  • This study examines the relative usefulness of the TPB and Extended TPB with the addition of the "Battery" variable to participants in marine sports experiences. The characteristics of behavioral theories (attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, and revisit intention) were compared. A total of 420 questionnaires were distributed and surveyed using the convenience sampling method to the general public who participated in the marine sports experience in S city in 2019. Finally, 385 copies of valid samples were extracted, except for the questionnaire. The following analyzes were performed using SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, concept reliability, AVE value, Cronbach's α correlation analysis, hierarchical regression analysis, and independent sample t-test were performed. First, in the TPB, three predictors were found to have a positive effect on revisit intention. Attitudes, subjective norms, and prior knowledge, except for behavioral control, were found to have a positive effect. Second, the explanatory power to explain the return intention was 51.8% (3.3% more than plan behavior theory, p = .000). It can be seen that when prior knowledge is added as a new variable, it is an important factor in explaining intention to return. Third, prior knowledge variables were classified into high and low groups to compare the characteristics of the extended planning behavior theory. The results of the analysis showed that the group with higher prior knowledge had a higher mean value for the constituent variables of the extended planning behavior theory.

Data were collected from 144 nursing students who participated in the clinical practice alternative campus practice conducted from September 13 to December 3, 2021 at a university located in G province. Data analysis was analyzed by ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and hierarchical multiple regression analysis. The subject's satisfaction with practice is a general characteristic, self-efficacy (r=.540, p=.000), self-leadership (r=.553, p=.000), and critical thinking ability (r=.382, p=.000). , there was a significant correlation between major satisfaction (r= .248, p=.003). Variables that affect the clinical performance of the subjects were self-efficacy 20.4% (𝛽=.266, p=.047), self-leadership 51.2% (𝛽=.271, p=.047), and satisfaction with practice The explanatory power of the variables was 33.8%. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and apply a curriculum that can increase self-leadership and self-efficacy in order to increase the satisfaction of nursing students' practice.

For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 500 professional baseball spectators, and the results of correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis using SPSS 21.0 based on 450 collected data are as follows. First, among the professional baseball spectators and the team's self-image, the realistic self-image factor had a significant effect on the club's loyalty. Second, it was confirmed that the congruence of realistic self-image moderated the effect of congruence of realistic self-image on club loyalty. This result shows that the formation of emotional bond has no influence on the congruence of ideal self-image and is related to the realistic self-image that the club is showing at present. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a marketing strategy that can highlight this effect by considering these points.

  • This study was attempted to verify the mediating effect of perceived interaction in the relationship between learning flow and problem-solving confidence of nursing students who experienced team-based nursing practice learning. The subjects of this study were 148 senior nursing students who experienced team-based nursing practice learning classes. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, hierarchical multiple regression analysis, and Sobel test were conducted. The results of the study showed that nursing students' learning flow was 3.58±0.56 points, perceived interaction was 4.06±0.56 points, and problem-solving confidence was 3.67±0.53 points on average. Learning flow of nursing students showed a positive correlation with perceived interaction(r=0.63, p<.001) and problem-solving confidence(r=0.74, p<.001). Perceived interaction showed a partial mediating effect in the relationship between learning flow and problem-solving confidence(z=5.31, p<.001). It may be necessary to develop programs to improve nursing students' learning flow, perceived interaction, and problem-solving confidence, and to improve their clinical practice ability to solve nursing problems in various nursing settings.

  • This study investigates what decisions have an impact on bank performance. A panel regression analysis was conducted using data from the financial statements of banks located in the United States from 2013 to 2022, and the effects of explanatory variables were examined through hierarchical panel regression analysis divided into financial decision-making and management decision-making. In addition, by analyzing performance separately from the creditor and shareholder perspectives (hereinafter referred to as overall) and from the shareholder perspective alone, it suggests which elements should be utilized and how to improve performance from each perspective. When a panel regression analysis was performed using only liquidity and stability, dependency on deposits and the interest coverage ratio had a statistically significant impact from the perspective of overall performance, and the debt ratio also had a statistically significant impact from the perspective of shareholder performance. When adding non-technical factors, only the labor cost ratio among non-technical factors was found to be statistically significant from the overall performance perspective, and although the non-technical factors were not statistically significant from the shareholder performance perspective, the cash ratio was found to have a statistically significant impact. Lastly, when adding technical innovation elements, the intangible asset ratio was not statistically significant from the overall performance perspective, but was significant from the shareholder performance perspective. The significance and implications of this study are that there are differences in factors that can affect the performance of overall or shareholder and that various decision-making factors can affect a bank's performance.
