REMINERALIZATION OF INCIPIENT ENAMEL CARIES LESION BY CPP-ACP PASTE (CPP-ACP제제를 이용한 법랑질 초기 우식증의 재광화 치험례)

  • The dental caries can be recovered or worse depending on the velocity of de- and remineralization of tooth. It is possible to remineralize the lesions by fluoride agent, but the results can be distinguished according to one's salivary flow rate, quantity of ion contents, and pH of the saliva. This article presents good results after applying the CPP-ACP paste for the patients who have incipient enamel caries. We instructed the patients to apply the paste everyday in the customed tray. We observed the white spot lesions without getting worse and reducing the size of lesions. After applying the CPP-ACP paste for 6 weeks, we concluded that; 1. It was possible to remineralize the incipient caries without preparation of the teeth. 2. CPP-ACP paste was successful for recovery of the demineralized lesions, especially for mild and moderate caries lesions, not for the severe developemental defects or chronic lesions. 3. CPP-ACP paste was efficient for pediatric patients, and the custumed tray was very useful for patients to apply the paste. 4. The ability of the patients for caring their oral hygiene was improved by routine check up and instructions.

Development of Elements of Horticultural Therapy Evaluation Indices (HTEI) through Delphi Method (전문가 델파이 조사를 통한 원예치료 평가지표 구성요소 개발)

  • The aim of this study is to develop and construct the elements of a new evaluation tool to assess the effectiveness of a horticultural therapy. Delphi method was applied to classify the realms of evaluation and specify their components and constituting items. Delphi process was performed through three rounds and 24 professionals attended all the rounds as panel members. Some of the items were revised or removed according to the results of such tests as content validity ratio, agreement rate, convergency and stability of each item. On the contrary, a few new items were added by accepting the opinions of the professional panels. Previous to the Delphi, the realms of evaluation were classified into physical, cognitional, psycho-emotional and social ones on the basis of literature review, professionals' consultation and in-depth interview with practitioners. At the first round, 112 items constituting four realms were reviewed. The numbers of items to be reviewed were reduced to 107 at the second round and to 102 at the third round. As a result, 98 items in 4 realms were decided as proper evaluation points of horticultural therapy. The compositions of the four respective realms are as follows: 5 components and 27 items in physical realm; 4 components and 25 items in cognitional realm; 2 components and 24 items in psycho-emotional realm; and 4 components and 22 items in social realm. These realms, components and specific items derived from this study constitute indices to evaluate the effectiveness of horticultural therapy. In addition, they might be utilized as good guidelines for planning horticultural therapy programs.

  • 일반적인 정보 검색은 색인어를 통해 이루어지는데 이런 경우 사용자는 정보를 검색하기 위해 데이터베이스에 저장된 정보들이 가지고 있는 색인어를 정확하게 입력해야 한다. 그러나 일반 사용자가 색인어를 정확하게 입력하기는 어렵고, 특히 찾고자 하는 분야가 전문 분야에서 사용되는 용어일 때는 더욱 그러하다. 이럴 때 시소러스와 같은 지식구조를 이용해서 색인어를 탐색하여 검색의 효율을 높일 수 있다. 최근 들어 정보기술 분야의 연구가 활발함에 따라 정보자로의 생산이 급격히 증가하고 이를 관련 주제 분야의 연구정보로 활용하는 경우가 증가하고 있다. 따라서 IT 분야의 정보를 관리할 수 있는 시스템의 개발이 시급하다. 또한 IT 분야와 같은 전문분야일 때 검색 시스템에서 사용할 용어의 관리에 대한 연구의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 IT분야의 정보를 검색할 수 있는 IT 업체정보검색시스템에서 정보 검색시에 생기는 용어간의 불일치 문제를 해결하고, 각 용어들간의 계층 관계를 나타내어 정보 검색시 검색어의 확장을 도울 수 있는 용어 관리 시스템의 구조를 제안하고 그에 대한 검색 알고리즘을 제시한다. 제안된 구조는 사용자의 검색어에 대한 동의어 관계나 상위어, 하위어 등의 계층 관계를 파악하여 검색의 범위에 추가함으로써 검색 효율을 높일 수 있다. 또한 새로운 용어의 생성이나 삭제와 같은 연산이 발생했을 때 시스템을 동적으로 확장할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 단어간의 계층 구조를 효율적으로 검색하기 위하여 객체-관계형 데이터베이스를 사용하였다. 또한 메모리 상주 DBMS를 사용하여 많은 사용자들이 동시에 접근하는 환경에서도 빠른 검색 성능을 유지할 수 있도록 하였다. 제시된 방법은 정보기술 분야뿐만 아니라 다른 전문용어 분야의 연구로도 그 범위를 확장 할 수 있다.자기자본비용의 조합인 기회자본비용으로 할인함으로써 현재의 기업가치를 구할 수 있기 때문이다. 이처럼 기업이 영업활동이나 투자활동을 통해 현금을 창출하고 소비하는 경향은 해당 비즈니스 모델의 성격을 규정하는 자료도로 이용될 수 있다. 또한 최근 인터넷기업들의 부도가 발생하고 있는데, 기업의 부실원인이 어떤 것이든 사회전체의 생산력의 감소, 실업의 증가, 채권자 및 주주의 부의 감소, 심리적 불안으로 인한 경제활동의 위축, 기업 노하우의 소멸, 대외적 신용도의 하락 등과 같은 사회적·경제적 파급효과는 대단히 크다. 이상과 같은 기업부실의 효과를 고려할 때 부실기업을 미리 예측하는 일종의 조기경보장치를 갖는다는 것은 중요한 일이다. 현금흐름정보를 이용하여 기업의 부실을 예측하면 기업의 부실징후를 파악하는데 그치지 않고 부실의 원인을 파악하고 이에 대한 대응 전략을 수립하며 그 결과를 측정하는데 활용될 수도 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 부도예측 정보 중 현금흐름정보를 통하여 '인터넷기업의 미래 현금흐름측정, 부도예측신호효과, 부실원인파악, 비즈니스 모델의 성격규정 등을 할 수 있는가'를 검증하려고 한다. 협력체계 확립, ${\circled}3$ 전문인력 확보 및 인력구성 조정, 그리고 ${\circled}4$ 방문보건사업의 강화 등이다., 대사(代謝)와 관계(關係)있음을 시사(示唆)해 주고 있다.ble nutrient (TDN) was highest in booting stage (59.7%); however no significant difference was found among other stages.   • A new architecture coiled the Storage Area Network(SAN) was developed in response to the requirements of high availability of data, scalable growth, and system performance, In order to use SAN more efficiently, most SAN operating system support storage virtualization concepts that allow users to view physical storage devices attached to SAN as a large volume virtually. A logical volume manager plays a key role in storage virtualization. It realizes the storage virtualization by mapping logical addresses to physical addresses, In this paper, we design and implement an efficient and flexible mapping method for logical volume manager. Additionally, to aid flexible mapping, we also design and implement free space management method, The mapping method in this paper supports a snapshot that preserves a volume image at certain time and on-line reorganization to allow users to add or remove storage devices to SAN even while the system is running.

