Objective: This study aims to provide information needed to determine the wages paid for replacement labor for work lost following accidents in agricultural operations. Methods: Visits and interviews were conducted with 171 farmers who experienced a loss of at least one day of work due to an agricultural workplace accident. Results: It was found that only 35.1% of the study participants hired replacement labor, and more replacement labor was hired in greenhouse and fruit workplaces than in open field work. The mean number of days of hiring replacement labor was 14.6 days, and no significant differences were found between the national average wage and the surveyed value, while female workers were paid less than their male counterparts. Conclusions: The results from this study would be of help in determining a reasonable level of compensation for lost work.

This study was conducted to understand current management status of welfare medical device centers and to suggest complementary point. Method: We surveyed 194 welfare medical device centers through the mail. The survey was done in three domains, i. e. management of service, assuring the health resources, offering the service. Results & Conclusions: According to the result of our study, several problems, which should be improved in the near future, were suggested. That were improving facilities(especially in sanitization of the devices), operating an education or training program for the personnel, and making up for the current management. It was very important for soft landing of long-term care insurance and improving quality of the elderly's life that 'Ministry of Health and Welfare' and 'National Health Insurance corporation' must support welfare medical device centers for discharging their roles

The study aims to identify unmet needs, barriers, and constraints in reproductive health education for adolescent girls in Luwero, Uganda. The study included a survey of 55 young women (aged 14-26) in the region and interviews with 40 stakeholders, including teachers and healthcare workers. Results showed that the majority of respondents (87%) rely on schools for reproductive health information, preferring health institutions (58%) for reproductive health services. Over half of respondents encountered obstacles accessing relevant information due to limited resources and cultural barriers and emphasized the significance of schools and health institutions as essential health information sources. Schools and health institutions need to collaborate to enhance reproductive health education for young women's accessibility.

This study was intended to understand the status of dysphagia related knowledge, attitude and nursing performance of nursing staff's in geriatric hospitals, to confirm the correlation among these, and to provide basic resources for dysphagia nursing intervention programs. The 220 subjects were nursing staff's who worked in geriatric hospitals located in G city and N city. For data analysis, The descriptive statistic was used to analyze the subjects' general characteristics, and dysphagia related characteristics, knowledge, attitude and nursing performance degree. For the differences of dysphagia related knowledge, attitude and nursing performance according to the subjects' general characteristics, t-test and ANOVA were used. The correlation of the subjects' knowledge, attitude and nursing performance degree was analyzed with Pearson's correlation coefficient. The score of the subjects' dysphagia related knowledge was average 14.07±2.94, the subjects' dysphagia related attitude was average 3.59±0.39, the subjects' dysphagia nursing performance was 3.10±0.43. dysphagia nursing performance had a significantly positive correlation with dysphagia related knowledge(r=0.295, p=.000) and dysphagia related attitude(r=0.392, p=.000). The above result of the study indicated positive attitude based on accurate knowledge is needed for nursing staff's in geriatric hospitals to improve nursing performance for dysphagia. When education programs for dysphagia are planned in geriatric hospitals, it is necessary to consider knowledge level and attitude simultaneously.

건설공사를 발주하는 공공기관은 대표이사 직속의 안전전담부서를 구성하고 있으나 순환보직 형태로 인력을 배치하여 안전보건에 관한 전문 지식이 부족하며, 여러 부서에서 안전관리 기준을 제정하거나 활동을하여 안전관리 체계에 혼선을 주고 있다. 또한 관리감독자들은 회사의 안전관리 기준을 제대로 인식하지 못하여 안전관리 활동이 원활하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 건설공사를 발주하는 공공기관의 안전관리 활동수준을 향상하기 위해서는 안전관리 조직, 안전관리 체계, 위험성평가에 대한 개선의 노력이 필요하다.

As a means of treatment for people with disabilities, there is a growing interest in horse riding. Horse riding improves physical conditions such as muscles, joints, and cardiopulmonary function, alleviates tension, and encourages confidence through large animals such as horses. The various therapeutic effects of therapeutic horse riding have been recognized by many medical professionals, including the American Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy Association. On the other hand, in Korea, there is not yet a scientific basis for the therapeutic effects of specific diseases or clinical treatments. The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of rehabilitation related professional worker's therapeutic horse riding. Recognition and use experience of therapeutic horse riding were generally low, but doctors who wanted to use it when the expectation of effectiveness and therapeutic horse riding education were assumed were relatively high. Based on these results, it can be confirmed that the therapeutic horse riding will be recognized as a clinical treatment method in the future.

2008년 보건산업진흥원의 "u-Healthcare R&D 기본계획 수립" 연구보고서에서 u-헬스케어 기술개발을 "u-헬스케어 인프라", "u-헬스케어 임상-바이오-생체정보 융합기술", "u-헬스케어 서비스 모델", "자유공모" 등 4개의 사업으로 구성하여 추진할 것을 제안했다. u-헬스케어 인프라는 다양한 형태의 u-헬스케어 기술 및 서비스 지원을 위한 인프라 기술 개발, 전문 인력 양성 및 법 제도 정비 등의 내용을 포함하고, u-헬스케어 임상-바이오-생체정보 융합기술은 임상-바이오-생체정보를 활용하여 u-헬스케어 기반 질병예측 예방, 조기진단, 건강증진 기술개발 등을 포함하며, u-헬스케어 서비스 모델은 국민건강의 안전성과 효율성이 담보되고 산업활성화에 기여할 수 있는 u-헬스케어 서비스 모델 개발 등을 담고 있다. u-헬스케어 자유공모의 내용은 u-헬스케어의 기반이 되는 다양한 인프라, 기술, 서비스를 자유공모 형식으로 발굴함으로써 수용자 중심의 연구개발이 필요함을 제시하였다. u-Health 기술 내용중 세 번째로 u-헬스케어 TRM을 알아본다.

ln this paper, we showed Web-based Integrated Safety, Health and Environment management system(WISHE) in gas industry, which was inspired from the integrated gas safety management system. Using the object oriented information flow to analysis basic modules of safety, health and environment, we made web-based, which enables us to access system anywhere, integrated system and its modules that can meet various laws and rules. This system also can reduce man power and management cost.

Recently, In line with the recent trend of the fourth industrial revolution, many companies and institutions have been increasingly applying automated technologies using artificial intelligence to various tasks. Particularly, due to the government's 52-hour workweek system, companies are increasingly struggling with manpower management. Therefore, they are interested in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for office environment automation for efficient manpower management. It is being introduced in the back-office business in credit card companies, bank, insurance. These RPA solutions require AI-based recognition technology, scripting technology, business software API-related technologies, and various solutions such as Automate One, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism are provided. This paper analyzes and describes the technology of RPA solution, the market trend, and the efficiency of RPA adoption.

Universities are subject to various safety laws and regulations and practical measures are needed to properly implement them. In order to improve safety management through response to each law, intensive management is required by having an organization and professional personnel in charge, but it is financially difficult to appropriately allocate personnel to respond to laws. Therefore, in this study, necessary safety management policy items were set to reflect the requirements of major laws related to university safety, and a reasonable safety management plan was proposed through the AHP for priorities.
