  • 현재 전문대학에서 운영하고 있는 전공심화과정은 산업체 경력이 있는 전공심화과정과 산업체 경력이 없는 전공심화과정으로 구분된다. 산업체 경력이 없는 전공심화과정은 기존의 산업체 경력이 있는 전공심화과정과는 달리 현재 전문대학 재학생들이 가장 중요한 입학대상자이다. 따라서 산업체 경력 없는 전공심화과정의 효과적인 운영방안은 수립하기 위해 반드시 선행되어야 하는 것은 전공심화과정에 대한 재학생 특성 파악 및 의견 조사 분석일 것이다. 본 연구에서는 산업체 경력이 없는 전공심화과정에 대한 재학생 사전조사 및 분석을 통해 산업체 경력이 없는 전공심화과정의 운영에 대한 효과적인 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine how the nursing teacher in vocational high school operates the class and examine various perceptions about the operation education. Moreover, This is to comparing the difference between nursing experience and education major about the operation the class. Based on the above findings, First, the nursing teacher should be recognized as a professional subject teacher and should have a qualification system that is appropriate as a professional subject teacher. Second, a formal education program should be established so that those who worked in the nursing field can become teachers of nursing education. It is recommended that nursing education within the graduate school of education be newly established and operated only for nursing graduates who are majored in the same country as developed countries. Third, if the establishment of qualifications and qualifications system can not be realized in a short time, it is necessary to systematically prepare the training for specialization nursing teachers only.

  • Although there has been numerous attempts to facilitate software development education in universities and colleges, software industries complain more than ever especially for the quality of university major graduate. In consequence, industries recruit experienced software engineers more and more and only a few new university major get satisfaction in the job market. In order to minimize the different viewpoints between industries and universities, we conduct job group analysis to define a technical map of software industries and have surveys to verify the feasibility of the map and consisting component techniques. Then, we propose a standard three-year curriculum for the college level.

An Internship Experience to Convergence Program for Undergraduated Nursing Students (간호대학생의 융합프로그램을 이용한 인턴십 체험)

  • Recently, the tendency in the education system orientes to developing people of interdisciplinary abilities, this study was conducted to explore career process and to aware the career through internship participation of nursing students and to investigate effect of convergence program. The study conducted in-depth interview with 14 undergraduate nursing students who participated convergence program at various medical organizations. Collection data was analyized based on grounded theory. The research finding shows that Internship Experience was four categories and 12 themes. Four categories are participation motivation internships, Career Exploration process through internship, various learning for career preparation and career awareness In order to operate effective convergence program, various learning opportunities and building relationships with the members in organizations are provided and organizational system support is needed.

  • 우리나라 복식산업의 전문인력 양식은 주로 대학교나 전문학원에서 이루어지고 있으며 수적인면에서는 충분한 인력이 양성되고 있다. 그러나 질적인 면에서 산업체에서 요구되는 역량을 가진 전문인은 부족한 편이다. 이에 따라 산업체의 요구에 부합하는 인력야성을위하여 교육과정의 개선이 절실히 요구되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실기교육 산학협력 및 산업체 현장실습이 활발히 이루어지고 있는 영국의 복식관련학과에 대하여 조사해 봄으로써 우리 교육의 개선방향을 모색하고자 한다. 영구의 경우 다양한 자격증 및 학위과정이 개설되어있으나 본 연구에서는 우리나라 학사학위에 해당되는 BA 및 Bsc만대상으로 하였으며 설문조사 문헌조사 및 사례연구를 통하여 현황 및 교과과정을 분석하였다 영국의 복식관련학과들은 그 교과과정 및 내용에 따라 크게 6개 전공분야로 분류되었으며 각 하과는 다시 세분화되어 전문성이 있는 교육이 이루어지고 있었다 또한 수업연한 및 과정의 형태에 따라 5개 유형으로 분류되었다, 이유형 중 특히 일년간의 현장실습을 학위과정으로 포함시켜 의무적으로 산업체에 근무하도록 되어있는 Sandwic Mode는 적극적인 산학협력의 한 형태로 매우 효율적으로 평가되는 교육체계이며 여러다른 학문 분야에서도 널리 활용되고 있는 체계이다. 교수진의 경우 전임교원이 수적인 면에서 다소 부족한 것으로 나타났으나 관련 산업체 인사 등을 시간강사로 고용함으로써 이를 보완 할 뿐 아니라 산학연계를 이루고 있었다. 또한 전임교원의 경우 주로 학사 혹은 석사의 학력을 가지고있었다. 그러나 모든 전임교수 뿐 아니라 시간강사의 경우도 산업체 경력을 필수 적으로 가지고있어 고학력위주의 우리나라 실정과는 매우 상이했다. 교과과정에 대한 사례연구에서 직물디자인에 집중된 2개 과의 교과과정을 보았으며 그중 한 개 과는 다시 편물 프린트 및 직물 디자인의 3분야로 세분화되어 심도 있는 교육이 이루어질 수 있는 것을 살펴보았다 또한 다른 3개의 예에서 볼수있듯이 2개 이상의 전공코스를 도입하여 공통과목과 전공 코스 과목을 둠으로써 시설 및 인적 자원의 활용 등 운영상 효율성을 추구함을 알수 있었다 또한 학생들의 경우 전문화된 코스의 선택을 할수 있게 하였다 이런 실례는 전문인력양성이 매우 필요하고 따라서 전공코스제의 도입의 필요성이 대두되고 있는 이시점에서 매우 유용하게 이용될수 있으리라고 생각된다. 영구의 교육이 우리나라 실정에 그대로 적용될 수는 없지만 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 고려하여 우리교육을 개선해 나갈 수 있으리라고 생각한다. 첫째 교수진 인적 물적상황 및 지역적 상황등을 분석하여 각 대학별로 그 특성에 맞는 세분화되고 심도있는 전공교육과정을 개발 발전시켜 야 할 것이다 둘째 산업체 방문 산업체인사와의 면담 및 특강 등 산학협력을 좀더 적극적으로 모색하여야 할 것이다. 셋째 학생들의 산업체 현장 연수를 실질적으로 도입하여 산업체의 인력요구에 적극적으로 대처 할수 있어야 하겠다.

