증이 대두되는 것이다. 이 글에서는 향후 우리나라에서도 전개될 소프트웨어의 인증에 대비하여 인증의 기준으로 적용되고 있는 RTCA DO-178B의 내용을 살펴보고 전형적인 항공기 또는 TSOA 인증과정에서의 소프트웨어의 승인 프로세스를 살펴보았다.

원자력발전소의 설계는 다중방호의 개념에 의해 이루어져, 그 구조가 복잡하고 운전 형태도 다양하며, 이에 따라 사고의 전개 과정도 다양하게 나타난다. 이로 인해 원자력발전소의 운전원들은 발전소의 유동적인 상황에 대처할 수 있는 고도의 능력이 요구된다. 특히 주제어실 운전원들은 발전소의 기동 및 전출력 운전, 정지, 그리고 비정상 및 비상 상황 시의 적절한 대처에 대한 책임을 지고 있다. 발전소의 사고 분석 결과에 의하면, 사고에 대한 운전원의 대응이 사고의 전개에 직접적인 영향을 미치게 되며, 결과 적으로 사고에 대한 운전원들의 적절한 대응 능력은 발전소의 안전성에 중요한 부분임이 밝혀졌다.(중략)

국가혁신체계로서 클러스터의 중요성과 더불어, 향후의 방향에 대해 논하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적은 클러스터의 지역, 산업, 정책적인 특성을 파악하여서 미래의 발전방향을 파악해보기 위한 것이다. 일반적으로 클러스터는 지역적으로, 산업적으로 확산되는 가운데, 정책적 지원을 통한 성장을 기대하고 있다. 지역, 산업, 정책 클러스터로 구분하여 살펴본 결과, 지역 및 산업 간의 연결과 정책적 촉진(facilitate)은 불가피한 것으로 나타났다. 다만 정책은 클러스터의 진화에 필요한 합리적이고 객관적인 기준설정에 의해 실행되어야 하고, 궁극적으로 시장의 자율적 역할이 극대화되는 방향으로 전개되어야 할 필요성이 존재하고 있다. 따라서 클러스터 진화과정에서 시장의 자율 즉 새로운 비즈니스에 대한 시장의 엄격한 평가가 진행될 수 있도록 진화시키는 것이 중요하다고 하겠다.

The purpose of this paper lies in summing up the historical stream of industrial revolutions and inspecting the place of so called 'the Fourth Industrial Revolution' set off by 2016 World Economic Forum. This paper examined the development of the First Industrial Revolution, the Second Industrial Revolution, the Third Industrial Revolution, and extracted the characteristics of each industrial revolution. Consequently, this paper certificated the history of industrial revolutions perceived by participants concerning the Fourth Industrial Revolution is problematic with reference to core technology and starting time. In addition, this paper raised a question whether the Fourth Industrial Revolution is another new industrial revolution or not, suggested some conditions required to bring industrial revolution into existence. In conclusion, the Fourth Industrial Revolution discussed enthusiastically in recent times is a sort of working hypothesis, and it is necessary to make future vision appropriate to Korean situation.

This study purposed more effective drawing process in practical lecture with students. Researched materials were constitution to a semester of presentation technique curriculum major in industrial design for freshman course. Students exert to entrance examination of university to get a good point in practical test. There did not have creative action in minds. But, design required concept of good idea sketch and creative technique. At study process should make correction a reform to sketch skill by repeat practicing with misunderstand drawing or imitative idea sketch. According to the practical test result & response revised lecture schedule. And then, I had survey to questionnaire paper for feedback by trial result. Besides, I was study to effect use the drawing materials for example, colored pencil, marker pastel. I think important to first use to way understanding materials and basic training. Design education be driven to new creative sketch skill. Design is the creative process to which brings ideas to reality.

The process of German collective housing planning is meaningful in examining comprehensively deploying aspects of planning foundation through defining the ideology of modern and contemporary architecture in the process of providing housing followed by social changes while rebuilding the country after two World Wars in combination with the population concentration in cities after the Industrial Revolution. We outline the characteristics and understand the types of collective housing, and the background of their interaction with urban contexts overlapping social situations and historical processes; by means of the process, the planning and designing typology which is commonly adjusted to contemporary collective housing after examining them could be understood as being aligned with the extension line of interconnecting the process of modern and contemporary era.

충남 아산시 아산테크노벨리 산업단지에 위치하고 있는 (주)영광YKMC. 반도체는 물론 항공기에 들어가는 첨단부품을 생산하고 있는 이곳은 산단 내에서도 남다른 유명세를 떨치고 있다. 가공에서부터 조립, 표면처리 등 제품 생산에 필요한 모든 과정을 한꺼번에 처리할 수 있는 공정 시스템을 갖추고 있기 때문이다. 일반적인 소규모 제조업체들이 하나의 공정에만 집중하는 것에 비해 (주)영광YKMC는 부품 생산 전문업체로서의 입지를 확고하게 구축하고 있는 것이다. 관련 기술의 특허 4건, 실용신안등록 12건 등 총 16개의 지식재산권을 보유하고 있다는 것에서 전문업체라는 수식어가 전혀 어색하지 않다. 특히 (주)영광YKMC의 장관섭 대표이사는 자난해 표면처리 직종에서 '대한민국명장'에 선정되면서 회사의 기술력을 널리 알리기도 했다. 이곳은 지역 안전인들 사이에서도 각별한 주목을 받고 있다. 근로자들의 마음을 보듬는 이른바 감성안전경영이 모범적으로 전개되고 있기 때문이다. 근로자들의 안전을 무엇보다 최우선으로 여기고 있는 장관섭 (주)영광YKMC 대표이사를 만나봤다.

우리 나라는 '70년대 이후 이미 군사용로켓에 대한 개발경험과 기술축적을 갖고 있으나, 기술개발과정에서 시스템중심의 설계기술 위주로 확보하였고, 개발비용이 많이 들어가는 핵심기술이나 부품 및 첨단소재는 전량 외국에서 수입해서 사용하는 형태로 기술혁신이 이루어졌기 때문에 꼭 필요한 핵심기술의 확보가 부족한 실정에 있다. 대부분 선개발국가들은 초기 발사체 개발에 있어 임무지향적인 목표하에 군사기술과 연계해서 추진체계를 확립하고 막대한 예산과 시설투자 그리고 필요한 전문인력을 확보하여 연구개발중심의 제작과 시험과정을 통한 많은 시행착오를 거치면서 발사경험의 축적과 기술축적을 가져왔다

Online customer review data can be easily collected on the Internet and also they describe sentimental evaluation of a product in different aspects. Previous sentiment analysis studies evaluate the degree of sentiment with review data, which may have multiple sentences describing different product aspects. Since different aspects of a product can be described in a sentence, the proposed method suggested analyzing a sentence to build a pair of a product aspect terms and sentimental terms. Bidirectional LSTM and CRF algorithms were used in this paper. A pair of aspect terms and sentimental terms are evaluated by pre-defined evaluation rules. The paper suggested using the result of evaulation as inputs of QFD, so that the quantified customer voices effect on the requirements of a new product. Online reviews for a hair dryer were used as an example showing that the proposed approach can derive reasonable sentiment analysis results.