  • With the rapid advance of computer and communication techonology, the recent trend of education environment is edveloping in the ubiquitous learning (u-learning) direction that learners select and organize the contents, time and order of learning by themselves. Since the amount of education information through the internet is increasing rapidly and it is managed in document in an effective way is necessary. The document clustering is integrated documents to subject by classifying a set of documents through their similarity among them. Accordingly, the document clustering can be used in exploring and searching a document and it can increased accuracy of search. This paper proposes an efficient incremental clustering method for a set of documents increase gradually. The incremental document clustering algorithm assigns a set of new documents to the legacy clusters which have been identified in advance. In addition, to improve the correctness of the clustering, removing the stop words can be proposed.

  • The nearest-neighbor multihop routing with/without infrastructure support is known to achieve the optimal capacity scaling in a large packet-erasure network in which multiple wireless nodes and relay stations are regularly placed and packets are erased with a certain probability. In this paper, a throughput scaling law is shown for an infrastructure-supported erasure network where wireless nodes are randomly distributed, which is a more feasible scenario. We use an exponential decay model to suitably model an erasure probability. To achieve high throughput in hybrid random erasure networks, the multihop routing via highway using the percolation theory is proposed and the corresponding throughput scaling is derived. As a main result, the proposed percolation highway based routing scheme achieves the same throughput scaling as the nearest-neighbor multihop case in hybrid regular erasure networks. That is, it is shown that no performance loss occurs even when nodes are randomly distributed.

  • Up until now, attempts to produce computer instruments have been largely focused on two types of sampling methods and physical modeling. Since the sampling method removes much of the harmonics in the sampling process, the effect of exciter that emphasizing the harmonic of the strings are mini. However, the physical modeling method can produce a lot of harmonics, and by emphasizing the harmonics of a particular frequency band among these harmonics, it is possible to produce a sound more like a lively sound. In this paper, we propose a method of using white noise in realizing exciter emphasizing harmonics of pre - specified frequency band in prefectural physical modeling. And comparing the envelope and spectrum of the Gayageum sound, we confirmed that the physical modeling method with the exciter is more suitable for the actual Gayageum sound than the sampling method and the conventional physical modeling method.

  • Structural Dynamics Modification (SDM) is a very effective technique to improve structure's dynamic characteristics by adding or removing auxiliary structures, changing material properties and shape of structure. Among those of SDM technique, the method to change shape of structure has been mostly relied on engineer's experience and trial-and-error process which are very time consuming. In order to develop a systematic method to change structure shape, surface grooving technique is studied and successfully applied to HDD cover model. To verify Surface Grooving Technique, fully embossed HDD cover model was optimized. And comparing with previous optimization result, the effectiveness of this surface grooving technique was checked. The shape of groove and 1 st natural frequency were converged to the same result of previous optimization.

  • Generally, it is essential that high-speed routers, switches, and network security appliances should have an efficient packet classification scheme in order to achieve the high-speed packet forwarding capability. For the multi-gigabit packet-processing network equipment the high-speed content search hardware such as TCAM and search engine is recently used to support the content-based packet inspection. During the packet classification process, hundreds and thousands of rules are applied to provide the network security policies regarding traffic screening, traffic monitoring, and traffic shaping. In addition, these rules could be dynamically changed during operations of systems if anomaly traffic patterns would vary. Particularly, in the high-speed network, an efficient algorithm that updates and reorganizes the packet classification rules is critical so as not to degrade the performance of the network device. In this paper, we have proposed an efficient update algorithm using a partial-ordering that can relocate the dynamically changing rules at the TCAM. Experimental results should that our algorithm does not need to relocate existing rules feature until 70$\%$ of TCAM utilization.

In this paper suggests the language convert that can be applied to Fps online games. Language the conversion process, if applicable to the game, the abusive and slang language, helps to purify. Proposed language the conversion process is expected to reduce cyber violence used abusive and slang.