A Study on the Trend of Acquiring National Technology Certificate of Nail Beautician (네일 미용사 국가기술 자격증 취득 동향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the actual conditions of students before and after acquiring national technical qualifications for nail cosmetologists, and to provide basic data for building systematic data according to students' competency and effective educational methods for acquiring qualifications. The statistical package program SPSS v 18.0 was used for the trend of acquiring national technical qualifications for nail cosmetologists among each variable according to careers in the nail beauty industry for nail beauty students residing in Gwangju. As a result of using the statistical package program SPSS v 18.0, the analysis showed that the proportion of women (80.8%), single (70.8%), 20s (47.7%), college or university graduates (26.2%), and students (42.3%) was high. In addition, as a result of cross-analysis of the period and cost according to gender for obtaining the national technical license of the nail beautician, it was concluded that the Pearson chi-square significant probability (p) was .416 and .899, respectively, and there was a difference between men and women. The field experience of the nail beauty industry was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on the training period, course cost, educational institution, and exam experience (p <.001) for obtaining a certificate. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to promote the development of nail beauty marketing and to present a constructive vision of the nail beauty industry to be pursued in the future.

An Empirical Study of the Impact of Professor's Capability on Technology Transfer based on the case of Chonnam National University (교수역량이 기술이전에 미치는 영향에 대한 실증분석: 전남대학교 사례를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of technology transfer of university and professors' capability based on their research activities and performance. For this study, paper citation index, patenting activities, R&D funding scales from public and private sectors separately, careers before and after being professor, scale of research team of 80 professors, who had experienced in technology transfer, were collected. Major result of this research shows that patenting activities rather than paper publishing, R&D funding from private sectors rather than public sectors, and careers after being professor rather than before, are significant factors to affect the performance of university's technology transfer.

A Study on Oral Health Behavior of the Industrial Workers (산업체 근로자의 구강보건행태에 관한 조사 연구)

  • This study was conducted to provide basic data for improvement of oral health of workers, by investigating oral health behaviors of industrial workers. About sixty percent(60.9%) of subjects experienced in having dental examinations and 54.3% of them didn't receive follow-up treatments after the dental examinations. Also, those who brushed teeth twice per week(58.6%) and averagely, earned 2~3 million won of monthly income(p<.01), showed a higher frequency of tooth brushing. Experienced workers(p<.01) were more interested in oral health. Those who were engaged in other jobs and had less than 10~20 years of experience(p<.05), had lots of experience in staying away from work. More aged group recognized that oral health education is necessary(p<.05). The population of oral examination and health instruction may have a favorable impact on maintenance of oral health status and improvement in quality of life.

Considering Information Security Professionals' Career to Analyze Knowledge and Skills Requirements (정보보호 전문인력의 경력에 따른 지식 및 기술 수요 특성)

  • As the awareness on the information security has been well developed, there have been various studies on effective training and management of the information security workforce. But, one of the most important things for the effective training is to develop education programs based on knowledge and skills requirements for information security professionals. This study aims to analyze the required and possessed levels of knowledge and skills for information security professionals' career. For this study, we selected 71 critical knowledge and skills for information security professionals by literature review and Delphi method, and we conducted a survey of information security knowledge and skills requirements for information security professionals to perform their jobs. As a result, we analyzed the current status of the information security professionals' knowledge and skills level and suggested some guidelines for educating information security professionals by their job career.

  • This study aims to suggest a way to improve the professional abilities of the principals of meister high schools by analysing their perception of the standards of performance of their duties. To carry out this study, we have developed the standards of performance of the duties of the principals of meister high schools through the systematic research on the realm of the duties of the principals of meister high schools, and analysed the principals' perception of their duties using the developed standards of performance of their duties. The results of this study are as followed. First, In the stage of planning the school management, the school management plan, the ways to get budget, the plan for evaluation and feedback of the accomplishment of the performance of school management plan should be included. Second, The area of the school management is subdivided into securing school budget, reviewing and arranging the budgets demanded by teachers, executing school budgets, obtaining school equipments and facilities, maintaining school equipments and facilities, managing school feeding, organizing and operating school steering committee, reflecting the opinions of school steering committee. Third, The school curriculum should be developed by a job analysis and the teaching should reflect the analysis. Fourth, The area of the career path and the management of the career for young meisters includes the analysis of the demand of students, parents, and companies, the development of meister growth route and program for managing their career, and the analysis of meister growth route and reflection of the results of the analysis. Fifth, The field of guiding students includes supporting the students counseling service, and managing a variety of school events. 6th, In the realm of cooperation with communities are included designing programs for collaborating and training students with companies, building cooperation with companies, and obtaining supports from communities and related organizations. 7th, In the area of supporting teachers to improve their professional competence, it figured out that supporting teachers' voluntary learning and studying should take a top priority. In conclusion, it is necessary for meister high school principals to have capability to deal with meister growth route and career management, supporting collaboration with other organizations, building and managing laboratories, encouraging teachers' professional improvement, and operating school curriculum and teaching activities.
