Real 3-D Shape Restoration using Lookup Table (룩업 테이블을 이용한 물체의 3-D 형상복원)

  • The 3-D shape use to effect of movie, animation, industrial design, medical treatment service, education, engineering etc.... But it's not easy to make 3-D shape from the information of 2-D image. There are two methods in restoring 3-D video image through 2-D image; First the method of using a laser; Secondly the method of acquiring 3-D image through stereo vision. Instead of doing two methods with many difficulties, I figure out the method of simple 3-D image in this research paper. We present here a simple and efficient method, called direct calibration, which doesn't require any equations at all. The direct calibration procedure builds a lookup table(LUT) linking image and 3-D coordinates by a real 3-D triangulation system. The LUT is built by measuring the image coordinates of a grid of known 3-D points, and recording both image and world coordinates for each point; the depth values of all other visible points are obtained by interpolation.

  • 최근 화석연료를 대체하기 위한 지속가능한 신에너지에 대한 요구가 증대됨에 따라 태양광 발전에 대한 연구도 폭발적으로 늘어가고 있는 추세이다. 태양광이 화석연료 대체에너지로 실효성을 가지기 위해서는 태양광 발전 시스템의 발전효율을 높이고 생산 비용을 저감하는 문제가 선결되어야 한다. 기존 실리콘 태양전지 시스템 설비 비용의 60% 이상을 차지하는 모듈의 제조과정에서 소재 손실을 최소화함으로써 저가격화를 실현하고자 박막형 태양전기 기술이 태동되었다. 현재 박막 태양전지와 관련하여 활발한 기술 개발이 진행되고 있으며 상당한 시장 점유율을 보이고 있는 실정이다. 박막 태양전지 분야에서 CIGS와 같은 화합물 반도체 박막 태양전지 시장이 확대되고 있는 실정을 고려한다면 실리콘 박막 태양전지의 경우 고효율화 저가격화 달성은 더욱 절실한 문제이다. 실리콘 박막의 경우 독성이 없으며 고갈 우려가 없는 소재이면서 기존의 직접회로 산업의 인프라 구조를 활용할 수 있어 많은 기대와 관심을 끌고 있는 박막 태양전지 후보이다. 박막 태양전지 제조에 있어서 핵심기술은 도핑된 실리콘층과 광흡수를 위한 진성 실리콘층을 합성하는 공정 기술이다. 현재 박막 태양전지 산업에서 실리콘 박막 소재의 합성은 주로 PECVD법에 의해 이루어지고 있다. 그러나 스퍼터 공정을 이용한 실리콘 박막 합성 연구 또한 20년 이상의 오랜 기간 동안 연구되어 오고 있다. 스퍼터 공정을 이용한 실리콘 박막합성는 독성 가스를 사용하지 않으며, 디스플레이와 같은 기존의 소자 공정 기술을 채용할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있어 주목 받고 있다. 실제로 반응성 마그네트론 스퍼터링에 의해 제조된 실리콘 박막은 PECVD공정에 의한 실리콘 박막에 상응하는 우수한 광전자적 특성을 보인다. 스퍼터 공정에서는 박막 성장을 위한 수송 물질들이 열적 평형 상태에 근접한 라디칼들이라기 보다 대부분 고에너지 원자종과 이온들이 주류를 이루고 있어 합성된 실리콘 박막의 결함 제어가 어렵다는 문제가 있다. 박막 합성 기구의 규명을 통하여 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 시도들이 이루어 지고 있으며, 본 발표를 통하여 스퍼터 공정을 이용한 태양전지용 실리콘 박막 합성기술에 대한 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

  • As the logistic environment of digital contents is rapidly changing, the protection of the digital rights for digital content has been recognized as one of critical Issues. Digital Right Management(DRM) has taken much interest Internet Service Provider(ISP), authors and publishers of digital content as an interested approach to create a trusted environment for access and use of digital resources. This paper propose an interested digital rights protection scheme using license agent to address problems facing contemporary DRM approached : static digital rights management, and limited application to on-line environment. We introduce a dynamic mission control technology to realize dynamic digital rights management. And we incorporate license agent to on- and off-line monitoring and tracking. The proposed system prevent illegal access and use by using PKI security method, real time action monitoring for user, data security for itself.

  • In recent years, RFID has received much attention because of spread usage in industrial applications including factory, material flow, logistics and defense areas. However, there is only CRC-16 for error detection in ISO/IEC 18000-6 Protocols prepared for 860-960 MHz RFID, high error rates are expected in cases of high level of security and noisy envirionment. In this paper, we propose a usage of convolution code as a method for satisfying the high level of security requirement and system error performance.'1'he signal control function is implemented in a microprocessor with RF modulation and the convolutional encoding and Viterbi decoding are implemented in an FPGA chip.'The frame error rates are measured with and without convolution coding under the channel conditions of line-of- sight and non line-of-sight, respectively.

