항로표지 분야의 시장은 소규모시장으로 산업체가 영세하여 기술개발 및 투자를 기피하고 있다. 또한 장비용품을 개발하더라도 실제 환경과 유사한 환경에서 성능을 검증하는 시설도 부족한 실정이다. 해양수산부와 한국항로표지기술원에서는 산업체에서 개발한 등부표, 등명기, 충방전조절기 등의 항로표지 장비용품의 성능시험을 위한 육 해상 항로표지 성능검증 테스트베드를 구축하였다. 테스트베드에서는 성능시험 및 제품개발 단계에서부터 컨설팅, 기술지원 등을 통한 문제점을 사전에 도출하여 개선을 유도하는 등 기술지원체계를 마련하였다. 본 논문에서는 항로표지기술지원센터의 구축 및 운영에 관한 사항을 기술하였다.

In the recently our 21C, it is a necessary to provide the VLSI design education methods based on the electronic information systems. In this paper, we will show a education model of the venture study programs concern with Micro-Robot making. The development education systems apply into the industrial fields from the specification major module instruction including improve the VLSI design capability using the Micro-Robot making for information communication techniques. Also, the development instruction model provides one in the field system to the industrial applications specification technical staffs and VLSI design for the venture education programs. We expect the proposed education systems extended into a new venture instruction program sets for technical major members.

The method to make ceramic pigments for 4 colour instead of ink in the process of the of set-printing and put them on the decal paper in the ceramic industry has been used to produce complicated images such as photographs or famous masterpieces. Offset-printing which is the production method for mass production, had enough worth to suffer the past high price of the production line. But today it is not suitable for the production method of small quantity and many kinds corresponding to needs for the various tastes and designs of consumers. Therefore I will put 4 colour printing method on the silkscreen, handiwork, suitable for the production method for small quantities and many variations to develop the methods that permit to cost effectively reproduce complex, high resolution, multicolor images. The study is expected to give value to ceramists who do various works and to be offered as the foundation in the field of design and expression.

합성화학물질들이 환경으로의 유입은 인체에는 물론 환경생태계에 많은 영향을 미치므로 이들의 유해성 검증은 매우 중요한 일이라 할 수 있다. 실제 산업체에서 사용되는 수많은 화학물질들의 유전적 손상 유발유무는 유해성검증에서 무엇보다 중요한 일이라 할 수 있다. 이에 산업체 공정과정에서 널리 사용되는 것으로 알려진 17종의 합성화학물질에 대해 마우스의 말초 혈의 망상적혈구를 이용한 in vivo 소핵시험을 수행하여, 소핵형성 유발유무를 관찰하였다. 양성대조군으로 사용된 mitomycin C는 음성대조군과 비교시 유의하게 소핵을 유발하는 반면, 비교적 마우스에서 높은 50% 치사량을 보이는 benzoyl chloride, p-toluene sulfonic acid 및 4,4'-sulfonyldianiline 등의 합성물질들을 포함한 총 17종의 물질들은 본 실험결과 통계적으로 유의하게 소핵을 유발하지 않는 것을 관찰 할 수 있었다.

Local government takes an active role in the (re)making of local socio-economic space. To support such an argument, the three different actions by the local government of Taegu, urban planning and local industrial districts, the establishment of special educational institutions, and textile festival are analyzed. The division of the city's space into residential, commercial, and industrial area by local government constrained the location of local manufacturing industries. It also forced textile industry to move to the outskirts of Taegu. As the education level in South Korea rose after the late 1970s, the local government of Taegu as well as local industrial capitalists had to do something to acquire a stable supply of labor to local manufacturing industries, particularly textile one. After the late 1970s, the special classes for the education of local workers, especially textile ones were established within vocational high school and company-operated high schools were also built in Taegu. Finally, local government started a program of textile festival in 1985. Through textile festival, local government as well as local textile business people tried to reproduce textile industry as the main economic activity of Taegu.

원통형 카트리지 집진 필터는 동일한 크기의 일반 백필터에 비해 2-4배 정도의 여과면적을 확보할 수 있기 때문에 동일한 처리유량에 대해서 탈진주기를 2배 이상으로 증가시킬 수 있다. 또한 여과속도를 일반 백필터와 같게 할 경우, 적용되는 필터의 수를 줄일 수 있어 집진 장치가 차지하는 공간을 절약할 수 있다는 장점을 갖고 있다. 이러한 원통형 카트리지 집진 필터의 맡은 장점에도 불구하고 카트리지 집진 필터의 집진 특성에 관한 연구는 매우 저조하며, 대부분 필터 제조업체의 경험에 의해 산업체에 적용되고 있다. (중략)

본 연구에서는 소프트웨어를 원격 제어하기 위해 상용화된 적외선 수신부의 회로를 변경하여 컴퓨터의 직렬포트와 통신이 가능하도록 MAX232를 이용한 수신부를 개발하고, 컴퓨터에서 리모컨의 적외선 수신이 가능한 직렬통신 프로그램을 개발한다. 아울러 수신된 적외선신호를 일반 응용프로그램에서 적용이 가능한 형태로 신호를 변환한 다음 산업체 현장에서의 각종 응용소프트웨어에 적용 할 수 있도록 한다.
