수리조선산업은 기술 및 노동집약적 산업으로 기계, 철강, 전기전자, 화학 등 연관산업에 대한 생산 유발효과 및 고용효과가 높은 산업이다. 또한 연계 산업에 대한 직접적인 생산증가 효과와 선원 체류에 따른 부가가치 증가 등의 부수효과를 함께 고려할 때 지역경제에 대한 기여도가 높은 산업적 역할을 수행하고 있으며, 특히 부산 경남 울산 지역은 세계 5위권 전후에 해당하는 해운물동량을 처리하는 입지조건과 신조선 분야 1위의 우수한 기술 및 노동력을 보유하고 있다. 이러한 긍정적인 측면에도 불구하고 여러 요인들로 인해 수리조선산업이 경쟁력이 확보되지 못하고 있는 실정이며, 2013년 들면서 부산항의 컨테이너 물동량 실적이 7위로 하락하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 부산항을 중심으로 수리조선산업 공급망 관리를 위하여 정보화 네트워크 구축사례를 분석하고, 이를 통하여 수리조선산업 정보화 네트워크의 성공적인 구축 방안을 모색하고자 한다.

The construction industry has been behind in informatization compared to other industries such as banking, manufacturing, medical, etc. since it is not conscious of informatization and it also has difficulties in attracting investments and attracting IT experts. Furthermore, there has been lack of survey and research on that specifically what areas and how much degree they are behind in informatization. This paper presents a framework and strategy for assessment of informatization based on end users' viewpoints. The authors has already performed the assessment of informatization of general contractors based on IT experts' viewpoints. However, this paper tries to assess informatizaton of construction based on end users' aspects. The result of this research is expected to provide various aspects such as assessment, identification of needs, and problems regarding information systems. These could be effectively used as a guideline and a direction for information system development.

This study examines the impact of national economic restructuring on regional development patterns. Korea's development over the last decade has been characterized by a rapid economic restructuring towards the information economy. This economic restructuring has had significant impacts on regional development patterns. The most remarkable feature is a clear coreperiphery disparity in terms of levels of informatization. Seoul showed an extraordinarily high level of informatization. The process of regional development in the information era is marked by an intensified spatial division of labor, which articulates with the pre-existing pattern of regional disparity. Information infrastructrue improvements for regional development do not necessarily result in reductions in regional unevenness. There is an urgent need to develop the integrated regional informatization strategy.

중소기업 정보화의 본격적인 추진과 함께 중소업계에서 가장 고통을 겪고 있는 분야는 정보화 전담인력의 부족문제이나 정부는 동 정보화사업의 추진에 따라 앞으로 5년간 약 1만명의 정보인력이 추가로 소요될 것으로 보고있다.

21세기 정보화 시대에서의 국가 경쟁력의 원천은 정보산업의 발전과 산업 정보화에서 나온다. 이에 따라 세계 각국은 정보화 추진에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. 우리나라도 행정전산업의 개발운영, 사무 및 공장자동화의 확산 등 산업정보화를 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 그러나 현재 정보화를 추진하고 있는 사회의 각 분야에서 당면하고 있는 문제점중에서 가장 심각한 것중의 하나가 정보인력의 부족이라 할 수 있다. 특히 정보인력 자체의 양적인 부족뿐 아니라 이미 개발된 많은 여성정보인력이 여러가지 사회제반요인으로 인하여 유효인력이 되지 못하고 사장됨으로써 전반적인 정보인력의 수급불균형을 낳고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 기존의 정보인력 데이터베이스의 역할을 수행하면서 여성정보인들간의 이해증진과 질적향상에 도움을 줄 뿐만 아니라 유휴여성정보인력을 활용하는데 도움이 되는 정보를 제공할 수 있는 효율적인 여성 정보인력 데이터베이스의 필요성이 대두되고 있다.