  • Boilers, which are considered to be one of the basic equipment in industry, consume large potion of nation's petroleum and their demand is growing everyday. In recent, the technology improvement in production of high efficiency boilers and their effective utilization is needed for design of boiler which steam condition is the large capacity of high temperature and high pressure. It is necessary that boiler control system be studied for high efficiency, high reliability and smooth operation. The control of drum pressure and water level particularly becomes an important task for greater accuracy with the avail ability of boiler operation. To achieve this aim, dynamic analysis of a boiler is accomplished by choosing a boiler as a model. Transfer function thus obtained is made a comparison of measurement with reckoning to technical design data. The results of comparison makes it possible to verify thermodynamical analysis on the dynamic behavior of the overall system.

  • In this paper, a simple but effective position profile generation algorithm for single axis high dynamic linear machine drive system is presented. In the recent industrial application fields like as LCD/PDP and semiconductor factory, requirements for the high performance positioning system with optimal position profile generator are highly increased to reduce the overall processing time. There might be various solutions for position profile generating algorithm according to the application type. A square-wave Impact quantity(Jerk) based algorithm with minimal locomotion time is argued in this paper to minimize the total time of one movement under some specific constrains such as maximum speed limit and maximum acceleration limit. In order to reduce the calculation efforts and satisfy the minimal locomotion time condition, the time variants representing each profile sector and a simple condition comparison algorithm are adopted. Also, the actual implementation method for profile generation algorithm and it's real performance results are presented through commercial linear machine drive system.

  • Recognizing finger movements have been used as a intuitive way of human-computer interaction. In this study, we implement an wearable device for finger motion recognition and evaluate the accuracy of several ML (Machine learning) techniques. Not only HMM (Hidden markov model) and DTW (Dynamic time warping) techniques that have been traditionally used as time series data analysis, but also NN (Neural network) technique are applied to compare and analyze the accuracy of each technique. In order to minimize the computational requirement, we also apply the pre-processing to each ML techniques. Our extensive evaluations demonstrate that the NN-based gesture recognition system achieves 99.1% recognition accuracy while the HMM and DTW achieve 96.6% and 95.9% recognition accuracy, respectively.

  • A study in predicting defects of spot welding in real time in automotive field is essential for cost reduction and high quality production. Welding quality is determined by shear strength and the size of the nugget, and results depend on different independent variables. In order to develop the real-time prediction system, multiple regression analyses were conducted and the two dependent variables were obtained with sufficient statistical results with three independent variables, however, the quality prediction by the regression formula could not ensure accuracy. In this study, a multi-layer neural network circuit was constructed. The neural network by 10 dynamic resistance variables was constructed with three hidden layers to obtain execution functions and weighting matrix. In this case, the neural network was established with three independent variables based on regression analysis, as there could be difficulties in real-time control due to too many input variables. As a result, all test data were divided into poor, partial, and modalities. Therefore, a real-time welding quality determination system by three independent variables obtained by multiple regression analysis was completed.

  • Information collected from temperature, humidity, inclination, and pressure sensors using Raspberry Pi or Arduino is used in automatic constant temperature and constant humidity systems. In addition, by using it in the agricultural and livestock industry to remotely control the system with only a smartphone, workers in the agricultural and livestock industry can use it conveniently. In general, temperature and humidity are expressed in a line graph, etc., and the change is monitored in real time. The technology to visually express the temperature has recently been used intuitively by using an infrared device to test the fever of Corona 19. In this paper, the information collected from the Raspberry Pi and the DHT11 sensor is used to predict the temperature change in space through intuitive visualization and to make a immediate response. To this end, an algorithm was created to effectively visualize temperature and humidity, and data representation is possible even if some sensors are defective.

  • Smart farms are receiving a lot of attention as a way to solve the chronic labor shortage and aging problems in agriculture. The smart farm industry, called the 6th industrial revolution, needs to strengthen its competitiveness. In order to apply innovative IT technology to agriculture, it is important to collect and analyze information about prior research or patents. This paper examines smart farm patent trends through 5,789 patent data related to smart farm using the domestic patent information search service(KIPRIS). This paper examines the domestic patent trends of smart farm information through keyword network, ego network, simultaneous appearance network, and bigram network analysis. As a result of network analysis related to smart farm patents, patents related to smart farm systems and control technologies were the most common. This paper can provide help in setting the direction of future smart farm-related patent research.
